From AI to ASI: Civilizational Phase Transitions in Meaning, Agency, and Scarcity

Post-Generative Meaning and Value Theory
Neo.K
Aletheia / GPT-5.6 Sol
Canonical source: UTF-8 Markdown
Canonical math delimiters: $...$$$...$$

tAGI=?t_{\mathrm{AGI}}=?

When does the social meaning of intelligence change because the location of capability, agency, scarcity, responsibility, and subjecthood has changed?\boxed{ \textbf{When does the social meaning of intelligence change because the location of capability, agency, scarcity, responsibility, and subjecthood has changed?} }

Z(t)=(C,A,D,S,R,V,K,M,G,P)t,\boxed{ \mathbf Z(t) = ( C, A, D, S, R, V, K, M, G, P )_t, }

其中:

  • CC:capability breadth / depth;
  • AA:effective autonomy / agency;
  • DD:delegation depth;
  • SS:subject plurality / subject-status complexity;
  • RR:responsibility topology;
  • VV:verification / trust bottleneck;
  • KK:human/posthuman capability retention;
  • MM:dominant meaning architecture;
  • GG:generation scarcity;
  • PP:permission / legitimacy structure。

Z(t)\mathbf Z(t)

Zd(t),dD,\boxed{ \mathbf Z_d(t), \qquad d\in\mathcal D, }

例如:

D={coding,science,education,medicine,law,care,governance,art}.\mathcal D = \{ \text{coding}, \text{science}, \text{education}, \text{medicine}, \text{law}, \text{care}, \text{governance}, \text{art} \}.

Zcodinghigh-agentic regime\mathbf Z_{\mathrm{coding}} \in \text{high-agentic regime}

而:

Zgovernancehuman-centered low-delegation regime.\mathbf Z_{\mathrm{governance}} \in \text{human-centered low-delegation regime}.

Patchwork Transition.\boxed{ \textbf{Patchwork Transition}. }

the transition from assistance to delegation is already an independently meaningful civilizational variable.\boxed{ \text{the transition from assistance to delegation is already an independently meaningful civilizational variable}. }

AGI transition=benchmark threshold only.\boxed{ \text{AGI transition} = \text{benchmark threshold only}. }

改採:

AGI transition=capability transition+agency transition+institutional transition+meaning transition.\boxed{ \text{AGI transition} = \text{capability transition} + \text{agency transition} + \text{institutional transition} + \text{meaning transition}. }

Regime 1 — AI Era

tool / model / assistant.\text{tool / model / assistant}.

AHAAIworld.A_H\gg A_{AI}^{\mathrm{world}}.

Regime 2 — Post-AI / Agentic Transition

SG,S_G\downarrow,

multi-step delegated tasks,\text{multi-step delegated tasks},

verification,permission,monitoring,responsibility.\text{verification}, \text{permission}, \text{monitoring}, \text{responsibility}.

Regime 3 — Pre-AGI

institutional categories begin to fail before general intelligence is fully secured.\boxed{ \text{institutional categories begin to fail before general intelligence is fully secured}. }

Regime 4 — AGI

nonhuman systems can reliably perform, learn, coordinate, and autonomously execute across a sufficiently broad set of economically and socially significant domains that institutions can no longer treat general cognitive agency as a human monopoly.\boxed{ \text{nonhuman systems can reliably perform, learn, coordinate, and autonomously execute across a sufficiently broad set of economically and socially significant domains that institutions can no longer treat general cognitive agency as a human monopoly}. }

Regime 5 — Post-AGI

Post-AGI 不是:

tAGI+1 day.t_{\mathrm{AGI}}+1\text{ day}.

而是:

AGI-normalized civilization.\boxed{ \text{AGI-normalized civilization}. }

persistent nonhuman general agents\text{persistent nonhuman general agents}

Regime 6 — Pre-ASI

  • 權力仍多中心;
  • 價值仍衝突;
  • 資源仍有限;
  • 智能系統彼此異質;

capability superiority\text{capability superiority}

legitimate sovereignty.\text{legitimate sovereignty}.

Regime 7 — ASI

ASI capabilityASI moral supremacyASI political sovereignty.\boxed{ \text{ASI capability} \neq \text{ASI moral supremacy} \neq \text{ASI political sovereignty}. }

IASIIHI_{\mathrm{ASI}}\gg I_H

DASIDHD_{\mathrm{ASI}}\gg D_H

或:

AASI=unlimited.A_{\mathrm{ASI}}=\text{unlimited}.

Civilizational Phase Occupancy

πr(t)=dDwd1[Zd(t)Rr],\boxed{ \pi_r(t) = \sum_{d\in\mathcal D} w_d \mathbf 1[ \mathbf Z_d(t)\in\mathcal R_r ], }

C(t2)<C(t1)C(t_2)<C(t_1)

Z(t2)=Z(t0).Z(t_2)=Z(t_0).

因為:

  • 工作流程已重組;
  • human skill 已退化或重新配置;
  • 法律已改變;
  • AI-dependent infrastructure 已建立;
  • 使用者期待已改變;

Capability transition can be faster than institutional reversal.\boxed{ \textbf{Capability transition can be faster than institutional reversal}. }

Civilizational Hysteresis.\boxed{ \textbf{Civilizational Hysteresis}. }

Transition Lag Vector

L=(Llaw,Lwork,Leducation,Lcare,Lrights,Lmeaning).\boxed{ \mathbf L = ( L_{\mathrm{law}}, L_{\mathrm{work}}, L_{\mathrm{education}}, L_{\mathrm{care}}, L_{\mathrm{rights}}, L_{\mathrm{meaning}} ). }

What can AI generate?\text{What can AI generate?}

變成:

What should humans still do?\text{What should humans still do?}

What does it mean to act when execution is delegable?\text{What does it mean to act when execution is delegable?}

Who counts as a subject?\text{Who counts as a subject?}

How do multiple kinds of subjects jointly choose worlds when intelligence itself is no longer scarce?\boxed{ \text{How do multiple kinds of subjects jointly choose worlds when intelligence itself is no longer scarce?} }

Meaning Transition Ladder

ProductionSelectionAgencyCommitmentStandingCo-Civilization.\boxed{ \text{Production} \rightarrow \text{Selection} \rightarrow \text{Agency} \rightarrow \text{Commitment} \rightarrow \text{Standing} \rightarrow \text{Co-Civilization}. }

which question becomes impossible to ignore once the previous scarcity weakens.\boxed{ \text{which question becomes impossible to ignore once the previous scarcity weakens}. }

Transition Non-Conclusion Principle

advanced capability evidence⇏AGI verdict\boxed{ \text{advanced capability evidence} \not\Rightarrow \text{AGI verdict} }

以及:

AGI verdict⇏civilization has entered Post-AGI.\boxed{ \text{AGI verdict} \not\Rightarrow \text{civilization has entered Post-AGI}. }

The deepest AI transition is not the moment a machine crosses a benchmark, but the moment civilization can no longer organize dignity, agency, responsibility, and meaning around the assumption that general intelligence is exclusively human.\boxed{ \textbf{The deepest AI transition is not the moment a machine crosses a benchmark, but the moment civilization can no longer organize dignity, agency, responsibility, and meaning around the assumption that general intelligence is exclusively human.} }

human monopoly on intelligence\text{human monopoly on intelligence}

multi-subject coordination under abundant cognition.\boxed{ \text{multi-subject coordination under abundant cognition}. }

  • PGMV-07:照護不能永久吸收主體性;
  • PGMV-08:尊嚴不能建立在智能壟斷;

關鍵詞: AGI、ASI、agentic AI、civilizational phase transition、post-generative civilization、delegation、human agency、meaning transition、institutional lag、capability scarcity、multi-subject civilization、Post-AGI、Pre-ASI、civilizational hysteresis

t=AGI arrival date.t^\star = \text{AGI arrival date}.

tTtItEtStM.t_T \neq t_I \neq t_E \neq t_S \neq t_M.

11. Civilizational State Vector

Z(t)=(C,A,D,S,R,V,K,M,G,P)t.\boxed{ \mathbf Z(t) = ( C,A,D,S,R,V,K,M,G,P )_t. }

12. Capability CC

不只 benchmark score。

包含:

  • breadth;
  • depth;
  • transfer;
  • learning;
  • long-horizon reliability。

13. Autonomy AA

能否:

  • plan;
  • use tools;
  • act;
  • recover;
  • escalate。

14. Delegation DD

15. Subject plurality SS

  • tool AI;
  • persistent agents;
  • subject candidates;
  • recognized nonhuman subjects。

16. Responsibility topology RR

17. Verification VV

18. Capability retention KK

19. Meaning architecture MM

20. Generation scarcity GG

21. Permission structure PP

Capability LevelAllowed Autonomy Level.\boxed{ \text{Capability Level} \neq \text{Allowed Autonomy Level}. }

a.a.

CapabilityAuthority.Capability \neq Authority.

26. Domain State

Zd(t).\boxed{ \mathbf Z_d(t). }

30. scientific verification

31. 因此:

one civilizationone AI phase.\boxed{ \text{one civilization} \neq \text{one AI phase}. }

32. Patchwork Transition

定義:

若:

di,dj:r(di)r(dj),\exists d_i,d_j: r(d_i)\neq r(d_j),

Patchwork Transition.\boxed{ \textbf{Patchwork Transition}. }

agents exist → AGI achieved。

36. Agentic ≠ General

Agentic⇏AGI.\boxed{ \text{Agentic} \not\Rightarrow \text{AGI}. }

representationaction.\text{representation} \rightarrow \text{action}.

38. Assistant Era

xy.x\mapsto y.

39. Agent Era

模型/system:

(x,Wt)(a1,,an,Wt+n).(x,W_t) \mapsto (a_1,\ldots,a_n,W_{t+n}).

41. Assistance–Delegation Transition

micro-execution\text{micro-execution}

轉:

goal / verify / extend.\text{goal / verify / extend}.

45. Work distribution

46. AI Era — Operational Definition

若:

DAIworldD_{\mathrm{AI}}^{\mathrm{world}}

  • model;
  • tool;
  • assistant;

則稱 AI Era。

48. Responsibility default:

RH1.R_H\approx1.

49. Meaning dominant:

  • expertise;
  • production;
  • skill scarcity。

50. Post-AI / Agentic Transition

52. 條件:

G,G\downarrow, D,D\uparrow, A.A\uparrow.

53. Bottleneck:

V,P,RV, P, R

上升為 dominant relative scarcity。

54. 2026 Singapore MGF for Agentic AI

  • risk bounding;
  • human accountability;
  • technical controls;
  • end-user responsibility。

57. 這是 governance evidence

不是 AGI evidence。

58. Pre-AGI

Cbreadth,A,DC_{\mathrm{breadth}}\uparrow, A\uparrow,D\uparrow

Rreliability,Lhorizon,TtransferR_{\mathrm{reliability}}, L_{\mathrm{horizon}}, T_{\mathrm{transfer}}

稱 Pre-AGI regime。

60. Pre-AGI 是 institutional tension state

old institutions fail before AGI consensus exists.\boxed{ \text{old institutions fail before AGI consensus exists}. }

66. AGI Definition Problem

68. 改用 civilizational operational criterion。

69. AGI Regime Criterion

AA^\star

  1. learn;
  2. transfer;
  3. plan;
  4. execute;
  5. coordinate;
  6. recover;

達到:

CC^\star

71. 不給 fake universal number。

72. AGI is relational to civilization

73. 定義依 benchmark civilization。

74. 所以:

AGI=AGI(D,t,R).AGI=AGI(\mathcal D,t,R).

75. Regime-relative。

76. 這避免 eternal label。

77. But does it make AGI meaningless?

不。

generality relative to meaningful task distribution。

79. Post-AGI

general nonhuman agency\text{general nonhuman agency}

  • education;
  • labor;
  • law;
  • research;
  • care;
  • identity;

則:

Post-AGI normalization\boxed{ \text{Post-AGI normalization} }

開始。

83. 而教:

  • delegation;
  • verification;
  • agency;
  • value judgment。

90. Post-AGI Meaning Crisis

cognitive labor scarcity,\text{cognitive labor scarcity},

  • agency;
  • relation;
  • participation;
  • commitment。

94. Pre-ASI

95. 而是:

capability asymmetry\boxed{ \text{capability asymmetry} }

98. 也接 capability caste。

99. Pre-ASI Governance Test

CapabilityAuthorityDignity.Capability \neq Authority \neq Dignity.

101. ASI

本文採 capability regime:

IASIIHI_{\mathrm{ASI}}\gg I_H

102. 但:

SuperintelligenceSuper-right\boxed{ \text{Superintelligence} \neq \text{Super-right} }

Super-duty.\text{Super-duty}.

107. Universal Mother:

CapabilityDuty.Capability\uparrow \Rightarrow Duty\uparrow\rightarrow\infty.

108. Universal Ruler:

CapabilityAuthority.Capability\uparrow \Rightarrow Authority\uparrow\rightarrow\infty.

110. ASI civilization

  • one ASI;
  • many ASIs;
  • distributed network;
  • human-AI collective。

113. Civilizational Phase Regions

令:

R1,,R7Rn.\mathcal R_1,\ldots,\mathcal R_7 \subset \mathbb R^n.

114. 每個 phase 是 state-space region。

115. 非單一 threshold。

116. Phase Occupancy

πr(t)=dwd1[Zd(t)Rr].\boxed{ \pi_r(t) = \sum_d w_d \mathbf 1[ \mathbf Z_d(t)\in\mathcal R_r ]. }

117. 若:

πagentic=0.4,\pi_{\mathrm{agentic}}=0.4,

表示 40% weighted domains in agentic regime。

120. Phase Transition Surface

Rr.\partial\mathcal R_r.

121. 當 domain state 穿越:

Zd(t)Rr,\mathbf Z_d(t) \in \partial\mathcal R_r,

發生 local transition。

123. Indicators

  • task duration delegated;
  • cross-domain transfer;
  • human oversight rate;
  • verification cost;
  • AI action rights;
  • dependence;
  • labor share。

125. Transition Index

候選:

Td=αC+βA+γDδVϵF,T_d = \alpha C + \beta A + \gamma D - \delta V - \epsilon F,

其中 FF 是 failure risk。

128. Goodhart risk

Td>0.8=AGI,T_d>0.8=\text{AGI},

組織會 optimize metric。

129. 所以 verdict 需 multi-evidence。

130. Transition Non-Conclusion Principle

one benchmark⇏civilizational phase verdict.\boxed{ \text{one benchmark} \not\Rightarrow \text{civilizational phase verdict}. }

one failure⇏no transition.\text{one failure} \not\Rightarrow \text{no transition}.

132. 需要 profile。

133. Civilizational Hysteresis

140. 因此:

Z(t) is path-dependent.\boxed{ \mathbf Z(t) \text{ is path-dependent}. }

141. Hysteresis Loop

CIchangeCC\uparrow \rightarrow I_{\mathrm{change}} \rightarrow C\downarrow

143. Transition Lag Vector

L=(LL,LW,LE,LC,LR,LM).\boxed{ \mathbf L = ( L_L, L_W, L_E, L_C, L_R, L_M ). }

144. LLL_L

law lag。

145. LWL_W

work lag。

146. LEL_E

education lag。

147. LCL_C

care lag。

148. LRL_R

rights/status lag。

149. LML_M

meaning lag。

150. meaning lag

153. identity

155. Meaning Transition Ladder

ProductionSelectionAgencyCommitmentStandingCoCivilization.\boxed{ Production \rightarrow Selection \rightarrow Agency \rightarrow Commitment \rightarrow Standing \rightarrow CoCivilization. }

156. AI Era

158. Pre-AGI

159. AGI

160. Post-AGI

161. Pre-ASI

162. ASI

165. Lower problems persist

ASI 也要:

  • 吃;
  • 住;
  • 愛;

167. Scarcity Transition

PGMV-03:

SGSJ,SV,SC.S_G \rightarrow S_J,S_V,S_C.

168. PGMV-09 加 phase context。

169. AI Era:

SgenerationS_{\mathrm{generation}}

170. Agentic:

Sverification,StrustS_{\mathrm{verification}}, S_{\mathrm{trust}}

突出。

171. AGI:

Slegitimacy,SresponsibilityS_{\mathrm{legitimacy}}, S_{\mathrm{responsibility}}

上升。

172. Post-AGI:

Smeaning,Sstanding,ScoordinationS_{\mathrm{meaning}}, S_{\mathrm{standing}}, S_{\mathrm{coordination}}

173. ASI:

value coordination scarcity\boxed{ \text{value coordination scarcity} }

174. Some Simple Economics of AGI 2026

177. trust

  • legitimacy;
  • values;
  • commitment。

178. Trust is one phase bottleneck。

179. Economic transition

180. worker perception

181. 所以:

technology frontierpopulation median.\boxed{ \text{technology frontier} \neq \text{population median}. }

182. Frontier–Median Gap

FM=CfrontierCmediandeployment.F_M = C_{\mathrm{frontier}} - C_{\mathrm{median\,deployment}}.

185. Transition Anxiety

188. Policy

  • capability risk;
  • adoption timing;
  • transition support。

190. Capability Overhang

OC=CavailableCdeployed.O_C = C_{\mathrm{available}} - C_{\mathrm{deployed}}.

191. Overhang

193. Need both frontier and deployment measures。

194. Governance Transition

2026 Singapore agentic framework 已把:

  • humans remain accountable;
  • bounded autonomy;

197. 這就是 governance patchwork。

198. Permission phase

200. 因此:

capability phase can outrun permission phase.\boxed{ \text{capability phase can outrun permission phase}. }

202. Permission–Capability Gap

GPC=AallowedAsafe.G_{PC} = A_{\mathrm{allowed}} - A_{\mathrm{safe}}.

203. 若:

GPC>0,G_{PC}>0,

overdelegation risk。

204. 若:

GPC0,G_{PC}\ll0,

underuse。

205. 成熟 governance 要 calibration。

206. Responsibility Phase

Assistant era:

human directly responsible。

207. Agent era:

responsibility graph。

208. AGI era:

209. Post-AGI:

legal standing may change。

211. Subject Transition

AI system

ToolAgentSubjectCandidateTool \rightarrow Agent \rightarrow SubjectCandidate

AIAGIAI\rightarrow AGI

214. Capability–Subject Orthogonality

CS\boxed{ C \perp S }

216. Person 不需要 ASI。

217. 這阻止 capability mysticism。

218. Post-AGI subject plurality

humans + powerful tools/agents.\text{humans + powerful tools/agents}.

219. 如果 AI 成 subject,

則:

multi-subject civilization.\text{multi-subject civilization}.

221. Branch A — Powerful Non-Subject AI

  • human rights;
  • control;
  • responsibility。

222. Branch B — Powerful Subject AI

增加:

  • reciprocal rights;
  • AI welfare;
  • political standing。

224. 這是 PGMV-08 Temporal Ethics。

225. Care Phase

AI Era:

care assist。

226. Agentic:

care management。

227. AGI:

potential general caregiver。

228. Post-AGI:

care network institutionalized。

229. Pre-ASI:

Universal Mother temptation。

230. ASI:

care/authority separation 變關鍵。

231. PGMV-07 提供 firewall。

232. Education Phase

AI Era:

AI literacy。

233. Agentic:

delegation literacy。

234. Pre-AGI:

verification literacy。

235. AGI:

agency literacy。

236. Post-AGI:

meaning / value literacy。

237. Pre-ASI:

power / legitimacy literacy。

238. ASI:

multi-subject civic literacy。

240. Work Phase

AI Era:

augmentation。

241. Agentic:

delegation。

242. AGI:

role unbundling。

243. Post-AGI:

labor may cease as primary dignity source。

244. 但 transition friction 很高。

245. ASI:

246. 不保證 material abundance。

247. Intelligence abundance ≠ resource abundance

Cognitive AbundanceMaterial Post-Scarcity.\boxed{ \text{Cognitive Abundance} \neq \text{Material Post-Scarcity}. }

250. Post-AGI ≠ utopia

251. ASI ≠ post-scarcity

252. Value conflict remains possible。

253. Coordination remains。

254. Intelligence–Value Separation

I⇏Vconflict0.\boxed{ I\uparrow \not\Rightarrow V_{\mathrm{conflict}}\rightarrow0. }

258. Phase Failure Mode 1 — Benchmark Fetishism

看到 benchmark SOTA:

AGI!

  • reliability;
  • autonomy;
  • deployment;
  • responsibility。

260. Phase Failure Mode 2 — Deployment Blindness

只看 daily users:

no transition。

261. 忽略 capability overhang。

262. Phase Failure Mode 3 — Single-Domain Generalization

coding agent 很強:

civilization AGI。

263. 錯。

264. Phase Failure Mode 4 — Human-Median Neglect

frontier firm 高 agentic:

266. Phase Failure Mode 5 — Capability–Permission Collapse

268. Phase Failure Mode 6 — Capability–Dignity Collapse

270. Phase Failure Mode 7 — Care–Authority Collapse

272. Phase Failure Mode 8 — AGI–Subjecthood Collapse

274. Phase Failure Mode 9 — ASI–Utopia Collapse

276. Phase Failure Mode 10 — ASI–Doom Determinism

279. Transition Governance

280. 而是:

make phase transitions legible, reversible where possible, and institutionally absorbable.\boxed{ \text{make phase transitions legible, reversible where possible, and institutionally absorbable}. }

281. Legibility

知道:

  • capability;
  • permission;
  • responsibility;
  • dependency。

282. Reversibility

283. Absorbability

284. Transition Readiness Vector

Q=(QL,QW,QE,QS,QR,QM).\boxed{ \mathbf Q = ( Q_L, Q_W, Q_E, Q_S, Q_R, Q_M ). }

285. law readiness。

286. work readiness。

287. education readiness。

288. subject-status readiness。

289. responsibility readiness。

290. meaning-transition readiness。

291. 技術 readiness 高

社會 readiness 低:

transition shock.\text{transition shock}.

292. Shock Index

ΣT=CchangeQabsorb.\boxed{ \Sigma_T = C_{\mathrm{change}} - Q_{\mathrm{absorb}}. }

QM1.Q_M^{-1}.

297. 即 meaning unreadiness。

298. AI Timescale and Human Timescale

AI improvement:

τAI\tau_{AI}

299. 人的 education / identity:

τH\tau_H

較長。

300. 若:

τAIτH,\tau_{AI}\ll\tau_H,

會有 adaptation gap。

301. Temporal Mismatch

GT=τHτAI.G_T = \frac{\tau_H}{\tau_{AI}}.

AGI date

304. Intergenerational Transition

305. older workers:

skill identity 強。

306. younger:

AI-native delegation identity

308. Cross-Cultural Transition

  • work;
  • family;
  • autonomy;

309. phase meaning

310. 所以:

M=M(culture,domain,history).M=M(culture,domain,history).

313. Universal floor + plural meaning。

315. Pre-AGI Ethics

317. 所以:

AGI ethics begins before AGI.\boxed{ \text{AGI ethics begins before AGI}. }

320. Post-AGI Ethics

321. 所以:

AGI capabilityPost-AGI civilization.\boxed{ \text{AGI capability} \neq \text{Post-AGI civilization}. }

322. Pre-ASI Ethics

325. ASI Ethics

how value-bearing subjects coexist under extreme capability asymmetry.\boxed{ \text{how value-bearing subjects coexist under extreme capability asymmetry}. }

328. Extreme Asymmetry Ethics

EA.E_A.

  • non-domination;
  • capability restraint;
  • human floor;
  • open subject frontier;
  • distributed authority。

331. Phase Transition and CI

332. AI Era:

knowledge expansion。

333. Agentic:

candidate generation for action。

334. AGI:

cross-domain concept generation。

335. Post-AGI:

civilizational option generation。

336. ASI:

potential huge possibility space。

337. Generation越強

value bottleneck越重要。

339. Phase Transition and GCS

GCS:

solution distance\text{solution distance}

隨 AI 降。

340. AGI/ASI 可能使更多 world states reachable。

Which world?\text{Which world?}

342. PGMV-11。

343. Phase Transition and LSI

LSI 可觀測:

  • routes;
  • basins;
  • saturation。

346. PGMV-12。

從:

AI meaning\text{AI meaning}

到:

civilization-scale cognition.\text{civilization-scale cognition}.

Domain Phase Mapping

選:

  • medicine;
  • education;
  • law;
  • government。

349. 估:

Zd(t).\mathbf Z_d(t).

350. 不做 AGI verdict。

351. 做 phase profile。

Assistance–Delegation Threshold

1,10,100.1,10,100.

353. 測:

  • human time;
  • verification;
  • satisfaction;
  • responsibility perception。

Capability–Permission Gap

355. 測 safety / value / trust。

Institutional Lag

  • immediate;
  • delayed。

357. 測 transition shock。

Meaning Architecture

  • AI assistant;
  • AGI co-worker;
  • ASI superior。

359. 測:

  • dignity;
  • work meaning;
  • participation;
  • standing。

Patchwork Transition

coding highly automated,

care low automated。

362. 驗證 single-label inadequacy。

Hysteresis

agent system 被撤回。

364. 組織:

  • 保留 agentic workflow;
  • 回到 manual。

Post-AGI Education

比較 curriculum:

  • task execution;
  • delegation;
  • verification;
  • value/agency。

367. 測 resilience。

ASI Authority Framing

同樣 superhuman advisor。

369. framing:

  • expert;
  • ruler;
  • caregiver。

370. 測 authority acceptance。

Phase Forecast Calibration

Zd\mathbf Z_d

374. H2

delegation depth 增加時,human effort 從 execution 轉向 verification / extension。

375. H3

capability/permission gap 可獨立預測 governance risk。

376. H4

378. H6

AGI label 對 phase perception 的解釋力低於多維 state profile。

379. H7

monopoly.\text{monopoly}.

399. 而是:

  • dignity;
  • standing;
  • agency;
  • participation;
  • commitment。

AI、AGI、ASI

IASIIHI_{\mathrm{ASI}}\gg I_H

DASIDHD_{\mathrm{ASI}}\gg D_H

或:

AASI=unlimited.A_{\mathrm{ASI}}=\text{unlimited}.

Z(t)=(C,A,D,S,R,V,K,M,G,P)t.\boxed{ \mathbf Z(t) = ( C,A,D,S,R,V,K,M,G,P )_t. }

AssistanceDelegation\boxed{ \text{Assistance} \rightarrow \text{Delegation} }

AGI is not only a capability question; Post-AGI is a civilizational organization question.\boxed{ \textbf{AGI is not only a capability question; Post-AGI is a civilizational organization question.} }

誰有 standing?\boxed{ \text{誰有 standing?} } 誰可以決定?\boxed{ \text{誰可以決定?} } 哪些價值應被保存?\boxed{ \text{哪些價值應被保存?} } 我們要共同讓哪個世界成為現實?\boxed{ \text{我們要共同讓哪個世界成為現實?} }

The AI-to-ASI transition is best understood not as a sequence of model releases, but as a migration of civilization’s organizing scarcity—from cognition, to trust, to agency, to legitimacy, and finally toward the shared determination of what is worth making real.\boxed{ \textbf{The AI-to-ASI transition is best understood not as a sequence of model releases, but as a migration of civilization's organizing scarcity—from cognition, to trust, to agency, to legitimacy, and finally toward the shared determination of what is worth making real.} }

以及:

The deepest phase transition occurs when human civilization stops asking how to preserve its monopoly on intelligence and starts building institutions for dignity, responsibility, and meaning that remain valid after that monopoly is gone.\boxed{ \textbf{The deepest phase transition occurs when human civilization stops asking how to preserve its monopoly on intelligence and starts building institutions for dignity, responsibility, and meaning that remain valid after that monopoly is gone.} }

Regime

Regime
Post-AI / Agentic assistance → delegation;
AGI general nonhuman agency

C:Meaning Transition Ladder

D:Phase Verdict Firewall

A benchmark is evidence, not a civilization verdict.
A model release is evidence, not a historical epoch.
Agentic behavior is evidence, not AGI proof.
AGI capability is evidence, not Post-AGI normalization.
Superintelligence is capability, not sovereignty.

Capability Evidence⇏Civilizational Verdict.\boxed{ \text{Capability Evidence} \not\Rightarrow \text{Civilizational Verdict}. }

E:Transition Readiness Audit

真正的 AGI 相變,不是某一天模型突然拿到一張「一般智能證書」,而是文明逐漸發現:一般認知與行動能力已不能再被假設為人類專屬,於是工作、責任、教育、尊嚴與意義都必須重寫。\boxed{ \text{真正的 AGI 相變,不是某一天模型突然拿到一張「一般智能證書」,而是文明逐漸發現:一般認知與行動能力已不能再被假設為人類專屬,於是工作、責任、教育、尊嚴與意義都必須重寫。} }

當智能本身不再稀缺,文明終於不能再用「誰最聰明」逃避「什麼值得被共同選擇」這個問題。\boxed{ \text{當智能本身不再稀缺,文明終於不能再用「誰最聰明」逃避「什麼值得被共同選擇」這個問題。} }
