$$
\boxed{
\text{Model Intelligence}
\neq
\text{Product Intelligence}
\neq
\text{Deployed Intelligence}.
}
$$

- long-term memory；
- preference adaptation；
- ambiguous-intent resolution；
- cross-application action；
- delayed feedback learning；
- social-context continuity。

$$
\boxed{
\text{Longitudinal Deployment Feedback}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
F_{\mathrm{expert}}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
F_{\mathrm{life}}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
F_{\mathrm{deployment}}
}
$$

- consumer trust；
- legal compliance；
- privacy；
- security；
- liability；
- jurisdiction；
- capital；
- regulatory endurance。

$$
\boxed{
\text{Can Build}
\neq
\text{Can Deploy}.
}
$$

而：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Can Deploy}
\neq
\text{Can Legally Learn From Everything Deployed}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Benchmark Leader}
\not\Rightarrow
\text{Best Everyday AI}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Benchmark Score}
}
$$

$$
M_A
\overset{?}{>}
M_B.
$$

如果 benchmark：

$$
B
$$

- long-horizon agent；
- personal assistant；
- tool user；
- persistent memory；
- digital action；

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal S
=
(
M,
H,
G,
T,
A,
D,
L
)
}
$$

其中：

- $M$：base model；
- $H$：memory / history；
- $G$：world state / context；
- $T$：tools；
- $A$：action surface；
- $D$：deployment environment；
- $L$：legal / policy constraints。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Model Score}
\neq
\text{System Capability}.
}
$$

---

# 2. Benchmark

$$
\Omega
$$

Benchmark：

$$
B
\subset
\Omega.
$$

則：

$$
S_B
=
\int_B
C(x)p_B(x)\,dx.
$$

- math；
- coding；
- science；
- puzzle；

- long-term preference；
- relationship continuity；
- digital-world action；
- delayed consequence；
- ambiguous intent。

因此：

$$
\boxed{
S_B\uparrow
\not\Rightarrow
C(\Omega)\uparrow
\text{ at the same rate}.
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{Benchmark Gaming}
}
$$

與：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Benchmark Specialization}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{強的區域高度集中。}
}
$$

---

# 4. Observer Resolution：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Evaluator can no longer discriminate the frontier}.
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{Benchmark Saturation}
}
$$

---

# 6. Dynamic Benchmark

$$
\boxed{
\text{static benchmarks suffer from saturation and contamination}.
}
$$

Agent Island

$$
\text{other adaptive agents}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{dynamic environment}.
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\Delta Score<0
\not\Rightarrow
\Delta Capability<0.
}
$$

---

# 8. Model Intelligence 與 Product Intelligence

假設：

$$
M_A=M_B.
$$

$$
M
+
\text{Memory}
+
\text{Calendar}
+
\text{Email}
+
\text{Browser}
+
\text{Action}.
$$

$$
M
+
\text{Chat}.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Same Model}
\neq
\text{Same Intelligence Experience}.
}
$$

---

# 9. Product Intelligence

$$
\boxed{
I_{\mathrm{product}}
=
F(
M,
\text{Memory},
\text{Tools},
\text{WorldAccess},
\text{Feedback},
\text{Latency},
\text{Reliability}
).
}
$$

---

# 10. Deployed Intelligence

$$
\boxed{
I_{\mathrm{deployed}}
=
F(
I_{\mathrm{product}},
\text{Legal},
\text{Trust},
\text{Security},
\text{Distribution},
\text{Capital}
).
}
$$

---

# 11. Can Build 不等於 Can Deploy

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Can Build}
\neq
\text{Can Deploy}.
}
$$

- long-term memory；
- emotion-like interaction；
- proactive actions；

$$
\text{input}
\rightarrow
\text{output}
$$

$$
\text{always-on personal companion}
$$

- minors；
- mental-health signals；
- finances；
- private messages；
- intimate preferences；
- location；
- relationship context。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Legal Surface}
}
$$

- Alphabet；
- Character Technologies；
- Instagram；
- Meta；
- OpenAI；
- Snap；
- xAI。

$$
\boxed{
\text{Companion AI}
}
$$

New York General Business Law Article 47 以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Artificial Intelligence Companion Models}
}
$$

- definitions；
- prohibitions and requirements；
- notifications；
- enforcement。

$$
\boxed{
\text{AI companion}
}
$$

$$
2026\text{-}07\text{-}15
$$

$$
\boxed{
}
$$

- intelligent customer service；
- knowledge Q&A；
- work assistants；
- education；
- scientific research。

$$
\boxed{
\text{product behavior}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Companion Deployment}
\rightarrow
\text{Additional Regulatory Obligations}.
}
$$

EU AI Act Article 5 對：

- purposefully manipulative techniques；
- deceptive techniques；
- exploitation of vulnerabilities；

$$
\text{behavioral influence}
$$

Deployment Capability

$$
\boxed{
K_{\mathrm{legal}}
=
\text{Legal Risk Absorption Capacity}.
}
$$

- legal team；
- compliance engineering；
- audit；
- incident response；
- litigation reserve；
- jurisdictional adaptation；
- insurance；
- regulatory negotiation。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Legal Capacity}
}
$$

---

# 19. Capital

- privacy review；
- data infrastructure；
- compliance；
- moderation；
- legal defense；

則：

$$
C_{\mathrm{deployment}}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Small Frontier Lab}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Research Frontier}
\neq
\text{Deployment Frontier}.
}
$$

---

# 21. Deployment Frontier

$$
\boxed{
F_{\mathrm{deployment}}
}
$$

- users；
- jurisdictions；
- applications；
- sensitive contexts；

$$
\boxed{
\text{legally and operationally reachable world surface}.
}
$$

---

# 22. World Access Surface

令：

$$
A_W
$$

- email；
- calendar；
- documents；
- browser；
- payments；
- reservations；
- work systems。

則：

$$
A_W\uparrow
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{world-coupling bandwidth}\uparrow.
}
$$

---

$$
\text{Action}
\rightarrow
\text{Outcome}
\rightarrow
\text{Correction}.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Closed-Loop Deployment Feedback}.
}
$$

---

# 24. Data Advantage

$$
N_{\mathrm{tokens}}.
$$

而是：

$$
\boxed{
N_{\mathrm{closed-loop\ trajectories}}.
}
$$

$$
\text{state}
\rightarrow
\text{action}
\rightarrow
\text{feedback}
\rightarrow
\text{outcome}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{it may use it for every purpose}.
}
$$

$$
D_{\mathrm{accessible}},
$$

$$
D_{\mathrm{usable}},
$$

$$
D_{\mathrm{trainable}},
$$

$$
D_{\mathrm{shareable}}.
$$

一般：

$$
\boxed{
D_{\mathrm{trainable}}
\subseteq
D_{\mathrm{accessible}}.
}
$$

---

# 26. Can Deploy 不等於 Can Train on Everything

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Can Deploy}
\neq
\text{Can Legally Learn From Everything Deployed}.
}
$$

- consent；
- purpose limitation；
- data minimization；
- local / on-device alternatives；
- privacy-preserving learning。

---

# 27. Data Market

$$
D_{\mathrm{licensed}},
$$

$$
D_{\mathrm{synthetic}},
$$

$$
D_{\mathrm{public}}.
$$

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{No Consumer Agent}
\not\Rightarrow
\text{No AI Progress}.
}
$$

---

- coding；
- law；
- medicine；
- RL environments；

$$
\boxed{
D_{\mathrm{expert}}
}
$$

- buy；
- license；
- outsource；
- synthesize。

---

$$
\text{same user}
$$

跨：

$$
T
$$

- preference change；
- delayed outcome；
- accumulated context；
- corrected memory；
- longitudinal causality。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
D_{\mathrm{longitudinal}}
}
$$

$$
\text{batch dataset}.
$$

---

# 30. Longitudinal Data

$$
\boxed{
\text{cross-sectional scale}
\neq
\text{longitudinal depth}.
}
$$

---

# 31. Synthetic Data

$$
\tilde D_{\mathrm{life}}.
$$

但：

$$
\tilde D_{\mathrm{life}}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Synthetic Life Data}
}
$$

- scale；
- stress test；
- curriculum；

$$
\boxed{
\text{real-world calibration}.
}
$$

---

# 32. Product Feedback Loop

$$
\text{Deploy}
\rightarrow
\text{Observe Failure}
\rightarrow
\text{Improve Product}
\rightarrow
\text{Redeploy}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Feedback Loop Velocity}.
}
$$

---

Daily-Agent Leader

假設：

$$
S_{\mathrm{benchmark}}(A)
>
S_{\mathrm{benchmark}}(B)
$$

但：

$$
D_{\mathrm{life}}(A)
\ll
D_{\mathrm{life}}(B),
$$

且：

$$
F_{\mathrm{deployment}}(A)
<
F_{\mathrm{deployment}}(B).
$$

$$
\boxed{
U_{\mathrm{daily}}(B)
>
U_{\mathrm{daily}}(A).
}
$$

---

| Model/System | Math | Coding | Science | Daily Agent | Long Memory | Preference Adaptation |
|---|---:|---:|---:|---:|---:|---:|
| A | 98 | 97 | 96 | 68 | 55 | 52 |
| B | 93 | 94 | 92 | 88 | 91 | 89 |

$$
\boxed{
\text{The question is underspecified}.
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\mathbf C
=
(
C_{\mathrm{expert}},
C_{\mathrm{life}},
C_{\mathrm{memory}},
C_{\mathrm{action}},
C_{\mathrm{world}},
C_{\mathrm{adapt}}
).
}
$$

$$
\mathbf C_A
$$

與：

$$
\mathbf C_B
$$

---

# 37. Pareto Frontier

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal P
=
\operatorname{Pareto}(
C_{\mathrm{expert}},
C_{\mathrm{life}},
C_{\mathrm{memory}},
C_{\mathrm{action}},
-C_{\mathrm{cost}}
).
}
$$

$$
\text{Rank 1, Rank 2, Rank 3}.
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{Best Model}
}
$$

- best mathematician；
- best coding agent；
- best researcher；
- best personal assistant；
- best long-horizon operator；
- best cost-adjusted model。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{one leaderboard}
}
$$

---

# 39. Benchmark

$$
\boxed{
\text{Benchmark}
}
$$

- reproducible；
- comparable；
- auditable；

$$
\boxed{
\text{Benchmark}
\neq
\text{Whole Intelligence}.
}
$$

---

$$
B_{\mathrm{expert}},
$$

$$
B_{\mathrm{agent}},
$$

$$
B_{\mathrm{life}},
$$

$$
B_{\mathrm{world}},
$$

$$
B_{\mathrm{cost}}.
$$

形成：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal B_{\mathrm{multi}}
=
\{
B_1,\ldots,B_n
\}.
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{Life Benchmark}
=
\text{Stateful Evaluation}.
}
$$

---

# 42. Benchmark

AI agent

$$
\boxed{
A_t=\varnothing.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Know When to Act}
+
\text{Know When to Ask}
+
\text{Know When Not to Act}.
}
$$

- companion；
- emotion-like interaction；
- minors；
- privacy；
- data transfer；

$$
\boxed{
F_{\mathrm{deployment}}
=
F(
\text{jurisdiction}
)
}
$$

- certain memory；
- cross-border data；
- sensitive profiling；

$$
D_{\mathrm{trainable}}
$$

與：

$$
A_W
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Regulation}
}
$$

- trust；
- adoption；
- safety；
- legitimacy。

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Less Regulation}
\not\Rightarrow
\text{More Long-Term Deployment}.
}
$$

$$
F_{\mathrm{deployment}}
$$

---

# 47. Trust Capital

$$
\boxed{
K_{\mathrm{trust}}
}
$$

- email；
- calendar；
- finances；
- health；
- family context。

$$
A_W\uparrow.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{world-access capital}.
}
$$

---

# 48. Security Failure

- private messages；
- credentials；
- memory；
- actions。

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Security}
}
$$

$$
p
$$

很低，

總 incident：

$$
N_{\mathrm{incident}}
\approx
Np
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Large-Scale Personal AI}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
K_{\mathrm{deploy}}
=
F(
K_{\mathrm{legal}},
K_{\mathrm{security}},
K_{\mathrm{trust}},
K_{\mathrm{capital}}
).
}
$$

- investigation；
- lawsuit；
- redesign；
- market suspension；

### Type A：Frontier Research Lab

專注：

$$
F_{\mathrm{expert}}.
$$

### Type B：Consumer Personal-Agent Platform

專注：

$$
F_{\mathrm{life}}
+
F_{\mathrm{deployment}}.
$$

### Type C：Enterprise Agent Infrastructure

專注：

$$
F_{\mathrm{workflow}}.
$$

### Type D：Physical AI

專注：

$$
F_{\mathrm{physical}}.
$$

- professional data；
- enterprise workflows；
- synthetic environment；
- robotics；
- scientific agents；

$$
\boxed{
\text{No Companion Product}
\not\Rightarrow
\text{No AGI Progress}.
}
$$

---

$$
\mathbf C_A
\neq
\mathbf C_B.
$$

$$
C_{\mathrm{science}},
$$

$$
C_{\mathrm{life}},
$$

$$
C_{\mathrm{physical}}.
$$

---

# 54. Data Purchase

$$
D_{\mathrm{expert}}.
$$

$$
D_{\mathrm{interactive}}.
$$

但：

$$
\boxed{
\text{live deployment feedback loop}
}
$$

- product；
- user trust；
- time；
- real consequence；
- iteration velocity。

---

$$
\boxed{
D
+
\text{feedback generator}.
}
$$

$$
D_t
\rightarrow
D_{t+1}.
$$

$$
\text{more users}
\rightarrow
\text{better data}
\rightarrow
\text{better product}
\rightarrow
\text{more users},
$$

形成：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Data Flywheel}.
}
$$

- privacy scandal；
- unsafe behavior；
- regulatory ban；

$$
\boxed{
\text{Negative Trust Flywheel}.
}
$$

---

Reality Coupling

$$
\text{engagement}.
$$

- user outcome；
- correction rate；
- error propagation；
- harmful overreach；
- opt-out；
- reversibility。

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Engagement}
\neq
\text{Successful Personal Intelligence}.
}
$$

---

Outcome Metrics

$$
O_{\mathrm{task}},
$$

$$
O_{\mathrm{preference}},
$$

$$
O_{\mathrm{recovery}},
$$

$$
O_{\mathrm{autonomy}},
$$

$$
S_{\mathrm{conversation}}.
$$

$$
\text{text judge}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{longitudinal outcome observer}.
}
$$

---

$$
R_A\uparrow.
$$

Evaluator

$$
R_E\uparrow.
$$

當 evaluator 從：

$$
\text{static question}
$$

$$
\text{dynamic world trajectory},
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{measurement quality}
}
$$

$$
\rho(
S_{\mathrm{benchmark}},
U_{\mathrm{daily}}
)
$$

$$
F_{\mathrm{deployment}}
\uparrow
$$

應與：

$$
Q_{\mathrm{life}}
\uparrow
$$

$$
Q(M,\text{country A})
\neq
Q(M,\text{country B}).
$$

$$
\Delta F_{\mathrm{expert}}
\downarrow
$$

$$
\Delta F_{\mathrm{life}}
$$

$$
I(B_{\mathrm{dynamic}})
>
I(B_{\mathrm{static}})
$$

1. benchmark
2. benchmark
4. personal data

$$
\boxed{
單一公開 benchmark 將越來越不足以代表整體智能。}
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{Longitudinal Personal World Trajectories}
}
$$

$$
\text{best model}.
$$

而是：

$$
\boxed{
\text{best legally deployable, trusted, secure, persistent system}.
}
$$

---

### Verification-Seeking

$$
\text{WorldResponse}.
$$

### Reconstructible Research World

### Capability-Graph Self-Editing

Legal、security、distribution、data access

$$
\boxed{
\text{AI Competition}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Capability-Graph Competition}.
}
$$

---

# 64. 三個 Frontier

$$
\boxed{
F_{\mathrm{expert}}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
F_{\mathrm{life}}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
F_{\mathrm{deployment}}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{AGIProgress}
=
\operatorname{Integrate}
(
F_{\mathrm{expert}},
F_{\mathrm{life}},
F_{\mathrm{deployment}}
).
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{最高數學分數}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{最強 physical AI}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Benchmark Leader}
\neq
\text{Best Everyday AI}
}
$$

$$
\text{Model}
$$

而是：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Model}
+
\text{World Access}
+
\text{Legal Permission}
+
\text{Privacy}
+
\text{Security}
+
\text{Trust}
+
\text{Capital}
+
\text{Feedback Loop}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{它考幾分？}
}
$$

而是：

$$
\boxed{
持續保持理解、記憶、行動、修正與邊界判斷？}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{智能的一個投影。}
}
$$
