$$
\boxed{
T_{\max}
\neq
T_i^\ast
}
$$

其中：

- $T_{\max}$

$$
\mathcal C(T)
$$

1. **Right to Experiential Technological Fit**
2. **Right to Epistemic Seclusion**
3. **Right to a Chosen Technological Epoch**
4. **Virtual Epistemic Sovereignty**

$$
\boxed{
W_{\mathrm{sub}}
}
$$

為 substrate world；

$$
\boxed{
W_{\mathrm{int}}
}
$$

為 interface-mediated world；

$$
\boxed{
W_{\mathrm{exp},i}
}
$$

為主體 $i$ 的 experienced world。

$$
\boxed{
AI\in W_{\mathrm{sub}}
}
$$

但：

$$
\boxed{
AI\notin \mathcal H_i^{\mathrm{acc}}(W_{\mathrm{exp},i})
}
$$

其中：

$$
\mathcal H_i^{\mathrm{acc}}
$$

# **Substrate–Experience Separation Proposition**

$$
\boxed{
\text{existence in substrate}
}
$$

與：

$$
\boxed{
\text{accessibility in experienced epistemic domain}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal E\mathcal S_i(
\Theta,
W
)
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
K_i^{\mathrm{total}}
=
K_i^{\mathrm{acc}}
\sqcup
K_i^{\mathrm{sealed}}.
}
$$

記憶 gate：

$$
\boxed{
G_{i,W}:
K_i^{\mathrm{total}}
\rightarrow
K_i^{\mathrm{acc}}(W)
}
$$

$$
K_i^{AI}
\subseteq
K_i^{\mathrm{sealed}},
$$

則：

$$
\boxed{
\operatorname{Access}_i(
K_i^{AI}
\mid
W
)
=
0.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{future memory gating}
}
$$

- **L1 Information Isolation**
- **L2 Environmental Isolation**
- **L3 Concept Isolation**
- **L4 Autobiographical Access Isolation**
- **L5 World-Model Partition**

VR literature 長期研究 presence、place illusion、plausibility 與 embodiment；Kilteni、Groten、Slater 將 sense of embodiment 分解為 self-location、agency 與 body ownership。

$$
\boxed{
\text{mediated environment can become behaviorally and experientially salient}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{today's VR can sustain a complete lifelong alternate world}.
}
$$

$$
C_{\mathrm{filter}}(t),
$$

$$
C_{\mathrm{world}}(t),
$$

$$
\boxed{
C_{\mathrm{world}}(t)
<
C_{\mathrm{filter}}(t)
}
$$

$$
W_i^\ast
$$

$$
F_i(T).
$$

所以：

# **World-Choice Expansion Corollary**

$$
S_1.
$$

存在 pre-entry consent：

$$
\boxed{
S_0
\xrightarrow{
\mathcal C_0
}
G
\xrightarrow{}
S_1.
}
$$

其中：

- $\mathcal C_0$：pre-entry consent contract；
- $G$：memory / interface gate。

$$
\boxed{
\operatorname{Consent}_{S_0}
\neq
\operatorname{Consent}_{S_1}.
}
$$

所以：

# **Precedent Consent Non-Exhaustion Principle**

# **Outer Consent Constitution**

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak O_i
=
(
D,
M,
A,
X,
E,
T,
R,
Q,
V
)
}
$$

- $D$：pre-entry disclosure；
- $M$：memory-sealing scope；
- $A$：in-world awareness mode；
- $X$：exit / wake-up rights；
- $E$：emergency interruption；
- $T$：subjective / external duration rules；
- $R$：memory restoration rules；
- $Q$：welfare / harm guardrails；
- $V$：independent audit / verification。

$$
\boxed{
\text{prior consent}
\Rightarrow
\text{unlimited future control}.
}
$$

### A0 — Transparent Simulation

### A1 — Partial Outer Awareness

### A2 — Full Experiential Closure

 $S_1$ 不知道 simulation / AI / outer world。

$$
\boxed{
\operatorname{VES}_i
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{you may advance civilization}
+
\text{I may choose a different lived interface}.
}
$$

# **Technological Epoch Pluralism Principle**

$$
\boxed{
\text{everyone}
\rightarrow
T_{\max}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{capability frontier expands}
+
\text{life-world diversity expands}.
}
$$

**關鍵詞：** Experiential Technological Fit, Virtual Epistemic Sovereignty, Chosen Technological Epoch, Epistemic Seclusion, Virtual Reality, Memory Gating, Precommitment, Future Self, Autonomy, AI-Free Life-World

---

$$
\boxed{
\mathbb T_i^\ast
=
\operatorname*{arg\,max}_{T\in\mathbb T}
W_i(T).
}
$$

$$
T_{\max}
$$

- AI；
- BCI；
- autonomous transport；
- robotics；
- immersive simulation；

---

# 3. Capability Frontier

令：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal F_{\mathrm{cap}}(t)
}
$$

$$
\mathcal F_{\mathrm{cap}}(t+1)
\supseteq
\mathcal F_{\mathrm{cap}}(t).
$$

---

# 4. Experienced Technology Density

對主體 $i$：

$$
\boxed{
\delta_i(W)
}
$$

表示其 lived world 的 technological exposure density。

$$
\boldsymbol\delta_i
=
(
\delta_{AI},
\delta_{\mathrm{automation}},
\delta_{\mathrm{surveillance}},
\delta_{\mathrm{augmentation}},
\ldots
).
$$

---

$$
\delta_{\max}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\delta_i=\delta_{\max}
\qquad
\forall i.
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
W_{\mathrm{sub}}
}
$$

substrate world；

$$
\boxed{
W_{\mathrm{int}}
}
$$

interface world；

$$
\boxed{
W_{\mathrm{exp},i}
}
$$

experienced world。

---

# 7. Substrate World

$$
W_{\mathrm{sub}}
$$

- data centers；
- AI；
- robotics；
- power；
- biological body support；
- operators；
- legal institutions。

---

# 8. Interface World

$$
W_{\mathrm{int}}
$$

---

# 9. Experienced World

$$
W_{\mathrm{exp},i}
$$

---

# 10. Layer Confusion

$$
AI\in W_{\mathrm{sub}}
$$

$$
AI\in W_{\mathrm{exp},i}.
$$

---

# 11. Substrate–Experience Separation Proposition

如果 interface map：

$$
\Pi_i:
W_{\mathrm{sub}}
\rightarrow
W_{\mathrm{exp},i}
$$

$$
\Theta\subseteq W_{\mathrm{sub}}
$$

且：

$$
\Theta
\cap
\mathcal H_i^{\mathrm{acc}}
=
\varnothing.
$$

- substrate membership；
- accessible epistemic membership。

$$
\boxed{\square}
$$

---

# 12. AI-Mediated AI-Free World

$$
\boxed{
AI
\text{ maintains }
W_{\mathrm{sub}}
}
$$

同時：

$$
\boxed{
AI
\notin
W_{\mathrm{exp},i}.
}
$$

# **AI-Mediated AI-Free Life-World**

---

$$
AI\in W_{\mathrm{sub}}.
$$

只是 subject：

$$
i
$$

沒有 access。

---

---

# 15. Epistemic Secession

定義：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal E\mathcal S_i(
\Theta,
W
)
}
$$

為主體 $i$ 自願把 technology / concept family $\Theta$ 從指定 life-world 的 accessible epistemic domain 中移出。

---

# 16. Epistemic Secession 不等於 Political Secession

---

# 17. L1 — Information Isolation

- AI outputs；
- AI news；
- AI-generated media。

---

# 18. L2 — Environmental Isolation

- manual interfaces；
- human-facing services；
- no visible assistants。

---

# 19. L3 — Concept Isolation

$$
\boxed{
AI
\notin
\mathcal H_i^{\mathrm{acc}}.
}
$$

---

# 20. L4 — Autobiographical Access Isolation

---

# 21. L5 — World-Model Partition

整個 outside-world technological model：

$$
K_i^{\mathrm{outer}}
$$

subject 只在：

$$
K_i^{\mathrm{world}}
$$

運作。

---

# 22. Delete vs Seal

$$
\boxed{
\text{seal}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{delete}.
}
$$

---

# 23. Memory Partition

$$
\boxed{
K_i^{\mathrm{total}}
=
K_i^{\mathrm{acc}}
\sqcup
K_i^{\mathrm{sealed}}.
}
$$

---

# 24. Access Gate

$$
\boxed{
G_{i,W}:
K_i^{\mathrm{total}}
\rightarrow
K_i^{\mathrm{acc}}(W).
}
$$

---

# 25. AI Memory Seal

若：

$$
K_i^{AI}
\subseteq
K_i^{\mathrm{sealed}},
$$

則：

$$
\boxed{
\operatorname{Access}_i(
K_i^{AI}\mid W
)
=
0.
}
$$

---

# 26. 這是 Future Assumption

$$
\boxed{
G_{i,W}
}
$$

是 speculative engineering object。

---

Retrieval Suppression

Anderson 與 Green 的 Think/No-Think work 顯示：

---

# 28. Systemic Suppression

---

# 29. Memory Trace

$$
\boxed{
\text{inaccessible}
\neq
\text{nonexistent}.
}
$$

---

# 30. State-Dependent Retrieval

state-dependent memory literature 亦顯示：

$$
\boxed{
\text{memory accessibility}
}
$$

---

# 31. Memory Boundary Rule

$$
\boxed{
\text{current science shows weak access modulation phenomena}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{future perfect gating already exists}.
}
$$

---

VR research

- presence；
- place illusion；
- plausibility；
- embodiment。

---

# 33. Sense of Embodiment

Kilteni、Groten、Slater 將 SoE 分為：

- self-location；
- agency；
- body ownership。

---

# 34. Presence

VR presence

這提供 virtual life-world 的 experiential baseline。

---

# 35. 但 Current VR 不是 Life Substrate

今天 VR：

- latency；
- sensory limits；
- haptics；
- duration；
- body support；
- realism；

$$
\boxed{
\text{lifelong alternative world}.
}
$$

---

# 36. Future Virtual Life-World

定義：

$$
\boxed{
W_i^{V}
}
$$

---

# 37. Technological Epoch

定義：

$$
\boxed{
e
}
$$

- 1850-like；
- 1985-like；
- 2015-like；
- no-AI；
- low-AI；
- high-AI。

---

# 38. Epoch Reconstruction

$$
W(e)
$$

---

# 39. Chosen Technological Epoch

$$
\boxed{
e_i^\ast
\in
\operatorname*{arg\,max}_e
W_i(W(e)).
}
$$

---

- advanced medicine；
- AI maintenance；
- modern safety；
- backup systems。

subject-facing layer 則可以維持 1995-like affordances。

---

# 41. Safety Floor vs Experience Layer

$$
\boxed{
T_{\mathrm{safety}}
}
$$

與：

$$
\boxed{
T_{\mathrm{visible}}.
}
$$

$$
T_{\mathrm{visible}}
$$

$$
T_{\mathrm{safety}}.
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{civilization remove AI}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
AI
\notin
W_{\mathrm{exp},i}.
}
$$

---

# 43. Filter Cost

$$
s_{AI}(t)
$$

$$
\boxed{
C_{\mathrm{filter}}(s)
}
$$

---

# 44. Virtual World Cost

令：

$$
\boxed{
C_{\mathrm{world}}(W_i^V)
}
$$

---

# 45. World-Substitution Cost Proposition

若：

$$
C_{\mathrm{world}}
<
C_{\mathrm{filter}},
$$

且：

- fidelity sufficient；
- safety sufficient；
- consent valid；
- externality bounded；

$$
\boxed{
C_{\mathrm{world}}
\downarrow
\text{ faster than }
C_{\mathrm{filter}}.
}
$$

---

# 47. World-Choice Expansion

$$
F_i'
=
F_i
\cup
\{W_i^V\}.
$$

所以：

$$
F_i
\subseteq
F_i'.
$$

---

# 48. World-Choice Expansion Corollary

$$
\boxed{
\max_{W\in F_i'}
U_i(W)
\ge
\max_{W\in F_i}
U_i(W).
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{offer}
\neq
\text{assign}.
}
$$

---

# 50. Voluntariness

定義：

$$
\boxed{
v_i\in[0,1].
}
$$

如果：

$$
v_i\approx0,
$$

---

# 51. S0

$$
\boxed{
S_0.
}
$$

- 外面有 AI；
- world 是 simulation；

---

# 52. Consent Contract

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal C_0.
}
$$

包括：

- understanding；
- voluntariness；
- scope；
- risk；
- duration；
- exit。

---

# 53. Gate

$$
\boxed{
G.
}
$$

完成：

- memory partition；
- interface switch；
- world transition。

---

# 54. S1

$$
\boxed{
S_1.
}
$$

- personality；
- general identity；
- relationships；
- values；
- autobiographical continuity。

$$
K^{AI}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
S_0=S_1
}
$$

---

# 56. Prior Consent

$$
\operatorname{Consent}_{S_0}=1
$$

支持 transition legitimacy。

但：

$$
\boxed{
\operatorname{Consent}_{S_0}
\not\Rightarrow
\operatorname{Consent}_{S_1}
}
$$

---

# 57. Precedent Consent Non-Exhaustion Principle

過去 consent：

$$
\boxed{
\text{can authorize transition}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{exhaust all future autonomy claims}.
}
$$

---

# 58. Ulysses Contract Analogy

HEETF virtual-life contract：

不等於 psychiatric advance directive。

- context；
- risk；
- capacity；
- law；

不同。

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{temporal autonomy conflict}
}
$$

---

# 61. Outer Consent Constitution

定義：

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak O_i
=
(
D,M,A,X,E,T,R,Q,V
).
}
$$

---

# 62. D — Disclosure

- substrate nature；
- AI role；
- memory effects；
- uncertainty；
- failure modes。

---

# 63. M — Memory Scope

$$
\boxed{
K_{\mathrm{sealed}}.
}
$$

---

# 64. A — Awareness Mode

---

# 65. A0 — Transparent

subject 知道 simulation。

---

# 66. A1 — Partial Outer Awareness

---

# 67. A2 — Full Closure

subject 認為：

$$
W_{\mathrm{exp}}
$$

---

# 68. X — Exit Rights

$$
\boxed{
\text{wake}
}
$$

再：

$$
\boxed{
\text{restore disclosure / memory}
}
$$

最後 re-consent。

---

# 70. E — Emergency Interruption

例如：

- physical health emergency；
- infrastructure failure；
- family emergency；
- severe psychological harm。

---

# 71. T — Duration

$$
T_{\mathrm{external}}
$$

與：

$$
T_{\mathrm{subjective}}.
$$

---

# 72. R — Restoration

---

# 73. Q — Welfare Guardrails

即使：

$$
S_0
$$

- extreme suffering；
- hidden abuse；
- irreversible harm。

---

# 74. V — Independent Verification

---

# 75. Virtual Epistemic Sovereignty

定義：

$$
\boxed{
\operatorname{VES}_i
}
$$

- technology exposure；
- information exposure；
- interface mediation；
- memory-access policy；
- chosen world；
- exit / restoration。

---

# 76. VES 不是 Truth Sovereignty

$$
\boxed{
\text{自己的 experienced interface}.
}
$$

---

# 77. VES 也不是 Censorship Right over Others

---

# 78. Candidate Right 1

# **Right to Experiential Technological Fit**

---

# 79. Candidate Right 2

# **Right to Epistemic Seclusion**

---

# 80. Candidate Right 3

# **Right to a Chosen Technological Epoch**

> 選擇某 technological-era-like life-world。

---

# 81. Candidate Right 4

# **Virtual Epistemic Sovereignty**

對個人 voluntary virtual life-world 的：

- exposure；
- memory；
- interface；
- exit；

具有 governance claim。

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{normative candidate}
\neq
\text{existing legal entitlement}.
}
$$

- jurisdiction；
- safety；
- capacity；
- cost；
- rights conflicts；

---

# 83. Technological Epoch Pluralism

$$
W_{\mathrm{highAI}},
$$

$$
W_{\mathrm{lowAI}},
$$

$$
W_{\mathrm{noAI-like}},
$$

$$
W_{1995-like}.
$$

---

Life-World

$$
\boxed{
W_{\mathrm{sub}}
\text{ shared}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
W_{\mathrm{exp},i}
\text{ shared}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
W_A
\neq
W_B.
}
$$

---

- resource use；
- legal responsibility；
- physical body care；
- crime；
- dependents；
- taxes。

---

# 87. 需要 Common Substrate Governance

- power；
- infrastructure；
- rights floor；
- emergency systems。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{experiential pluralism}
\neq
\text{institutional anarchy}.
}
$$

---

# 88. Children / Non-Capable Persons

$$
\boxed{
\text{competent adult voluntary choice}.
}
$$

- children；
- incapacitated persons；
- coercive placement。

---

# 89. Economic Access

---

# 90. Authenticity

$$
\boxed{
\text{substrate authenticity}
}
$$

---

# 91. Deception

$$
\boxed{
\text{withheld outer-world information}.
}
$$

---

# 92. Psychological Continuity

$$
K_{\mathrm{sealed}}
$$

- relationships；
- values；
- identity continuity。

---

# 93. Semantic Closure Problem

AI concept

- machine learning；
- automation；
- probability；
- computers；
- history；
- personal memories。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{semantic gating}
}
$$

---

# 94. Lexical Rename 不是 Forgetting

把：

> AI

> Oracle

$$
\boxed{
K^{AI}
}
$$

消失。

---

# 95. Memory-Gate Closure Requirement

$$
\boxed{
N(K^{AI}).
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{all mathematics / all language}.
}
$$

---

# 96. Minimal Sealing Principle

$$
\boxed{
|K_{\mathrm{sealed}}|.
}
$$

---

# 97. Reversibility Preference

$$
\boxed{
\text{reversible gating}
>
\text{irreversible deletion}.
}
$$

---

# 98. Auditability

$$
\boxed{
\text{what was sealed}
}
$$

---

# 99. No-AI Life-World 不代表 No-AI Substrate

$$
\boxed{
\text{No-AI lived ontology}
}
$$

和：

$$
\boxed{
\text{AI-supported substrate}
}
$$

---

# 101. 從 Purity 轉成 Fit

$$
\boxed{
\text{purity}
\rightarrow
\text{preference fit}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
AI=bad.
}
$$

只需：

$$
\boxed{
W_i(T_{\mathrm{lowAI}})
>
W_i(T_{\mathrm{highAI}}).
}
$$

作為 subject preference。

---

# 103. Personal Preference

$$
\boxed{
\text{my preference}
}
$$

解決。

---

# 104. Self-Regarding Domain

$$
\boxed{
\text{predominantly self-regarding life-world choices}.
}
$$

---

World Exit

HEETF-06：

$$
\boxed{
\text{choosing one's experienced future}.
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\max
\mathcal C.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\max
\mathcal C
+
\max
\text{safe experiential plurality}.
}
$$

---

# 108. Technological Epoch Pluralism Principle

$$
\boxed{
\text{civilization progress}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{capability diversity}
}
$$

與：

$$
\boxed{
\text{life-world diversity}.
}
$$

---

- virtual reality；
- presence；
- embodiment；
- directed forgetting；
- retrieval suppression；
- advance directives；
- Ulysses contracts；
- personal autonomy；
- technological pluralism；
- virtual worlds。

1. substrate / interface / experienced world 三層；
2. AI-mediated AI-free life-world；
3. Epistemic Secession；
4. five-level isolation ladder；
5. memory deletion / access sealing 分離；
6. World-Substitution Cost Proposition；
7. World-Choice Expansion Corollary；
8. Precedent Consent Non-Exhaustion；
9. Outer Consent Constitution；
10. candidate rights to technological fit / epistemic seclusion / chosen epoch / VES。

---

$$
\boxed{
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
AI memory network}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{virtual life 比 physical life 更好}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{所有 AI refusers 都會想進 virtual world}.
}
$$

---

# **Civilizational Maximum Is Not Personal Optimum**

$$
\boxed{
T_{\max}
\neq
T_i^\ast
\text{ in general}.
}
$$

---

# **Substrate Is Not Experienced Ontology**

$$
\boxed{
AI\in W_{\mathrm{sub}}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
AI\notin W_{\mathrm{exp},i}
}
$$

並存。

---

# **Seal, Do Not Assume Delete**

$$
\boxed{
K^{AI}\subseteq K^{\mathrm{sealed}}
}
$$

比：

$$
\boxed{
K^{AI}=\varnothing
}
$$

---

# **Prior Consent Is Not Infinite Consent**

$$
\boxed{
\operatorname{Consent}_{S_0}
\not\Rightarrow
\operatorname{Consent}_{S_1}
\text{ for every future state}.
}
$$

---

# **Pluralism Beats Forced Synchronization**

$$
\boxed{
\{W_1,\ldots,W_n\}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
W_i=W_j
\qquad
\forall i,j.
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{world choice}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
W_{\mathrm{sub}}
=
\text{high-AI civilization}
}
$$

同時：

$$
\boxed{
W_{\mathrm{exp},i}
=
\text{no-AI-like world}.
}
$$

- world 由 advanced infrastructure 維持；

$$
\mathcal C_0,
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{preference-sensitive world design}.
}
$$

$$
\mathfrak O_i
$$

——Outer Consent Constitution——

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Future Freedom}
\neq
\text{Mandatory Maximum Technology}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Future Freedom}
=
\text{More Capabilities}
+
\text{More Legitimate Ways to Live}.
}
$$
