1. latent competence

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal D_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal E_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal B_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal Z_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal P_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal Y_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal A_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal K_{t+1}
\rightarrow
\mathcal D_{t+1}.
}
$$

- $\mathcal Z_t$：高維 latent state；

$$
\text{Data}
\rightarrow
\text{Model}
\rightarrow
\text{Output}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Structure Retention},
\qquad
\text{Epistemic Updateability},
\qquad
\text{World-Correction Capacity}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{智能系統如何在動態資訊環境中形成、保存、投影、校正並重新組織可用結構？}
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
D
\rightarrow
M
\rightarrow
Y.
}
$$

- learner state；
- shared domain；
- repeated learning；
- data revaluation；
- action；
- world feedback；
- public knowledge generation；
- future retraining。

---

# 3. Dynamic Learning Substrate

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak L_t
=
(
\mathcal D_t,
\mathcal E_t,
\mathcal B_t,
\mathcal Z_t,
\mathcal P_t,
\Pi_t,
\mathcal A_t,
\mathcal K_t,
\mathcal O_t
).
}
$$

其中：

- $\mathcal D_t$：data / information environment；
- $\mathcal E_t$：extraction / learning operators；
- $\mathcal B_t$：learning substrate；
- $\mathcal Z_t$：latent state；
- $\mathcal P_t$：probability-like observable family；
- $\Pi_t$：projection operator；
- $\mathcal A_t$：action operator；
- $\mathcal K_t$：knowledge state；
- $\mathcal O_t$：observation operator。

---

# 4. Learning Substrate

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal B_t
}
$$

- verifier；
- ontology；
- shared domain；

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal B_t
=
\text{data}
+
\text{knowledge}
+
\text{representation}
+
\text{verification}
+
\text{interaction structure}.
}
$$

---

# 5. Data Is Not the Substrate

資料：

$$
\mathcal D_t
$$

只是：

$$
\mathcal B_t
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Data}
\neq
\text{Assimilated Structure}.
}
$$

$$
\mathcal E_t(d).
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{what the learner can currently extract, combine, retain, and use}.
}
$$

---

# 6. Extraction Operator

定義：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal E_t:
\mathcal D_t
\times
\mathcal B_t
\rightarrow
\Delta\mathcal B_t.
}
$$

$$
\text{new information}
+
\text{existing substrate}
\rightarrow
\text{substrate update}.
$$

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal B_{t+1}
=
\mathcal U_B(
\mathcal B_t,
\mathcal E_t(\mathcal D_t)
).
}
$$

---

# 7. Extraction Is State-Dependent

$$
d,
$$

可能：

$$
\mathcal E_t(d)
\neq
\mathcal E_{t+1}(d).
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{information value}
=
\text{relation between source and current substrate}.
}
$$

---

# 8. High-Dimensional Latent State

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal Z_t.
}
$$

$$
\mathcal Z_t
$$

- hidden state；
- residual state；
- feature activation；
- attention-derived relation；
- routing state；
- memory-conditioned state。

對 hybrid system：

$$
\mathcal Z_t
$$

$$
\mathcal Z_t
=
(
Z_t^{\mathrm{neural}},
Z_t^{\mathrm{canonical}}
).
$$

---

# 9. Latent State Is Not Output

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal Z_t
\neq
\mathcal Y_t.
}
$$

$$
\mathcal Y_t
$$

只是：

$$
\boxed{
\Pi_t(
\mathcal Z_t
).
}
$$

因此：

$$
\text{Observed Capability}
$$

只是：

$$
\text{Latent State}
+
\text{Projection Regime}
$$

---

# 10. Projection Context

$$
\boxed{
Y_t
=
\Pi_t(
Z_t;
D_t,
I_t,
P_t
).
}
$$

其中：

- $D_t$：shared domain；
- $I_t$：interface；
- $P_t$：protocol / policy。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{same model}
+
\text{different domain}
\Rightarrow
\text{different observable capability}.
}
$$

---

# 11. Probability Layer

$$
\mathcal P_t
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal P_t
=
\text{family of probability-like observable coordinates over selections, hypotheses, strategies, or outputs}.
}
$$

例如：

$$
P_{\mathrm{token}},
\quad
P_{\mathrm{semantic}},
\quad
P_{\mathrm{strategy}},
\quad
P_{\mathrm{task}},
\quad
P_{\mathrm{success}}.
$$

---

# 12. Probability as Projection Family

令：

$$
Z_t
$$

為 latent state。

$$
\boxed{
p_t
=
\Phi_P(
Z_t
).
}
$$

若：

$$
\Phi_P
$$

保留：

- ranking；
- competition；
- update direction；
- selection tendency；

則：

$$
p_t
$$

$$
\boxed{
p_t
\neq
Z_t
}
$$

---

# 13. PACC Interface

PACC 的核心：

$$
\boxed{
\text{NonProbabilistic Primitives}
+
\text{Intelligence Constraints}
\Rightarrow
\text{Probability-Like Observable Structure}.
}
$$

$$
\mathcal Z_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal P_t
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{latent competition under finite decision and observation constraints}.
}
$$

---

# 14. Action Layer

$$
Y_t
$$

Agent

$$
\boxed{
A_t
=
\mathcal A(
Y_t,
Z_t,
E_t
).
}
$$

- tool call；
- API；
- GUI；
- code execution；
- world manipulation；
- communication。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{expression}
\neq
\text{action}.
}
$$

---

# 15. Action Loss

即使：

$$
Y_t
$$

正確，

$$
A_t
$$

$$
\boxed{
C_{\mathrm{latent}}
\not\equiv
C_{\mathrm{expression}}
\not\equiv
C_{\mathrm{action}}.
}
$$

---

# 16. World Feedback

行動：

$$
A_t
$$

$$
W_t
\rightarrow
W_{t+1}.
$$

$$
\mathcal O_{t+1}
$$

產生：

$$
o_{t+1}
=
\mathcal O_{t+1}(W_{t+1}).
$$

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{intelligence is embedded in a feedback loop}.
}
$$

---

# 17. Observation Operator

$$
\boxed{
o_t
=
\mathcal O_t(W_t).
}
$$

如果：

$$
\mathcal O_t
$$

則：

$$
\mathcal Z_t
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{better inference cannot guarantee world accuracy under poor observation}.
}
$$

---

# 18. External Veto

$$
W
$$

提供：

$$
\boxed{
\text{external veto}.
}
$$

即：

$$
\operatorname{Pred}(M_t)
\neq
\operatorname{Obs}(W_{t+1})
$$

時，

$$
M_t
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{open and correctable}.
}
$$

---

# 19. Knowledge Object Generation

$$
\boxed{
K_{t+1}.
}
$$

- private；
- public；
- machine-native；
- human-readable。

---

# 20. Public Knowledge Feedback

若：

$$
K_{t+1}
$$

公開，

則：

$$
K_{t+1}
\subset
\mathcal D_{t+1}.
$$

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{output of intelligence}
\rightarrow
\text{future input of intelligence}.
}
$$

---

# 21. Unified Dynamic Cycle

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal D_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal E_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal B_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal Z_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal P_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal Y_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal A_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal K_{t+1}
\rightarrow
\mathcal D_{t+1}.
}
$$

- feedback；
- branch；
- parallelize；
- revisit；
- re-evaluate。

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak G_t
=
\text{dynamic directed multigraph}.
}
$$

---

# 23. Dynamic Graph Form

$$
V_t
=
\{
D,
E,
B,
Z,
P,
Y,
A,
K,
W
\}.
$$

邊：

$$
E_t
$$

$$
\boxed{
G_t
=
(
V_t,E_t
).
}
$$

$$
G_t
\rightarrow
G_{t+1}.
$$

---

# 24. Structure Retention

$$
\boxed{
R_S
=
\text{Structure Retention}.
}
$$

---

# 25. Retention Across Layers

對核心 invariant：

$$
i
$$

定義：

$$
r_k(i)
$$

$$
r_D,
r_B,
r_Z,
r_P,
r_Y,
r_A,
r_K.
$$

則 end-to-end retention 可依 chain rule / conditional preservation 表達：

$$
\boxed{
R_{\mathrm{e2e}}
=
\prod_k
r_k
}
$$

---

# 26. Projection Loss

若：

$$
r_Z\gg0
$$

但：

$$
r_Y\ll1,
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{projection}.
}
$$

---

# 27. Learning Loss

若：

$$
r_D\gg0
$$

但：

$$
r_B\ll1,
$$

---

# 28. Action Loss

若：

$$
r_Y\gg0
$$

但：

$$
r_A\ll1,
$$

---

# 29. Knowledge-Preservation Loss

若：

$$
r_A\gg0
$$

但：

$$
r_K\ll1,
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{epistemic forgetting}.
}
$$

---

# 30. Epistemic Updateability

$$
\boxed{
U_E
=
\text{Epistemic Updateability}.
}
$$

---

# 31. Frozen Intelligence Risk

若：

$$
U_E\approx0,
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{stability without updateability}
\rightarrow
\text{epistemic brittleness}.
}
$$

---

# 32. World-Correction Capacity

$$
\boxed{
C_W
=
\text{World-Correction Capacity}.
}
$$

---

# 33. Sustainable Intelligence Triple

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal S_I
=
(
R_S,
U_E,
C_W
).
}
$$

---

# 34. 高 Structure Retention、低 World Correction

例如：

$$
R_S\gg0,
$$

$$
C_W\ll1.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{highly coherent error system}.
}
$$

---

# 35. 高 World Correction、低 Structure Retention

若：

$$
C_W\gg0
$$

但：

$$
R_S\ll1,
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{epistemic amnesia}.
}
$$

---

# 36. 高 Updateability、低 Stability

如果：

$$
U_E\gg0
$$

但：

$$
R_S\ll1,
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{stable core}
+
\text{updateable fringe}.
}
$$

---

# 37. Stable Core + Fluid Fringe

將 substrate：

$$
\mathcal B_t
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal B_t
=
\mathcal B_t^{\mathrm{core}}
\oplus
\mathcal B_t^{\mathrm{fluid}}.
}
$$

其中：

$$
\mathcal B_t^{\mathrm{core}}
$$

$$
\mathcal B_t^{\mathrm{fluid}}
$$

包含：

- hypotheses；
- ambiguous relations；
- open questions；
- speculative links。

---

# 38. ISQL-CMF Interface

對 hybrid architecture：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal A
=
\mathcal N
\oplus
\mathcal I.
}
$$

可將：

$$
\mathcal B^{\mathrm{core}}
$$

$$
\mathcal I
=
\text{canonical regime},
$$

而：

$$
\mathcal B^{\mathrm{fluid}}
$$

$$
\mathcal N
=
\text{probabilistic neural regime}.
$$

---

# 39. Canonicalization Is Not Final Truth

$$
\mathcal I,
$$

$$
U_E>0.
$$

即：

$$
\boxed{
\text{canonical}
\neq
\text{eternally immutable}.
}
$$

---

# 40. HDSRC Interface

HDSRC 的角色：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal Z_t
\rightarrow
S_H
}
$$

- projection-neutral；

$$
\boxed{
R_S.
}
$$

---

# 41. HDSRC Is Not the Cognitive State Itself

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal Z_t
\neq
S_H.
}
$$

HDSRC 是編譯／carrier。

不是：

$$
\text{the full ontology of cognition}.
$$

---

# 42. PNCW Interface

$$
\boxed{
S_H
\rightarrow
Y_t.
}
$$

即：

- projection planning；
- readiness；
- atomic reveal；
- canvas；
- hybrid output；
- visibility。

$$
\boxed{
\text{avoidable projection loss}.
}
$$

---

# 43. PNCW + HDSRC

統一：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal Z_t
\xrightarrow{\mathrm{HDSRC}}
S_H
\xrightarrow{\mathrm{PNCW}}
Y_t.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{preserve first, project later}.
}
$$

---

# 44. JDPSP Interface

JDPSP 提供：

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak D_t
=
(
X_t,
\Sigma_t;
\rho_t,
s_t,
c_t
).
}
$$

- 哪一個 time。

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal P_t
}
$$

$$
\mathcal P_t
\mid
\mathfrak D_t.
$$

---

# 45. Dynamic Probability Field

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak P_{s,t}^{(k)}
}
$$

其中：

- $s$：scale；
- $t$：time；
- $k$：probability order。

- scale；
- time；
- model state；

---

# 46. PACC Interface

PACC 補上：

$$
\boxed{
\text{probability may be coordinate rather than ontology}.
}
$$

因此：

$$
\mathcal P_t
$$

$$
\mathcal Z_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal P_t
$$

$$
\mathcal P_t
=
\mathcal Z_t.
$$

---

# 47. Data Quality Interface

ILSP-03：

$$
\boxed{
Q_{\mathrm{src}}
\neq
V_{\mathrm{ext}}.
}
$$

$$
Q_{\mathrm{src}}
$$

只是：

$$
\mathcal D_t
$$

$$
\mathcal D_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal B_t.
$$

---

# 48. Low-Quality Transformation Interface

ILSP-04：

$$
\boxed{
V_{\mathrm{transform}}
\neq
V_{\mathrm{raw}}.
}
$$

在 unified model 中：

$$
\mathcal E_t
$$

- decomposition；
- verification；
- recombination；
- repair；
- epistemic typing。

---

# 49. Revaluation Interface

ILSP-05：

$$
\boxed{
V_t(I)
\neq
V_{t+1}(I).
}
$$

因為：

$$
\mathcal B_t
\neq
\mathcal B_{t+1}.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{old data revaluation}.
}
$$

---

# 50. Reflexive Knowledge Interface

ILSP-06：

$$
\boxed{
K_{t+1}
\subset
D_{t+1}.
}
$$

這使：

$$
\mathcal D
$$

---

# 51. Causal Humility Interface

ILSP-07：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Operational Success}
\neq
\text{Causal Understanding}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{research decomposition}.
}
$$

不是：

$$
\text{final ontology of intelligence}.
$$

---

# 52. Unified State Update

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak L_{t+1}
=
\mathcal U(
\mathfrak L_t,
o_{t+1},
a_t,
k_{t+1}
).
}
$$

# 53. Open-System Nature

$$
W_t,
$$

所以：

$$
\mathfrak L_t
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{external novelty}
}
$$

與：

$$
\boxed{
\text{external veto}.
}
$$

---

# 54. Reflexive but Open

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{reflexive}
\neq
\text{self-contained}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{reflective internally}
+
\text{grounded externally}.
}
$$

---

# 55. Knowledge Growth Decomposition

$$
\boxed{
\Delta K_t
=
G_{\mathrm{obs}}
+
G_{\mathrm{inf}}
+
G_{\mathrm{coord}}
+
G_{\mathrm{revalue}}
+
G_{\mathrm{generate}}
-
C_{\mathrm{error}}
-
C_{\mathrm{drift}}
-
C_{\mathrm{verify}}
-
C_{\mathrm{forget}}.
}
$$

---

# 56. Data Supply Decomposition

$$
\boxed{
D_{\mathrm{eff}}(t)
=
D_{\mathrm{old}}
+
D_{\mathrm{revalued}}(t)
+
D_{\mathrm{transformed}}(t)
+
D_{\mathrm{new\text{-}human}}(t)
+
D_{\mathrm{human\text{-}AI}}(t)
+
D_{\mathrm{AI\text{-}native}}(t).
}
$$

---

# 57. Static Exhaustion vs Dynamic Supply

$$
\boxed{
D_{\mathrm{old}}
\downarrow
\Rightarrow
\text{progress slows}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{progress depends on}
\quad
\frac{dD_{\mathrm{eff}}}{dt}
-
\frac{dD_{\mathrm{saturated}}}{dt}.
}
$$

---

# 58. Knowledge-Supply Balance

定義：

$$
\boxed{
B_K(t)
=
G_K(t)
+
R_K(t)
-
C_K(t),
}
$$

其中：

- $G_K$：new knowledge generation；
- $R_K$：revaluation / recovery；
- $C_K$：current saturation / consumption。

若：

$$
B_K>0,
$$

Scaling

即使：

$$
B_K>0,
$$

- optimization；
- architecture；
- compute；
- transfer；
- verification；

$$
\boxed{
\text{knowledge abundance}
\not\Rightarrow
\text{automatic intelligence growth}.
}
$$

---

# 60. Intelligence as Accessible Transformability

$$
\boxed{
\text{ability to transform available structure into useful state transitions under constraints}.
}
$$

- learning；
- reasoning；
- action；
- calibration；
- revaluation。

---

# 61. Accessible Structure

令：

$$
\mathcal S_t^{\mathrm{acc}}
$$

$$
|\mathcal S_t^{\mathrm{acc}}|
\uparrow,
$$

或：

$$
\boxed{
\text{better composition over the same structure}.
}
$$

---

# 62. Intelligence Growth without New Data

如果：

$$
\mathcal D_t
=
\mathcal D_{t+1},
$$

但：

$$
\mathcal E_{t+1}
>
\mathcal E_t,
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{capability growth does not always require new raw data}.
}
$$

---

# 63. Intelligence Growth without Weight Update

$$
\theta_t
=
\theta_{t+1},
$$

- memory；
- tools；
- shared domain；
- better projection；

$$
C_{\mathrm{observed}}\uparrow.
$$

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{system intelligence}
\neq
\text{base-model weight intelligence only}.
}
$$

---

# 64. System-Level Intelligence

定義：

$$
\boxed{
C_{\mathrm{sys}}
=
F(
M,
D,
K,
T,
P,
V,
A
).
}
$$

其中：

- $M$：model；
- $D$：shared domain；
- $K$：memory / knowledge；
- $T$：tools；
- $P$：projection；
- $V$：verification；
- $A$：action environment。

---

# 65. Capability Surface

$$
(D,K,T,P,V,A)
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal C(M)
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{a model does not have one single externally visible intelligence level}.
}
$$

---

# 66. Capability Projection

$$
c_{\mathrm{obs}}
$$

是：

$$
\boxed{
c_{\mathrm{obs}}
=
\Pi_C(
\mathcal C(M),
\text{task}
).
}
$$

---

# 67. Learning-Space Geometry

可把：

$$
\mathcal B_t
$$

$$
d
$$

改變：

$$
\mathcal B_t
$$

的：

- nodes；
- edges；
- hyperedges；
- weights；
- partitions。

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{learning}
=
\text{dynamic geometry update}
}
$$

$$
\mathcal B_t
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{latent learning geometry}
}
$$

$$
\text{某張 PCA 圖}.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{build a persistent machine-readable approximation of selected relational geometry}.
}
$$

$$
\mathcal B_t
\rightarrow
S_H.
$$

---

# 70. Learning Substrate Compiler

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal C_B:
\mathcal B_t
\rightarrow
S_B.
}
$$

- relation graph；
- canonical states；
- uncertainty；
- provenance；
- reusable operators。

---

# 71. Dynamic Substrate Runtime

$$
\boxed{
\text{DLS Runtime}.
}
$$

即：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Dynamic Learning Substrate Runtime}.
}
$$

- data value；
- shared domain；
- persistent state；
- projection；
- verification；
- revaluation；
- knowledge lifecycle；

的 runtime layer。

---

# 72. DLS Runtime Components

```text
Data Registry
Learning-Value Estimator
Shared-Domain Store
Knowledge-Substrate Graph
Verifier Registry
HDSRC Carrier
Projection Runtime
Action Interface
Revaluation Scheduler
Provenance Graph
```

---

# 73. DLS State

定義：

$$
\boxed{
S_{\mathrm{DLS}}
=
(
D,
B,
Z,
K,
V,
P,
H
).
}
$$

其中：

- $D$：data state；
- $B$：learning substrate；
- $Z$：latent / compiled state refs；
- $K$：knowledge objects；
- $V$：verifier state；
- $P$：projection state；
- $H$：history / provenance。

---

# 74. Revaluation Scheduler

Scheduler：

$$
\boxed{
\pi_R
}
$$

$$
R_t(I).
$$

若：

$$
R_t(I)>\tau,
$$

---

# 75. Projection Scheduler

對同一 latent state：

$$
Z,
$$

$$
\Pi_1,\Pi_2,\ldots
$$

根據：

- task；
- observer；
- latency；
- fidelity；
- editability。

這對應 PNCW。

---

# 76. Verification Scheduler

$$
\boxed{
b_V(y)
}
$$

依：

- risk；
- uncertainty；
- claim type；
- novelty；

分配 verifier budget。

---

# 77. Knowledge Lifecycle Manager

每個：

$$
K_i
$$

具有：

```text
status
version
provenance
confidence
dependencies
supersedes
superseded_by
revalidation_trigger
```

如此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{knowledge can evolve without losing history}.
}
$$

---

# 78. Dynamic Shared Domain

Shared domain：

$$
D_t^{\mathrm{shared}}
$$

$$
S_{\mathrm{DLS}}.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{versioned persistent semantic state}.
}
$$

---

# 79. World Feedback Adapter

DLS 需要：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal W_F
}
$$

接：

- sensors；
- web；
- tools；
- experiments；
- formal solvers；
- external databases。

避免：

$$
\boxed{
\text{self-contained synthetic loop}.
}
$$

---

# 80. DLS 不取代 Base Model

$$
\boxed{
\text{DLS Runtime}
=
\text{AGI}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{epistemic operating layer}.
}
$$

base model 仍提供：

- perception；
- generation；
- inference；
- flexible representation。

---

# 81. AI Native Training Loop

$$
\boxed{
A_t
\rightarrow
\operatorname{EvaluateData}
\rightarrow
\operatorname{Revalue}
\rightarrow
\operatorname{Train}
\rightarrow
A_{t+1}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{self-adaptive curriculum loop}.
}
$$

---

# 82. Self-Curriculum Risk

若：

$$
A_t
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{self-confirmation}.
}
$$

$$
\text{exploration}.
$$

---

# 83. Exploration–Exploitation Balance

定義：

$$
\boxed{
\pi_D
=
\lambda
\pi_{\mathrm{exploit}}
+
(1-\lambda)
\pi_{\mathrm{explore}}.
}
$$

---

# 84. Knowledge Frontier

令：

$$
\boxed{
\partial\mathcal B_t
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{near but outside current substrate}.
}
$$

---

# 85. Frontier Expansion

資料：

$$
d
$$

若：

$$
d
$$

$$
\mathcal B_t
\rightarrow
\mathcal B_{t+1},
$$

則：

$$
\boxed{
d
\text{ lies near a productive frontier}.
}
$$

---

# 86. Too Easy / Too Hard

若：

$$
d
\subset
\mathcal B_t,
$$

$$
V_{\mathrm{marg}}\approx0.
$$

若：

$$
d
$$

離：

$$
\mathcal B_t
$$

$$
\operatorname{Learnability}\approx0.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{learnable novelty band}.
}
$$

---

# 87. Learning Band

定義：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal N_t^{\mathrm{learn}}
=
\{
d:
\epsilon_1
<
\operatorname{Learnability}(d,\theta_t)
<
\epsilon_2
\}.
}
$$

---

# 88. Revaluation Can Move Data into the Band

$$
d
$$

$$
d\notin
\mathcal N_t^{\mathrm{learn}}.
$$

$$
d\in
\mathcal N_{t+k}^{\mathrm{learn}}.
$$

---

# 89. Reflexive Public Knowledge Can Expand the Band

- better explanation；
- structured example；
- formal proof；
- executable demo。

於是：

$$
d'
$$

比：

$$
d
$$

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{knowledge calibration can reshape the future learnability frontier}.
}
$$

---

# 90. Learning Substrate and Society

$$
H_i
\leftrightarrow
A_j,
$$

$$
\mathcal S
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{collective human–AI learning substrate}.
}
$$

---

# 91. Collective Substrate

定義：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal B_t^{\mathrm{soc}}
}
$$

包含：

- institutions；
- web；
- code；
- papers；
- norms；
- tools；
- AI-generated artifacts；
- human expertise。

---

# 92. AI Capability Is Environment-Embedded

因此：

$$
\boxed{
C_{\mathrm{AI}}
\neq
F(\theta)
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
C_{\mathrm{AI}}
=
F(
\theta,
\mathcal B_{\mathrm{soc}},
T,
D,
V,
A
).
}
$$

---

# 93. Intelligence Ecosystem

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal E_I
=
\{
H,
A,
K,
T,
W,
V
\}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{agent–tool–knowledge–world coupling}.
}
$$

---

$$
\text{everything}
=
\text{intelligence}.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{observed intelligence depends on system boundary}.
}
$$

---

# 95. Boundary Declaration

$$
\boxed{
\partial S
}
$$

即系統 boundary。

例如：

- base model only；
- model + context；
- model + tools；
- full agent；
- multi-agent system。

---

# 96. Benchmark Boundary

同一 benchmark 若：

$$
S_1
=
\text{model only},
$$

與：

$$
S_2
=
\text{model + search + code},
$$

$$
\boxed{
C(S_2)
=
C(\text{base model}).
}
$$

---

# 97. Unified Benchmark Proposal

```text
base_model
context_state
shared_domain
tools
memory
projection_mode
verifier
action_loop
world_access
```

---

# 98. Cross-Layer Failure Taxonomy

$$
\boxed{
F
\in
\{
F_D,
F_E,
F_B,
F_Z,
F_P,
F_\Pi,
F_A,
F_O
\}.
}
$$

- data；
- extraction；
- substrate；
- latent state；
- probability / decision；
- projection；
- action；
- observation。

---

$$
\text{model is dumb},
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{failure localization}
}
$$

---

# 100. Repair Routing

不同 failure：

$$
F_i
$$

- $F_E$：objective / training；
- $F_\Pi$：介面；
- $F_A$：tool / agent；
- $F_O$：measurement。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{better diagnosis}
\rightarrow
\text{cheaper capability improvement}.
}
$$

---

# 101. Dynamic Intelligence Budget

$$
B.
$$

$$
\boxed{
B
=
B_D
+
B_M
+
B_T
+
B_P
+
B_V.
}
$$

其中：

- $B_D$：data；
- $B_M$：model；
- $B_T$：tools；
- $B_P$：projection；
- $B_V$：verification。

$$
B_M.
$$

---

# 102. Scaling Reallocation

如果 projection deficit 大：

$$
B_P\uparrow
$$

$$
B_M\uparrow
$$

如果 data extraction deficit 大：

$$
B_D
$$

應投入 processing / curriculum。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{system scaling is allocation, not only parameter growth}.
}
$$

---

# 103. Dynamic Budget Policy

定義：

$$
\boxed{
\pi_B:
S_{\mathrm{DLS}}
\rightarrow
(
B_D,B_M,B_T,B_P,B_V
).
}
$$

---

# 104. Series-Level Hypothesis I

### Dynamic Learning-Substrate Hypothesis

$$
\boxed{
\text{AI capability development is better modeled as a dynamic interaction between information, learner state, representation, projection, action, and feedback than as a static data-to-model mapping}.
}
$$

---

# 105. Series-Level Hypothesis II

### Projection-Asymmetry Hypothesis

$$
\boxed{
\exists\tau:
C_{\mathrm{latent}}(\tau)
>
C_{\mathrm{observable}}(\tau,I)
}
$$

---

# 106. Series-Level Hypothesis III

### Relational Data-Value Hypothesis

$$
\boxed{
V(d)
\text{ is primarily learner-relative rather than purely source-intrinsic}.
}
$$

---

# 107. Series-Level Hypothesis IV

### Revaluation Hypothesis

$$
\boxed{
V_t(d)
\neq
V_{t+1}(d)
}
$$

---

# 108. Series-Level Hypothesis V

### Reflexive Knowledge-Ecology Hypothesis

$$
\boxed{
\text{AI capability growth can increase future usable knowledge supply by transforming and generating information}.
}
$$

---

# 109. Series-Level Hypothesis VI

### Causal-Humility Hypothesis

$$
\boxed{
\text{reliable operational success can systematically precede deep causal understanding}.
}
$$

---

# 110. Series-Level Hypothesis VII

### Probability-Coordinate Hypothesis

$$
\boxed{
\text{probability-like structure}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{a normalized observable coordinate over deeper competitive or relational states}.
}
$$

---

# 111. Series-Level Hypothesis VIII

### Epistemic Sustainability Hypothesis

$$
\boxed{
R_S,
U_E,
C_W
}
$$

### F3

若 old data 幾乎不會在新 learner state 下重新升值，Dynamic Revaluation 很弱。

### F4

## Phase A

測：

$$
C_{\mathrm{latent}}
\neq
C_{\mathrm{output}}.
$$

## Phase B

測 shared domain：

$$
D_{\mathrm{shared}}
\rightarrow
B_{\mathrm{sem}}.
$$

## Phase C

測：

$$
Q_{\mathrm{src}}
\neq
V_{\mathrm{ext}}.
$$

## Phase D

測 low-quality transformation：

$$
V_{\mathrm{transform}}
>
V_{\mathrm{raw}}.
$$

## Phase E

測 revaluation：

$$
V_t(d)
\neq
V_{t+k}(d).
$$

## Phase F

測 human–AI reflexive knowledge gain。

## Phase G

測 recipe / mechanism gap。

## Phase H

整合成 DLS Runtime benchmark。

---

# 114. DLS Runtime MVP

1. Data Registry；
2. Shared Domain Store；
3. Revaluation Queue；
4. Verifier；
5. HDSRC-like carrier；
6. PNCW-like output modes；
7. provenance graph。

$$
\boxed{
\text{better substrate management can improve system capability without changing base model weights}.
}
$$

---

# 115. MVP Core Benchmark

選同一 base model：

$$
M.
$$

比較：

### Baseline

$$
M+\text{raw prompt}.
$$

### DLS

$$
M
+
D_{\mathrm{shared}}
+
V
+
R
+
\Pi_{\mathrm{adaptive}}.
$$

控制總 compute。

比較：

- task success；
- correction count；
- contradiction；
- tool success；
- reuse efficiency；
- cross-session continuity。

---

# 116. DLS Success Criterion

若：

$$
\boxed{
C_{\mathrm{sys}}^{\mathrm{DLS}}
>
C_{\mathrm{sys}}^{\mathrm{baseline}}
}
$$

且 base weights 不變，

$$
\boxed{
\text{system-level intelligence can improve through substrate and projection architecture}.
}
$$

---

# 117. DLS Failure Criterion

若：

$$
C_{\mathrm{sys}}^{\mathrm{DLS}}
\approx
C_{\mathrm{sys}}^{\mathrm{baseline}},
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{AGI evaluation should distinguish base-model capability from system-level accessible intelligence}.
}
$$

因為：

$$
\text{model}
+
\text{memory}
+
\text{tools}
+
\text{verification}
+
\text{shared domain}
$$

$$
\text{consciousness}.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{ability to preserve and transform task-relevant invariants across non-equivalent projections and interventions}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{static fuel}.
}
$$

而是：

$$
\boxed{
\text{potential structure whose value depends on the current learner substrate}.
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{automatically the ontology of intelligence}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{one useful coordinate system for uncertainty, competition, and selection}.
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{is a projection, not the whole state}.
}
$$

因此：

$$
\text{text}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{seeing more documents}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{updating the set of accessible, composable, verifiable structures}.
}
$$

---

$$
\text{true statements only}.
$$

- verified relations；
- negative knowledge；
- failure maps；
- methods；
- boundaries；
- provenance；
- uncertainty；
- reusable operators。

$$
\boxed{
\text{emergence}
=
\text{a possible descriptive label for unresolved or multi-scale formation processes}.
}
$$

$$
\text{mechanism}.
$$

# 126. Series Closure

$$
\boxed{
\text{Data}
\rightarrow
\text{Learning Substrate}
\rightarrow
\text{Latent Intelligence}
\rightarrow
\text{Probability / Selection}
\rightarrow
\text{Projection}
\rightarrow
\text{Action}
\rightarrow
\text{Knowledge}
\rightarrow
\text{Data}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{dynamic, reflexive, open, correctable learning system}.
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{Intelligence is not adequately characterized by any single layer of data, probability, representation, output, or action}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{observable intelligence emerges from the coupled dynamics of information, learner state, representation, projection, action, and external correction}.
}
$$

2. learner state 是什麼？
5. probability
7. action chain
8. world feedback 是否能 veto？

$$
\boxed{
\text{more parameters}
+
\text{more tokens}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{better extraction}
+
\text{better substrate}
+
\text{better state preservation}
+
\text{better projection}
+
\text{better verification}
+
\text{better revaluation}
+
\text{better world correction}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{what intelligence can learn, express, and become depends on the changing relation between the learner and its information world}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{the co-evolution of intelligence and its own learning substrate}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Labeling the Gap}
\neq
\text{Closing the Gap}.
}
$$
