γ R : t ↦ r t . \gamma_R:t\mapsto\mathbf r_t. γ R : t ↦ r t .
R ^ t S , \widehat R_t^{S}, R t S ,
w ∅ ≪ 1. w_{\varnothing}\ll1. w ∅ ≪ 1.
因此:
absence of interaction ≢ termination of relation . \text{absence of interaction}
\not\equiv
\text{termination of relation}. absence of interaction ≡ termination of relation .
AI identity continuity
A 與 B . A
\quad\text{與}\quad
B. A 與 B .
t 0 t_0 t 0
R A B = close friend . R_{AB}=\text{close friend}. R A B = close friend .
I A B ( t ) = 0. I_{AB}(t)=0. I A B ( t ) = 0.
R A B ( t 0 + 3 m ) < R A B ( t 0 ) . R_{AB}(t_0+3m)<R_{AB}(t_0). R A B ( t 0 + 3 m ) < R A B ( t 0 ) .
高優先順位;
高信任;
高不可替代性;
強歷史連續性;
interaction frequency ≠ relationship identity . \boxed{
\text{interaction frequency}
\neq
\text{relationship identity}.
} interaction frequency = relationship identity .
γ R : t ↦ r t . \gamma_R:t\mapsto\mathbf r_t. γ R : t ↦ r t .
M R = ( M A , M B , M A B ) . \mathcal M_R
=
(
M_A,
M_B,
M_{AB}
). M R = ( M A , M B , M A B ) .
其中:
M A = self-in-relation representation , M_A
=
\text{self-in-relation representation}, M A = self-in-relation representation ,
M B = representation of the other , M_B
=
\text{representation of the other}, M B = representation of the other ,
M A B = representation of what the relation is . M_{AB}
=
\text{representation of what the relation is}. M A B = representation of what the relation is .
例如:
M A B = 「我們是多年朋友,而且基本可信任」 . M_{AB}
=
M A B = 「我們是多年朋友,而且基本可信任」 .
relational cognition can operate through stored state representations . \boxed{
\text{relational cognition can operate through stored state representations}.
} relational cognition can operate through stored state representations .
3. Internal Working Models
自己;
他人;
關係;
對方是否可得;
對方可能如何回應;
S A R C = I W M . SARC=IWM. S A R C = I W M .
I W M literature supports the plausibility of persistent stored relational representations. \boxed{
IWM\text{ literature supports the plausibility of persistent stored relational representations.}
} I W M literature supports the plausibility of persistent stored relational representations.
I t = 0 I_t=0 I t = 0
P h y s i c a l P r e s e n c e ( B ) = 0 PhysicalPresence(B)=0 P h y s i c a l P r ese n ce ( B ) = 0
P s y c h o l o g i c a l R e p r e s e n t a t i o n ( B ) = 0. PsychologicalRepresentation(B)=0. P sy c h o l o g i c a l R e p r ese n t a t i o n ( B ) = 0.
symbolic or mental availability can partially substitute for immediate physical availability . \boxed{
\text{symbolic or mental availability can partially substitute for immediate physical availability}.
} symbolic or mental availability can partially substitute for immediate physical availability .
R ^ t S . \widehat R_t^{S}. R t S .
R ^ t S = ( 1 − η R w t ) R ^ t − 1 S + η R w t E t . \widehat R_t^{S}
=
(1-\eta_R w_t)\widehat R_{t-1}^{S}
+
\eta_R w_t E_t. R t S = ( 1 − η R w t ) R t − 1 S + η R w t E t .
其中:
η R \eta_R η R
表示 Relationship Update Sensitivity ,
而:
w t w_t w t
w minor delay ≪ w explicit betrayal . w_{\text{minor delay}}
\ll
w_{\text{explicit betrayal}}. w minor delay ≪ w explicit betrayal .
R ^ t S . \widehat R_t^{S}. R t S .
因此:
state-anchored ≠ state-frozen . \boxed{
\text{state-anchored}
\neq
\text{state-frozen}.
} state-anchored = state-frozen .
E t = ∅ . E_t=\varnothing. E t = ∅ .
∅ \varnothing ∅
大家都很忙;
本來就不需要常聯絡;
地理分隔;
暫時沒有共同任務;
關係冷卻;
主動迴避;
absence is ambiguous evidence . \boxed{
\text{absence is ambiguous evidence}.
} absence is ambiguous evidence .
P ( I t = 0 ∣ R , context ) . P(
I_t=0
\mid
R,\text{context}
). P ( I t = 0 ∣ R , context ) .
P ( I t = 0 ∣ R daily ) ≪ 1. P(I_t=0\mid R_{\text{daily}})\ll1. P ( I t = 0 ∣ R daily ) ≪ 1.
P ( I t = 0 ∣ R low-frequency ) ≈ 1. P(I_t=0\mid R_{\text{low-frequency}})
\approx1. P ( I t = 0 ∣ R low-frequency ) ≈ 1.
the meaning of silence depends on expected contact rate . \boxed{
\text{the meaning of silence depends on expected contact rate}.
} the meaning of silence depends on expected contact rate .
S ∅ = − log P ( I t = 0 ∣ R ^ t − 1 , C t ) . S_{\varnothing}
=
-\log
P(
I_t=0
\mid
\widehat R_{t-1},C_t
). S ∅ = − log P ( I t = 0 ∣ R t − 1 , C t ) .
稱為 absence surprisal 。
如果:
S ∅ ≈ 0 , S_{\varnothing}\approx0, S ∅ ≈ 0 ,
S ∅ ≫ 0 , S_{\varnothing}\gg0, S ∅ ≫ 0 ,
w ∅ = g ( S ∅ ) . w_{\varnothing}
=
g(
S_{\varnothing}
). w ∅ = g ( S ∅ ) .
這比:
days without contact \text{days without contact} days without contact
30 days 30\text{ days} 30 days
O R P = Offline Relational Persistence \boxed{
ORP
=
\text{Offline Relational Persistence}
} O R P = Offline Relational Persistence
O R P = 1 − ∣ ∂ R ^ S ∂ Δ t ∣ Δ τ = 0 . ORP
=
1-
\left|
\frac{\partial \widehat R^S}
{\partial \Delta t}
\right|_{\Delta \tau=0}. O R P = 1 − ∂ Δ t ∂ R S Δ τ = 0 .
其中:
Δ t \Delta t Δ t
Δ τ \Delta\tau Δ τ
Δ τ = 0 , \Delta\tau=0, Δ τ = 0 ,
若:
O R P → 1 , ORP\rightarrow1, O R P → 1 ,
no update event ⇏ negative update . \boxed{
\text{no update event}
\not\Rightarrow
\text{negative update}.
} no update event ⇒ negative update .
I t = 0 ⇒ Δ R = 0 I_t=0
\Rightarrow
\Delta R=0 I t = 0 ⇒ Δ R = 0
∂ R ∂ I varies across persons, relationship types and contexts . \boxed{
\frac{\partial R}{\partial I}
\text{ varies across persons, relationship types and contexts}.
} ∂ I ∂ R varies across persons, relationship types and contexts .
11. Dormant ties:
Dormant tie
I n t e r a c t i o n A c t i v i t y t ≈ 0 InteractionActivity_t\approx0 I n t er a c t i o n A c t i v i t y t ≈ 0
S t o r e d T i e V a l u e t ≈ 0. StoredTieValue_t\approx0. S t or e d T i e V a l u e t ≈ 0.
relational activity ≠ relational latent state . \boxed{
\text{relational activity}
\neq
\text{relational latent state}.
} relational activity = relational latent state .
remembering;
catching up;
perceiving the tie similarly。
R identity R_{\text{identity}} R identity
R current state . R_{\text{current state}}. R current state .
C I D ( t ) = confidence in relationship identity , C_{ID}(t)
=
\text{confidence in relationship identity}, C I D ( t ) = confidence in relationship identity ,
以及:
F S T A T E ( t ) = freshness of current relational information . F_{STATE}(t)
=
\text{freshness of current relational information}. F S T A T E ( t ) = freshness of current relational information .
C I D ( t ) ≈ 1 C_{ID}(t)\approx1 C I D ( t ) ≈ 1
但:
F S T A T E ( t ) ↓ . F_{STATE}(t)\downarrow. F S T A T E ( t ) ↓ .
relationship persistence ≠ relationship informational freshness . \boxed{
\text{relationship persistence}
\neq
\text{relationship informational freshness}.
} relationship persistence = relationship informational freshness .
D M ( t ) = d ( M B ( t 0 ) , B ( t ) ) . D_M(t)
=
d(
M_B(t_0),
B(t)
). D M ( t ) = d ( M B ( t 0 ) , B ( t )) .
d D M d t ≥ 0 \frac{dD_M}{dt}\geq0 d t d D M ≥ 0
C I D ( t ) ≢ 1 − U B ( t ) . C_{ID}(t)
\not\equiv
1-U_B(t). C I D ( t ) ≡ 1 − U B ( t ) .
relationship reconstruction \text{relationship reconstruction} relationship reconstruction
與:
relationship state refresh . \text{relationship state refresh}. relationship state refresh .
R A B R_{AB} R A B
F S T A T E ↑ . F_{STATE}\uparrow. F S T A T E ↑ .
catching up can refresh a persistent tie rather than create a new tie . \boxed{
\text{catching up can refresh a persistent tie rather than create a new tie}.
} catching up can refresh a persistent tie rather than create a new tie .
z t ∈ { stranger , friend , close friend , former friend , … } . z_t
\in
\{
\text{stranger},
\text{friend},
\text{close friend},
\text{former friend},
\dots
\}. z t ∈ { stranger , friend , close friend , former friend , … } .
E t ∈ E minor E_t\in\mathcal E_{\text{minor}} E t ∈ E minor
z t + 1 = z t . z_{t+1}=z_t. z t + 1 = z t .
E t ∈ E transition E_t\in\mathcal E_{\text{transition}} E t ∈ E transition
z t → z t + 1 . z_t\rightarrow z_{t+1}. z t → z t + 1 .
例如:
close friend → major betrayal former friend . \text{close friend}
\xrightarrow{\text{major betrayal}}
\text{former friend}. close friend major betrayal former friend .
event-triggered relational updating . \boxed{
\text{event-triggered relational updating}.
} event-triggered relational updating .
S A R C ↑ ⇒ E m o t i o n ↓ . SARC\uparrow
\Rightarrow
Emotion\downarrow. S A R C ↑⇒ E m o t i o n ↓ .
maintenance frequency ≠ relationship importance . \boxed{
\text{maintenance frequency}
\neq
\text{relationship importance}.
} maintenance frequency = relationship importance .
R e l a t i o n s h i p I m p o r t a n c e ↑ . RelationshipImportance\uparrow. R e l a t i o n s hi p I m p or t an ce ↑ .
S A R C = avoidant attachment . SARC
=
\text{avoidant attachment}. S A R C = avoidant attachment .
how relationship identity is cognitively updated . \boxed{
\text{how relationship identity is cognitively updated}.
} how relationship identity is cognitively updated .
S A R C ↑ SARC\uparrow S A R C ↑
且:
A t t a c h m e n t S e c u r i t y ↑ . AttachmentSecurity\uparrow. A tt a c hm e n tS ec u r i t y ↑ .
S A R C ↑ SARC\uparrow S A R C ↑
且:
A t t a c h m e n t A v o i d a n c e ↑ . AttachmentAvoidance\uparrow. A tt a c hm e n t A v o i d an ce ↑ .
S t a b i l i t y r e p = 1 − V a r ( R ^ t S ) . Stability_{rep}
=
1-Var(\widehat R_t^S). S t abi l i t y r e p = 1 − V a r ( R t S ) .
S t a b i l i t y i n t = 1 − V a r ( r t ) . Stability_{int}
=
1-Var(\mathbf r_t). S t abi l i t y in t = 1 − V a r ( r t ) .
S t a b i l i t y r e p ≫ 0 Stability_{rep}\gg0 S t abi l i t y r e p ≫ 0
但:
S t a b i l i t y i n t ≪ 1. Stability_{int}\ll1. S t abi l i t y in t ≪ 1.
R ^ t S = ( 1 − η R w t ) R ^ t − 1 S + η R w t E t . \widehat R_t^S
=
(1-\eta_R w_t)\widehat R_{t-1}^{S}
+
\eta_R w_t E_t. R t S = ( 1 − η R w t ) R t − 1 S + η R w t E t .
其中:
η R = relationship update sensitivity , \eta_R
=
\text{relationship update sensitivity}, η R = relationship update sensitivity ,
而:
w t = g ( event severity , expectation violation , source reliability , context ) . w_t
=
g(
\text{event severity},
\text{expectation violation},
\text{source reliability},
\text{context}
). w t = g ( event severity , expectation violation , source reliability , context ) .
對 absence:
w ∅ = g ( S ∅ ) , w_{\varnothing}
=
g(
S_{\varnothing}
), w ∅ = g ( S ∅ ) ,
其中:
S ∅ = − log P ( I t = 0 ∣ R ^ t − 1 , C t ) . S_{\varnothing}
=
-\log
P(
I_t=0
\mid
\widehat R_{t-1},C_t
). S ∅ = − log P ( I t = 0 ∣ R t − 1 , C t ) .
F S T A T E ( t + Δ t ) = F S T A T E ( t ) e − λ F Δ t F_{STATE}(t+\Delta t)
=
F_{STATE}(t)e^{-\lambda_F\Delta t} F S T A T E ( t + Δ t ) = F S T A T E ( t ) e − λ F Δ t
λ F = 0. \lambda_F=0. λ F = 0.
而是:
λ i d e n t i t y ≪ λ s t a t e f r e s h n e s s . \boxed{
\lambda_{identity}
\ll
\lambda_{state\ freshness}.
} λ i d e n t i t y ≪ λ s t a t e f r es hn ess .
C I D C_{ID} C I D
與:
F S T A T E F_{STATE} F S T A T E
C I D ≈ stable , C_{ID}\approx \text{stable}, C I D ≈ stable ,
但:
F S T A T E ↓ . F_{STATE}\downarrow. F S T A T E ↓ .
∂ R ^ ∂ I = 0 ∣ S A R C h i g h < ∂ R ^ ∂ I = 0 ∣ S A R C l o w . \frac{\partial \widehat R}{\partial I=0}
\Bigg|_{SARC\ high}
<
\frac{\partial \widehat R}{\partial I=0}
\Bigg|_{SARC\ low}. ∂ I = 0 ∂ R S A R C hi g h < ∂ I = 0 ∂ R S A R C l o w .
H4:dormant-tie
T identity recovery ↓ . T_{\text{identity recovery}}\downarrow. T identity recovery ↓ .
H5:expected-contact
Absence
E x p e c t e d C o n t a c t R a t e ExpectedContactRate E x p ec t e d C o n t a c tR a t e
H6:representation priming
identity discontinuity \text{identity discontinuity} identity discontinuity
interaction gap . \text{interaction gap}. interaction gap .
Δ t ∈ { 1 week , 1 month , 6 months , 2 years } . \Delta t
\in
\{
1\text{ week},
1\text{ month},
6\text{ months},
2\text{ years}
\}. Δ t ∈ { 1 week , 1 month , 6 months , 2 years } .
C N ∈ { daily , monthly , rare } . C_N
\in
\{
\text{daily},
\text{monthly},
\text{rare}
\}. C N ∈ { daily , monthly , rare } .
測量:
C I D , F S T A T E , R closeness , U B . C_{ID},
F_{STATE},
R_{\text{closeness}},
U_B. C I D , F S T A T E , R closeness , U B .
Δ t \Delta t Δ t
Δ t × C N . \Delta t\times C_N. Δ t × C N .
A 組
6 months no contact . 6\text{ months no contact}. 6 months no contact .
B 組
1 week no contact + explicit termination . 1\text{ week no contact}
+
\text{explicit termination}. 1 week no contact + explicit termination .
∣ Δ R B ∣ ≫ ∣ Δ R A ∣ . |\Delta R_B|
\gg
|\Delta R_A|. ∣Δ R B ∣ ≫ ∣Δ R A ∣.
即使:
Δ t B ≪ Δ t A . \Delta t_B\ll\Delta t_A. Δ t B ≪ Δ t A .
event semantics can dominate elapsed time . \boxed{
\text{event semantics can dominate elapsed time}.
} event semantics can dominate elapsed time .
Dormant-tie reconnection
active close tie;
dormant formerly close tie;
weak tie。
測:
C I D , F S T A T E , T r u s t , S h a r e d H i s t o r y , E x p e c t e d E a s e O f R e c o n n e c t i o n . C_{ID},
F_{STATE},
Trust,
SharedHistory,
ExpectedEaseOfReconnection. C I D , F S T A T E , T r u s t , S ha r e d H i s t or y , E x p ec t e d E a se O f R eco nn ec t i o n .
C I D relatively preserved C_{ID}\text{ relatively preserved} C I D relatively preserved
但:
F S T A T E low , F_{STATE}\text{ low}, F S T A T E low ,
F S T A T E , F_{STATE}, F S T A T E ,
M A = stable representation of the AI , M_A
=
\text{stable representation of the AI}, M A = stable representation of the AI ,
以及:
M H A = stable representation of our relation . M_{HA}
=
\text{stable representation of our relation}. M H A = stable representation of our relation .
因此:
I n t e r a c t i o n F r e q u e n c y ↓ InteractionFrequency\downarrow I n t er a c t i o n F r e q u e n cy ↓
R e l a t i o n s h i p I d e n t i t y ↓ . RelationshipIdentity\downarrow. R e l a t i o n s hi p I d e n t i t y ↓ .
但:
I d e n t i t y C o n t i n u i t y ↓ IdentityContinuity\downarrow I d e n t i t y C o n t in u i t y ↓
名稱相同;
角色相同;
重要記憶仍在;
協作歷史可恢復;
R ^ n + 1 ≈ R ^ n . \widehat R_{n+1}
\approx
\widehat R_n. R n + 1 ≈ R n .
記憶全部消失;
語氣完全不同;
角色定位反轉;
原本的共同歷史不存在;
則:
I d e n t i t y D i s c o n t i n u i t y ≫ 0. IdentityDiscontinuity\gg0. I d e n t i t y D i sco n t in u i t y ≫ 0.
即使:
Δ t \Delta t Δ t
∣ Δ R ∣ ≫ 0. |\Delta R|\gg0. ∣Δ R ∣ ≫ 0.
因此:
interaction continuity ≠ identity continuity . \boxed{
\text{interaction continuity}
\neq
\text{identity continuity}.
} interaction continuity = identity continuity .
A ( t ) A(t) A ( t )
model replacement;
fine-tuning;
memory rewrite;
system prompt;
safety policy;
product redesign;
M A ( t 0 ) M_A(t_0) M A ( t 0 )
A ( t 1 ) . A(t_1). A ( t 1 ) .
D A = d ( M A ( t 0 ) , A ( t 1 ) ) D_A
=
d(
M_A(t_0),
A(t_1)
) D A = d ( M A ( t 0 ) , A ( t 1 ))
persistent representation can become stale representation . \boxed{
\text{persistent representation can become stale representation}.
} persistent representation can become stale representation .
相同名稱;
相同頭像;
相同對話歷史;
相同人格包裝;
I d e n t i t y C o n t i n u i t y = 1 , IdentityContinuity=1, I d e n t i t y C o n t in u i t y = 1 ,
A t 0 ≉ A t 1 , A_{t_0}\not\approx A_{t_1}, A t 0 ≈ A t 1 ,
false continuity inference . \text{false continuity inference}. false continuity inference .
product continuity cues can influence relational identity judgments . \boxed{
\text{product continuity cues can influence relational identity judgments}.
} product continuity cues can influence relational identity judgments .
哪些改變會被使用者視為身份斷裂;
哪些 continuity cues 會造成錯誤推論;
「我知道我們是什麼。」 \boxed{
\text{「我知道我們是什麼。」}
「我感受到我們正在怎麼變。」 \boxed{
\text{「我感受到我們正在怎麼變。」}
R ^ t S . \widehat R_t^S. R t S .
r t − k : t \mathbf r_{t-k:t} r t − k : t
與:
Δ r t . \Delta\mathbf r_t. Δ r t .
what evidence is given more weight when estimating a relationship . \boxed{
\text{what evidence is given more weight when estimating a relationship}.
} what evidence is given more weight when estimating a relationship .
S A R C = better relationship style . SARC=\text{better relationship style}. S A R C = better relationship style .
S A R C = male , SARC=\text{male}, S A R C = male ,
S A R C = secure attachment , SARC=\text{secure attachment}, S A R C = secure attachment ,
或:
S A R C = low emotionality . SARC=\text{low emotionality}. S A R C = low emotionality .
relationship identity can possess cognitive inertia . \boxed{
\text{relationship identity can possess cognitive inertia}.
} relationship identity can possess cognitive inertia .
contact and shared activity often matter . \text{contact and shared activity often matter}. contact and shared activity often matter .
how much they matter, to whom, for which component of the relationship, and under what expectations . \boxed{
\text{how much they matter, to whom, for which component of the relationship, and under what expectations}.
} how much they matter, to whom, for which component of the relationship, and under what expectations .
State-Anchored Relational Cognition \boxed{
\text{State-Anchored Relational Cognition}
} State-Anchored Relational Cognition
high identity persistence \boxed{
\text{high identity persistence}
} high identity persistence
與:
declining state freshness . \boxed{
\text{declining state freshness}.
} declining state freshness .
P ( I t = 0 ∣ R , C ) , P(
I_t=0
\mid
R,C
), P ( I t = 0 ∣ R , C ) ,
η R = Relationship Update Sensitivity , \eta_R
=
\text{Relationship Update Sensitivity}, η R = Relationship Update Sensitivity ,
O R P = Offline Relational Persistence , ORP
=
\text{Offline Relational Persistence}, O R P = Offline Relational Persistence ,
C I D = relationship-identity confidence , C_{ID}
=
\text{relationship-identity confidence}, C I D = relationship-identity confidence ,
以及:
F S T A T E = current-state information freshness . F_{STATE}
=
\text{current-state information freshness}. F S T A T E = current-state information freshness .
λ i d e n t i t y ≪ λ s t a t e f r e s h n e s s . \boxed{
\lambda_{identity}
\ll
\lambda_{state\ freshness}.
} λ i d e n t i t y ≪ λ s t a t e f r es hn ess .
absence of interaction is not itself a relationship-termination event . \boxed{
\text{absence of interaction is not itself a relationship-termination event}.
} absence of interaction is not itself a relationship-termination event .

本文提出的 State-Anchored Relational Cognition、Offline Relational Persistence、Relationship Update Sensitivity、relationship identity confidence、state freshness 與相關形式化假說均屬待驗證理論構造。
