本研究提出「負認知資本」(Negative Cognitive Capital)與「認識論可修正性」(Epistemic Correctability)框架,用以描述 AI 時代一項可能逐步升高經濟與治理重要性的決策變數:當高品質外部智能的取得成本快速下降時,決策者是否願意接收、理解、比較、採納或依據反證修改自身判斷,將直接影響其可實際調用的總認知能力。

本文將日常語言中的「傲慢」重新操作化為:
