摘要
本文研究一個由 HEETF-01 至 HEETF-06 自然推導出的未來命題:
其中:
- 表示文明可達的最高技術能力前沿;
- 表示主體 在其 experiential welfare 下偏好的技術環境。
因此,一個文明可以持續推進:
而不必要求所有主體都生活在同一個最高技術密度環境。
本文把前述命題推進到虛擬世界、認識隔離與未來自我同意問題,提出四個 project-level normative constructs:
- Right to Experiential Technological Fit
- Right to Epistemic Seclusion
- Right to a Chosen Technological Epoch
- Virtual Epistemic Sovereignty
這四者是本文提出的規範性候選概念,不是對任何現行法域既有法律權利的宣稱。
本文首先區分三個世界層次:
為 substrate world;
為 interface-mediated world;
為主體 的 experienced world。
同一文明中完全可能同時滿足:
