## Method note
This paper does not claim that all divine-command theories are arbitrary.
It does not require a single theory of truth, divine immutability, or divine simplicity.
Its target is unrestricted sovereign semantic revision:
the idea that ultimate power alone can make any truth, goodness, identity, or history
be whatever the current sovereign declaration says it is, without reason-preserving continuity.
