Creator Payout≪Total Platform Value Extracted from Creator Activity.\text{Creator Payout} \ll \text{Total Platform Value Extracted from Creator Activity}.

VC=Vcontent+Vdata+Vevaluation+Vnetwork,V_C = V_{\text{content}} + V_{\text{data}} + V_{\text{evaluation}} + V_{\text{network}},

關鍵詞:Creator Economy、Data Economy、AI Platform、Artificial World、Creator Fund、Data Acquisition Cost、Model Evaluation、Platform Economics、Value Capture、Generative Interactive Platform

Creator→Content→Audience→Revenue.\text{Creator} \rightarrow \text{Content} \rightarrow \text{Audience} \rightarrow \text{Revenue}.

RC.R_C.

通常:

RP+RC=Rgross−C,R_P+R_C = R_{\text{gross}}-C,

Content Supply.\boxed{ \text{Content Supply}. }

More Creator Earnings→More Creation→More Audience→More Revenue.\text{More Creator Earnings} \rightarrow \text{More Creation} \rightarrow \text{More Audience} \rightarrow \text{More Revenue}.

Intent→Prompt→AI Generation→Human Revision→AI Regeneration→Publish.\text{Intent} \rightarrow \text{Prompt} \rightarrow \text{AI Generation} \rightarrow \text{Human Revision} \rightarrow \text{AI Regeneration} \rightarrow \text{Publish}.

Labor→Content.\text{Labor} \rightarrow \text{Content}.

Labor→Content+Training/Evaluation Signals.\text{Labor} \rightarrow \text{Content} + \text{Training/Evaluation Signals}.

因此:

Creator Activity≠Content Production Only.\boxed{ \text{Creator Activity} \neq \text{Content Production Only}. }

VC=Vcontent+Vdata+Vevaluation+Vnetwork.V_C = V_{\text{content}} + V_{\text{data}} + V_{\text{evaluation}} + V_{\text{network}}.

3.1 Content Value

VcontentV_{\text{content}}

包括:

  • 可玩的人工世界;
  • 美術;
  • 音樂;
  • 程式;
  • 關卡;
  • 敘事;
  • 角色;
  • 規則;

3.2 Data Value

VdataV_{\text{data}}

包括:

  • prompt;
  • revision;
  • accepted / rejected generations;
  • structural edits;
  • version lineage;
  • 失敗案例;

Intent→World.\text{Intent} \rightarrow \text{World}.

3.3 Evaluation Value

VevaluationV_{\text{evaluation}}

Evaluate(Gt).\text{Evaluate}(G_t).

  • 是否可玩;
  • 是否符合意圖;
  • 是否 lag;
  • 是否美術錯誤;
  • 是否玩法失效;
  • 是否應修改;

Human Evaluator.\boxed{ \text{Human Evaluator}. }

3.4 Network Value

VnetworkV_{\text{network}}

  • 自己的粉絲;
  • 外部社群;
  • 分享;
  • 新玩家;
  • remix;
  • 合作者;

Content Acquisition+User Acquisition.\text{Content Acquisition} + \text{User Acquisition}.

PC=Creator PayoutP_C = \text{Creator Payout}

以及:

VC=Total Creator-Contributed Platform Value.V_C = \text{Total Creator-Contributed Platform Value}.

PC∝Vcontent.P_C \propto V_{\text{content}}.

PC=f(plays,views,engagement,bonus rules)P_C = f( \text{plays}, \text{views}, \text{engagement}, \text{bonus rules} )

VC=Vcontent+Vdata+Vevaluation+Vnetwork.V_C = V_{\text{content}} + V_{\text{data}} + V_{\text{evaluation}} + V_{\text{network}}.

PC≪VC.\boxed{ P_C \ll V_C. }

ΔVC=VC−PC.\boxed{ \Delta V_C = V_C-P_C. }

Creator Value Capture Gap。

5. Value Capture Gap

ΔVC>0\Delta V_C>0

與:

Exploitation.\text{Exploitation}.

  • 模型訓練;
  • inference;
  • hosting;
  • moderation;
  • growth;
  • engineering;
  • capital risk;
  • payment processing;
  • legal;
  • infrastructure。

因此:

PC<VCP_C<V_C

PCVC\frac{P_C}{V_C}

  1. 創作者不再願意參與;
  2. 平台無法維持供給品質;
  3. 資料使用與契約預期失衡;
  4. 創作者不知道自己實際提供了什麼;

Structural Asymmetry,\text{Structural Asymmetry},

6. Creator Fund

CreatorFund=Pay Creators.\text{CreatorFund} = \text{Pay Creators}.

CreatorFund=Ccontent+Cdata+Cevaluation+Cseeding+Cmarketing.\boxed{ \text{CreatorFund} = C_{\text{content}} + C_{\text{data}} + C_{\text{evaluation}} + C_{\text{seeding}} + C_{\text{marketing}}. }

其中:

  • CcontentC_{\text{content}}:取得內容;
  • CdataC_{\text{data}}:取得創作與修訂資料;
  • CevaluationC_{\text{evaluation}}:取得人類評估;
  • CseedingC_{\text{seeding}}:建立平台初始供給;
  • CmarketingC_{\text{marketing}}:

Platform→Creator\text{Platform} \rightarrow \text{Creator}

PC→DC+Wi+DP.P_C \rightarrow D_C + W_i + D_P.

因此:

Creator Subsidy→Data Flywheel Investment.\boxed{ \text{Creator Subsidy} \rightarrow \text{Data Flywheel Investment}. }

Subsidy Inversion。

Cinteraction=PN.C_{\text{interaction}} = \frac{P}{N}.

如果:

P=100P=100

且:

N=1,000,000,N=1,000,000,

則:

Cinteraction=0.0001.C_{\text{interaction}} = 0.0001.

Too Low\text{Too Low}

與:

Highly Efficient.\text{Highly Efficient}.

9. Creator Payout

  • 市場競爭;
  • 創作者供給彈性;
  • 平台補貼策略;
  • 資本充足度;
  • growth 目標;
  • monetization 階段;

影響。

因此:

Payout Rate≠Data Market Value.\boxed{ \text{Payout Rate} \neq \text{Data Market Value}. }

Minimum Incentive Required to Sustain Supply.\text{Minimum Incentive Required to Sustain Supply}.

Ccreation↓,C_{\text{creation}}\downarrow,

SupplyC=f(PC,Ccreation,Novelty,Status,Fun).Supply_C = f(P_C,C_{\text{creation}},\text{Novelty},\text{Status},\text{Fun}).

當:

Ccreation→0,C_{\text{creation}}\rightarrow 0,

而:

Novelty+Fun+Status\text{Novelty}+\text{Fun}+\text{Status}

Creating\text{Creating}

Entertainment,\text{Entertainment},

Producer+Consumer.\boxed{ \text{Producer} + \text{Consumer}. }

此時:

UtilityC=Money+Fun+Expression+Status+Learning+Audience.Utility_C = \text{Money} + \text{Fun} + \text{Expression} + \text{Status} + \text{Learning} + \text{Audience}.

UtilityCrequired−UtilityCnon-monetary.Utility_C^{\text{required}} - Utility_C^{\text{non-monetary}}.

12. Prosumer Economy

Creator∩Player≠∅.\text{Creator} \cap \text{Player} \neq \varnothing.

  • 玩;
  • 做;
  • 測;
  • 分享;
  • remix;

因此:

User=Player+Creator+Tester+Promoter.\text{User} = \text{Player} + \text{Creator} + \text{Tester} + \text{Promoter}.

AI-Native Prosumer Economy.\boxed{ \text{AI-Native Prosumer Economy}. }

Code Quality\text{Code Quality}

或:

Asset Value\text{Asset Value}

Engagement Generated,\text{Engagement Generated},

Participation-Induced Interaction.\boxed{ \text{Participation-Induced Interaction}. }

即:

Creator→World→Players→Interactions.\text{Creator} \rightarrow \text{World} \rightarrow \text{Players} \rightarrow \text{Interactions}.

因此:

PCP_C

Interaction Bounty\text{Interaction Bounty}

而非:

Royalty.\text{Royalty}.

Royalty:

PC∝Revenue.P_C \propto \text{Revenue}.

Bounty:

PC∝DesiredEvent.P_C \propto \text{DesiredEvent}.

Significant Interaction\text{Significant Interaction}

而非:

Direct Revenue,\text{Direct Revenue},

PC=rNinteraction.P_C = rN_{\text{interaction}}.

Behavior Acquisition Bounty.\boxed{ \text{Behavior Acquisition Bounty}. }

15. Creator Economy

Creator→Platform→Audience→Money.\text{Creator} \rightarrow \text{Platform} \rightarrow \text{Audience} \rightarrow \text{Money}.

PlatformCapital→Creator→ArtificialWorld→Audience→Data→Model.\text{PlatformCapital} \rightarrow \text{Creator} \rightarrow \text{ArtificialWorld} \rightarrow \text{Audience} \rightarrow \text{Data} \rightarrow \text{Model}.

最後:

Model→PlatformValue.\text{Model} \rightarrow \text{PlatformValue}.

Capital→Human Participation→Data→Model→Equity Value.\boxed{ \text{Capital} \rightarrow \text{Human Participation} \rightarrow \text{Data} \rightarrow \text{Model} \rightarrow \text{Equity Value}. }

Capital→Content→Advertising Revenue.\text{Capital} \rightarrow \text{Content} \rightarrow \text{Advertising Revenue}.

CompanyValue\text{CompanyValue}

CurrentRevenue\text{CurrentRevenue}

決定。

Vfirm=f(U,D,M,G,N),V_{\text{firm}} = f( U, D, M, G, N ),

其中:

  • UU:使用者規模;
  • DD:資料資產;
  • MM:模型能力;
  • GG:成長率;

Low Monetization\text{Low Monetization}

與:

High Valuation\text{High Valuation}

MarketingExpense\text{MarketingExpense}

或:

ContentExpense.\text{ContentExpense}.

Data CAPEX\text{Data CAPEX}

Future Model Capability.\text{Future Model Capability}.

CreatorFund≈ModelCapabilityInvestment.\boxed{ \text{CreatorFund} \approx \text{ModelCapabilityInvestment}. }

18. Data Acquisition Cost

Deff.D_{\text{eff}}.

CACD=Ccreator+Cplayer+CinfraDeff.CAC_D = \frac{C_{\text{creator}}+C_{\text{player}}+C_{\text{infra}}}{D_{\text{eff}}}.

  • 專門標註;
  • 實驗室實驗;
  • 合成 agent rollout;
  • 人工設計 environment;

Best Game Engine,\text{Best Game Engine},

而是:

Lowest Cost per Useful Human-World Interaction.\boxed{ \text{Lowest Cost per Useful Human-World Interaction}. }

CACD↓,CAC_D\downarrow,

  • 低意圖創作;
  • 複製;
  • spam;
  • trivial worlds;
  • incentive farming;
  • idle play;
  • fake engagement。

則:

DeffD_{\text{eff}}

CI(D)\boxed{ \frac{C}{I(D)} }

其中:

I(D)I(D)

UC=PC+Unonmoney−CC>0.U_C = P_C + U_{\text{nonmoney}} - C_C >0.

其中:

  • PCP_C:貨幣收益;
  • UnonmoneyU_{\text{nonmoney}}:娛樂、聲望、表達、學習;

PC+Unonmoney≥CC.P_C + U_{\text{nonmoney}} \ge C_C.

  • hobbyist;
  • curiosity-driven user;
  • children / students;
  • AI enthusiast;
  • viral experimenter;
  • low-cost producer。

而:

  • 專業遊戲設計師;
  • 專職美術;
  • 高成本 IP 團隊;
  • 中大型工作室;

PC↓⇒Creator Composition Shift.P_C\downarrow \Rightarrow \text{Creator Composition Shift}.

WorldQualityCeiling↓.\text{WorldQualityCeiling}\downarrow.

Nworlds↑N_{\text{worlds}}\uparrow

但:

Qmedian↓.Q_{\text{median}}\downarrow.

因為:

Mass Supply≠Professional Supply.\text{Mass Supply} \neq \text{Professional Supply}.

Data Objective≠Entertainment Quality Objective.\text{Data Objective} \neq \text{Entertainment Quality Objective}.

JconsumerJ_{\text{consumer}}

與:

Jmodel.J_{\text{model}}.

其中:

Jconsumer=f(Fun,Retention,Satisfaction,Discovery),J_{\text{consumer}} = f( \text{Fun}, \text{Retention}, \text{Satisfaction}, \text{Discovery} ),

而:

Jmodel=f(DataVolume,Diversity,ActionLabels,IntentPairs,Exploration).J_{\text{model}} = f( \text{DataVolume}, \text{Diversity}, \text{ActionLabels}, \text{IntentPairs}, \text{Exploration} ).

Jconsumer↑.J_{\text{consumer}}\uparrow.

JmodelJ_{\text{model}}

Jmodel↑J_{\text{model}}\uparrow

但:

Jconsumer↓.J_{\text{consumer}}\downarrow.

Surface Layer

Mt→Mt+1,M_t\rightarrow M_{t+1},

Human Participation Interface.\boxed{ \text{Human Participation Interface}. }

  • 讓人願意創作;
  • 讓人願意測試;
  • 讓人願意分享;

Creator Program\text{Creator Program}

Model Growth Infrastructure.\text{Model Growth Infrastructure}.

Creator=Supplier+Data Source+Evaluator+Distributor+User.\text{Creator} = \text{Supplier} + \text{Data Source} + \text{Evaluator} + \text{Distributor} + \text{User}.

B2C\text{B2C}

或:

Marketplace\text{Marketplace}

Multi-Role Human Infrastructure.\boxed{ \text{Multi-Role Human Infrastructure}. }

Attention.\text{Attention}.

Trajectory.\text{Trajectory}.

VP=Vattention+Vbehavior+Vevaluation+Vnetwork.V_P = V_{\text{attention}} + V_{\text{behavior}} + V_{\text{evaluation}} + V_{\text{network}}.

Creator↔Platform↔Player.\text{Creator}\leftrightarrow\text{Platform}\leftrightarrow\text{Player}.

Creator→DC,\text{Creator}\rightarrow D_C, Player→DP.\text{Player}\rightarrow D_P.

DC⊕DPD_C\oplus D_P

Mt+1.M_{t+1}.

27. Human-in-the-Loop

AI→HumanReview→Correction.AI \rightarrow \text{HumanReview} \rightarrow \text{Correction}.

Human\text{Human}

Model Evaluation\text{Model Evaluation}

或:

Preference Elicitation.\text{Preference Elicitation}.

因此:

Human-in-the-Loop→Human-as-the-Economy.\boxed{ \text{Human-in-the-Loop} \rightarrow \text{Human-as-the-Economy}. }

  1. 哪些資料被保存;
  2. 哪些資料只為產品功能;
  3. 哪些資料用於推薦;
  4. 哪些資料可用於模型訓練;
  5. 哪些資料可與第三方模型共享;
  6. 如何退出;
  7. 是否可刪除;

Creator Economy Transparency≠Payout Transparency Only.\boxed{ \text{Creator Economy Transparency} \neq \text{Payout Transparency Only}. }

Data-Use Transparency.\text{Data-Use Transparency}.

  • 修 bug;
  • 校正 generation;
  • 選擇更好版本;
  • 改 prompt;
  • 修美術;
  • 修玩法;

Model Improvement Labor\text{Model Improvement Labor}

  • 是否自願;
  • 是否知情;
  • 是否有明確交換;
  • 是否具商業目的;

AI Creator Economy requires a new labor boundary.\boxed{ \text{AI Creator Economy requires a new labor boundary.} }

PC=Pcontent+Ptraffic+Pdata+Pmodel-impact.P_C = P_{\text{content}} + P_{\text{traffic}} + P_{\text{data}} + P_{\text{model-impact}}.

其中:

  • PcontentP_{\text{content}}:作品收益;
  • PtrafficP_{\text{traffic}}:帶來玩家;
  • PdataP_{\text{data}}:高品質資料;
  • Pmodel-impactP_{\text{model-impact}}:

Pmodel-impactP_{\text{model-impact}}

many-to-many causal contribution.\text{many-to-many causal contribution}.

31. Model Impact Attribution

  • influence approximation;
  • data valuation;
  • Shapley approximation;
  • ablation subset;
  • benchmark-linked attribution;
  • rarity / diversity weighting。

然而:

Attribution Cost\text{Attribution Cost}

Payout Value.\text{Payout Value}.

BC=f(Scarcity,SwitchingCost,AudienceOwnership,Skill,IP,AlternativePlatforms).B_C = f( \text{Scarcity}, \text{SwitchingCost}, \text{AudienceOwnership}, \text{Skill}, \text{IP}, \text{AlternativePlatforms} ).

Scarcity↓,\text{Scarcity}\downarrow,

BC↓.B_C\downarrow.

  • 強 IP;
  • 強社群;
  • 專業設計能力;
  • 外部品牌;
  • 獨特資料;
  • 跨平台受眾;

Ccreation↓C_{\text{creation}}\downarrow

NG↑.N_G\uparrow.

APA_P

有限。

因此:

APNG↓.\frac{A_P}{N_G}\downarrow.

Attention\text{Attention}

Top Share↑.\text{Top Share}\uparrow.

Democratize Creation+Concentrate Attention.\boxed{ \text{Democratize Creation} + \text{Concentrate Attention}. }

34. Creator Economy

34.1 Content-Market Equilibrium

GameRevenue\text{GameRevenue}

34.2 Data-Flywheel Equilibrium

ModelCapability.\text{ModelCapability}.

34.3 Hybrid Equilibrium

ContentRevenue+DataValue+ModelValue.\boxed{ \text{ContentRevenue} + \text{DataValue} + \text{ModelValue}. }

Sales+Ads+Subscription+Bounty+DataReward.\text{Sales} + \text{Ads} + \text{Subscription} + \text{Bounty} + \text{DataReward}.

VP>CPV_P > C_P

平台有正經濟價值;

UC>0U_C>0

創作者仍願意供給;

UU>0U_U>0

玩家仍願意留下;

ΔQM>0\Delta Q_M>0

資料真的改善模型;

T>0T>0

Sustainability=EconomicValue∩CreatorUtility∩PlayerUtility∩ModelLearning∩Trust.\boxed{ \text{Sustainability} = \text{EconomicValue} \cap \text{CreatorUtility} \cap \text{PlayerUtility} \cap \text{ModelLearning} \cap \text{Trust}. }

H1:Creator Data Value Hypothesis

VdataV_{\text{data}}

H2:Low-Payout Sustainability Hypothesis

H3:Interaction Bounty Hypothesis

interaction\text{interaction}

H4:Model-Value Hypothesis

H5:Professional Exit Hypothesis

  • 其他收入來源;
  • 平台工具價值;
  • 外部商業用途;
  • 非貨幣價值;

D=DC⊕DP.\mathcal D = \mathcal D_C \oplus \mathcal D_P.

DC,DP→Vplatform.\boxed{ \mathcal D_C,\mathcal D_P \rightarrow V_{\text{platform}}. }

Economic Asset.\text{Economic Asset}.

CreatorFund\text{CreatorFund}

CreatorFund\text{CreatorFund}

Vfuture modelV_{\text{future model}}

因此:

Platform Ontology→Creator Economy Design.\boxed{ \text{Platform Ontology} \rightarrow \text{Creator Economy Design}. }

PCP_C

本身。

而是:

ΔD$,\frac{\Delta D}{\$}, ΔU$,\frac{\Delta U}{\$}, ΔQM$.\frac{\Delta Q_M}{\$}.

即:

  • 每一美元取得多少有效資料;
  • 每一美元增加多少使用者;

Low Current Revenue\text{Low Current Revenue}

High Future Capability Accumulation.\text{High Future Capability Accumulation}.

D↑D\uparrow

但:

QM≈constant,Q_M\approx \text{constant},

則:

Data Flywheel\text{Data Flywheel}

U↑U\uparrow

PaidAcquisition\text{PaidAcquisition}

而:

Retention↓,\text{Retention}\downarrow,

則:

User Growth\text{User Growth}

Data→Capability→Product Improvement→Organic Retention.\boxed{ \text{Data} \rightarrow \text{Capability} \rightarrow \text{Product Improvement} \rightarrow \text{Organic Retention}. }

Content,Data,Evaluation,Distribution,ModelImprovement,\text{Content}, \text{Data}, \text{Evaluation}, \text{Distribution}, \text{ModelImprovement},

Revenue Share\boxed{ \text{Revenue Share} }

Contribution Accounting.\boxed{ \text{Contribution Accounting}. }

Creator Economy:

Creator≠Content Supplier Only.\boxed{ \text{Creator} \neq \text{Content Supplier Only.} }

Creator=Content Producer+Intent Data Source+Evaluator+Tester+Distributor.\boxed{ \text{Creator} = \text{Content Producer} + \text{Intent Data Source} + \text{Evaluator} + \text{Tester} + \text{Distributor}. }

AI-native platforms may monetize capability accumulation before they monetize content itself.\boxed{ \text{AI-native platforms may monetize capability accumulation before they monetize content itself.} }

CreatorActivity→Data→Model→EquityValue\text{CreatorActivity} \rightarrow \text{Data} \rightarrow \text{Model} \rightarrow \text{EquityValue}

Model Growth Economy.\boxed{ \text{Model Growth Economy}. }

Recommendation Function→Game Design Evolution.\boxed{ \text{Recommendation Function} \rightarrow \text{Game Design Evolution}. }

Retention,CTR,Replay,Early Engagement,\text{Retention}, \text{CTR}, \text{Replay}, \text{Early Engagement},

Platform Algorithm\text{Platform Algorithm}

Meta-Game Designer.\boxed{ \text{Meta-Game Designer}. }

  • 冷啟動;
  • exploration / exploitation;
  • selection pressure;
  • design convergence;
  • hypercasual attractor;
  • newcomer disadvantage;
  • attention concentration;
  • algorithmic speciation;
  • artificial-world diversity collapse。
