This ZIP archives the original Markdown source of all twelve papers. Each paper has its own metadata and retains canonical `$...$` and `$$...$$` math delimiters. All research hypotheses and planned experiments remain **NOT_RUN** until independently executed and evidenced. The independent ARKE software repository and its engineering implementation are not included in this research manuscript archive.

`SHA256SUMS.txt` lists hashes of the original article bytes. `SERIES_MANIFEST.json` contains per-paper metadata. The repository status and the academic claims must not be inferred from the existence of this ZIP.
