AI 與階級流動:能力民主化、資源固化與雙相效應

摘要

本研究提出「AI 階級流動雙相效應」(AI-Class Mobility Biphasic Effect)框架,用以分析 AI 對社會與組織階級流動的一個可能反直覺結果:AI 既可能提高低資源、高能力者的向上流動機率,也可能降低高資源、低能力者的向下墜落機率。

傳統階級流動模型常隱含:

但 AI 改變了其中至少三個轉換函數。

AI 會讓沒資源但有能力的人更容易翻身。

這個推論可能成立。

但另一個同樣合理的推論是:

有資源的人也會使用 AI,而且 AI 甚至能幫他們降低管理失誤,讓既有資源更難流失。

因此真正問題不是:
