$$
\boxed{
\text{What does it mean for memory itself to evolve correctly over time?}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Exact Historical Existence}
\neq
\text{Current Semantic Validity}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Recorded}
\neq
\text{Validated}
\neq
\text{Current}
\neq
\text{Canonical}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Memory Evolution}
\neq
\text{Silent Overwrite}.
}
$$

2. **Semantic Proposal Layer**：由人類、Agent、工具或模型提出的 object / relation / state proposal；
4. **Current Epistemic Projection**：
6. **Governance Layer**：proposal、promotion、merge、split、supersession、deprecation、reactivation、retirement；

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak E_t
=
(
\mathcal X_t,
\mathcal O_t,
\mathcal R_t,
\mathcal P_t,
\mathcal V_t,
\mathcal B_t,
\mathcal K_t,
\mathcal G_t,
\mathcal L_t
)
}
$$

其中：

- $\mathcal X_t$：exact historical substrate；
- $\mathcal O_t$：objects / identities；
- $\mathcal R_t$：typed semantic relations；
- $\mathcal P_t$：proposals；
- $\mathcal V_t$：validation / epistemic states；
- $\mathcal B_t$：branches；
- $\mathcal K_t$：crystals / compiled structures；
- $\mathcal G_t$：governance state；
- $\mathcal L_t$：append-only lifecycle / operation ledger。

$$
\boxed{
\text{Converged}
\neq
\text{Deleted}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\operatorname{Commit}(p)
\text{ only if }
Head_{current}=Head_{expected}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{semantic evidence that the world changed while cognition was in flight}.
}
$$

Graph、Crystal、Working State、Index、Embedding

$$
\boxed{
\text{Governance for Evolution}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\begin{aligned}
&\text{Loose Coupling for Cognition}\\
&\text{Crystallization for Recursion}\\
&\text{Reopening for Reflexivity}\\
&\text{Exactness for Commitment}\\
&\text{Governance for Evolution}
\end{aligned}
}
$$

**關鍵詞：** SEDB、MNEME、Governed Memory、Epistemic State、Event Sourcing、Version Conflict、Semantic Proposal、Crystal Lifecycle、Branching、Supersession、Canonical Memory、Memory Governance

- Graph projection；
- Working-State Reconstruction。

$$
\boxed{
\text{Semantic State Drift}.
}
$$

- 更新 working state；

- source fidelity；
- semantic lineage；
- responsibility；
- branch structure；
- rollback ability。

$$
\boxed{
\text{Memory as an evolving governed system}.
}
$$

---

$$
Valid(x,t_2)=1.
$$

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Historical Existence}
\neq
\text{Current Validity}.
}
$$

---

# 2. Example：

文件：

$$
D_{v1}
$$

$$
D_{v2}
$$

因此：

$$
Historical(D_{v1})=1
$$

同時：

$$
Current(D_{v1})=0.
$$

---

Claim

$$
\text{Claim}_A
$$

$$
Counterexample_B
$$

出現。

則：

$$
Recorded(\text{Claim}_A)=1
$$

但：

$$
EpistemicState(\text{Claim}_A)=REFUTED.
$$

---

Permission

$$
Permission_t
$$

$$
HistoricalAuthority=1
$$

$$
CurrentAuthority=1.
$$

---

# 5. Recorded、Validated、Current、Canonical

$$
\boxed{
\text{Recorded}
\neq
\text{Validated}
\neq
\text{Current}
\neq
\text{Canonical}.
}
$$

---

# 6. Canonical 也是 Domain-Relative

Git commit 對 code artifact canonical。

Event log 對 event history canonical。

Authority graph 對 permission canonical。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Canonical}
=
Canonical(domain).
}
$$

Canonical

Graph：

$$
G_{\xi}
$$

Crystal：

$$
K
$$

Working State：

$$
W
$$

Summary：

$$
S
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Projection}
\neq
\text{Canonical Substrate}.
}
$$

---

# 8. Canonical Memory

$$
\boxed{
\text{Typed Records}
+
\text{Provenance}
+
\text{Version Lineage}
+
\text{Governance}
+
\text{Exact Commit Semantics}.
}
$$

$$
\text{latest summary}.
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{Newest Summary}
\neq
\text{Newest Truth}.
}
$$

---

# 10. Exact Historical Substrate

令：

$$
\mathcal X_t
$$

保存：

- raw event；
- raw source；
- artifact；
- receipt；
- version；
- hash；
- timestamp。

---

# 11. Substrate Should Be Append-Oriented

$$
\boxed{
\text{append}
>
\text{overwrite}.
}
$$

---

# 12. Append-Oriented

---

# 13. Current State as Projection

$$
CurrentState_t
=
Fold(
History_{\le t}
).
$$

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Current State}
=
\text{Derived Projection over History}.
}
$$

---

# 14. Event Sourcing

對重要 domain：

$$
S_t
=
F(
E_1,\ldots,E_t
).
$$

---

# 15. Event ≠ Semantic Interpretation

同一 event：

$$
E
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Event}
\neq
\text{Meaning}.
}
$$

---

# 16. Meaning Can Evolve Without Rewriting Event

$$
E.
$$

更新：

$$
Interpretation_t(E).
$$

---

# 17. Semantic Proposal Layer

新的 relation / object / state 不直接 canonical。

先進：

$$
\mathcal P_t.
$$

---

# 18. Proposal Object

$$
\boxed{
P
=
(
ID,
\text{Author},
\text{Target},
\text{Change},
\text{Reason},
\text{Evidence},
\text{Confidence},
\text{Scope},
\text{VersionExpected},
\text{Time}
)
}
$$

---

# 19. Proposal Can Come From Many Sources

- human；
- AI；
- tool；
- validator；
- external source；
- migration process。

---

# 20. Proposal ≠ Truth

$$
\boxed{
Proposed(x)
\neq
Accepted(x).
}
$$

---

# 21. Relation Proposal

例如：

$$
P:
A
\xrightarrow{causes}
B.
$$

先標：

$$
PROPOSED.
$$

---

# 22. Field Proposal

新 schema field：

$$
f_{new}
$$

也應 proposal。

---

# 23. Crystal Proposal

新 Crystal：

$$
K^{cand}
$$

先 candidate。

---

# 24. Route Proposal

新 Hot Path 也先 proposal。

---

# 25. Validation Layer

Proposal 之後：

$$
Validate(P).
$$

---

# 26. Validation Does Not Need One Universal Validator

- proof checker；
- test suite；
- source comparison；
- human review；
- replay；
- consensus；
- policy check。

---

# 27. Validation Result

可不是 binary。

例如：

$$
Validation(P)
\in
\{
SUPPORTED,
PARTIAL,
CONTESTED,
FAILED,
UNKNOWN
\}.
$$

---

# 28. Evidence Object

$$
E_i
$$

- source；
- scope；
- version；
- integrity；
- time。

---

# 29. Evidence Can Conflict

$$
E_1
\Rightarrow
P
$$

$$
E_2
\Rightarrow
\neg P.
$$

---

# 30. Epistemic State

$$
State_E
\in
\{
PROPOSED,
SUPPORTED,
CONTESTED,
UNRESOLVED,
REFUTED,
SUPERSEDED,
DEPRECATED
\}.
$$

---

# 31. Epistemic State Is a Projection

它由：

- proposals；
- evidence；
- validations；
- version；
- scope；

---

# 32. Epistemic State Should Be Recomputable

---

# 33. Current Semantic Projection

$$
\mathcal S_t
=
ProjectCurrent(
\text{History},
\text{Evidence},
\text{Validation},
\text{Policy}
).
$$

---

# 34. Semantic Projection Is Not History

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal S_t
\neq
\mathcal X_t.
}
$$

---

# 35. SEDB Core Distinction

$$
\boxed{
\text{Recoverable}
\neq
\text{Current}.
}
$$

以及：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Recorded}
\neq
\text{Validated}.
}
$$

---

# 36. Field Lifecycle

一個 semantic field 可：

$$
\text{Proposed}
\rightarrow
\text{Active}
\rightarrow
\text{Converged}
\rightarrow
\text{Reactivated}.
$$

也可：

$$
\text{Merged},
\text{Split},
\text{Deprecated}.
$$

---

# 37. Proposed Field

---

# 38. Active Field

---

# 39. Converged Field

---

# 40. Reactivated Field

---

# 41. Merged Field

---

# 42. Split Field

---

# 43. Deprecated Field

---

# 44. Converged ≠ Deleted

$$
\boxed{
\text{Converged}
\neq
\text{Deleted}.
}
$$

- history；
- source；
- future reactivation。

---

# 45. Add Field ≠ Fill Field

$$
f_{new},
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Add Field}
\not\Rightarrow
\text{Backfill All History}.
}
$$

---

# 46. Sparse Evolution

$$
\boxed{
\text{sparse evolving schema}.
}
$$

---

# 47. Absent、Unknown、False

新 field 在舊 object：

$$
\text{Absent}.
$$

$$
\text{False}.
$$

$$
\text{Unknown}.
$$

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Absent}
\neq
\text{Unknown}
\neq
\text{False}
\neq
\text{NotApplicable}.
}
$$

---

# 48. Relation Lifecycle

relation 可：

$$
PROPOSED
\rightarrow
ACTIVE
\rightarrow
SUPPORTED
\rightarrow
CONTESTED
\rightarrow
SUPERSEDED.
$$

---

# 49. Relation Is Stateful

不是：

$$
edge\in E
$$

或：

$$
edge\notin E
$$

---

# 50. Relation History

$$
Relation_t
$$

也需要 event lineage。

---

# 51. Relation Scope

$$
scope=s_1
$$

成立。

---

# 52. Relation Version

$$
A_{v1}
\xrightarrow{r}
B
$$

$$
A_{v2}.
$$

---

# 53. Relation Supersession

新 relation：

$$
r_2
$$

可以：

$$
Supersedes(r_1).
$$

---

# 54. Superseded ≠ Deleted

---

# 55. Object Lifecycle

object 可：

$$
\text{Draft}
\rightarrow
\text{Stable}
\rightarrow
\text{Superseded}
\rightarrow
\text{Archived}.
$$

---

# 56. Object Identity Should Persist

即使：

$$
\text{State}
$$

變，

$$
ID
$$

---

# 57. Merge and Identity

若：

$$
A,B
$$

最後 merge，

$$
Alias / MergeLineage.
$$

---

# 58. Split and Identity

若：

$$
A
\rightarrow
A_1,A_2,
$$

也需：

$$
\text{SplitLineage}.
$$

---

# 59. Identity History

---

# 60. Branch Lifecycle

branch：

$$
OPEN
\rightarrow
ACTIVE
\rightarrow
MERGED
\rightarrow
CLOSED.
$$

---

# 61. Branch Is Not Failure

---

# 62. Branch Merge

- version；
- conflict；
- source；
- identity。

---

# 63. Branch Closure

可因：

- refuted；
- superseded；
- scope end；
- explicit decision。

---

# 64. Closed Branch Stays Recoverable

---

# 65. Crystal Lifecycle

承接 Paper 07：

$$
CANDIDATE
\rightarrow
VALIDATING
\rightarrow
SHADOW
\rightarrow
STABLE
\rightarrow
STALE
\rightarrow
REOPENED
\rightarrow
RETIRED.
$$

---

# 66. Crystal Governance Is Memory Governance

---

# 67. Crystal Promotion Requires Evidence

$$
\text{frequent}
$$

就 Stable。

---

# 68. Crystal Demotion

若 failure rate 上升：

$$
STABLE
\rightarrow
STALE.
$$

---

# 69. Crystal Reopen

若 invariant break：

$$
REOPENED.
$$

---

# 70. Crystal Retirement

停止 runtime use。

但保 historical lineage。

---

# 71. Projection Lifecycle

Graph / embedding / index 也有 lifecycle：

$$
GENERATED
\rightarrow
ACTIVE
\rightarrow
STALE
\rightarrow
REBUILT
\rightarrow
RETIRED.
$$

---

# 72. Projection Is Rebuildable

---

# 73. Therefore Projection Should Not Own Truth

---

# 74. Capability Lifecycle

承接 capability crystallization：

$$
CANDIDATE
\rightarrow
COMPILING
\rightarrow
VALIDATING
\rightarrow
SHADOW
\rightarrow
STABLE
\rightarrow
DEGRADED
\rightarrow
RETIRED.
$$

---

# 75. Capability Is Also Memory Evolution

---

# 76. Capability Provenance

- source crystals；
- training / compile process；
- validator；
- deployment version。

---

# 77. Governance Across Lifecycles

Field、Relation、Crystal、Capability

---

# 78. Example

Field split：

$$
f
\rightarrow
f_1,f_2
$$

- relation stale；
- crystal stale；
- route stale；
- capability degraded。

---

# 79. Invalidation Propagation

需要：

$$
\boxed{
\text{dependency-aware governance}.
}
$$

---

# 80. Governance Dependency Graph

$$
G_G
=
(V_G,E_G)
$$

記：

- depends-on；
- generated-from；
- validated-by；
- version-bound-to。

---

# 81. Change Impact Analysis

$$
Impact(x)
=
Descendants(G_G,x).
$$

---

# 82. Not Every Change Requires Full Rebuild

只 invalid affected nodes。

---

# 83. Incremental Governance

這與 Paper 10 incremental working-state compile 相容。

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{Memory}
=
\text{objects}
+
\text{relations}
+
\text{events}
+
\text{lifecycle}
+
\text{governance}.
}
$$

---

# 85. Memory Without Lifecycle Is Snapshot Storage

$$
M_t,
$$

$$
M_{t-1}\rightarrow M_t.
$$

---

# 86. Memory Needs Transition Semantics

$$
\text{Event}.
$$

---

# 87. State Transition Event

$$
e:
S_t
\rightarrow
S_{t+1}.
$$

---

# 88. Event Has Actor

$$
Actor(e).
$$

---

# 89. Event Has Reason

$$
Reason(e).
$$

---

# 90. Event Has Evidence

$$
Evidence(e).
$$

---

# 91. Event Has Authority

$$
Authority(e).
$$

---

# 92. Event Has Version

$$
VersionBefore,VersionAfter.
$$

---

# 93. Operation Ledger

令：

$$
\mathcal L_t
$$

為 append-only operation ledger。

---

# 94. Ledger Does Not Mean Blockchain

$$
\boxed{
\text{important mutations require durable receipts}.
}
$$

---

# 95. Mutation Receipt

$$
MR
=
(
\text{operation},
\text{actor},
\text{target},
\text{before},
\text{after},
\text{reason},
\text{evidence},
\text{authority},
\text{time}
).
$$

---

# 96. Silent Mutation Is Forbidden for Critical State

不能：

$$
x:=x'
$$

沒有 event。

---

# 97. Proposal → Validate → Commit

$$
\boxed{
P
\rightarrow
V
\rightarrow
C.
}
$$

---

# 98. Proposal Phase

建立 candidate change。

---

# 99. Validate Phase

- current head；
- evidence；
- schema；
- authority；
- conflicts；
- invariant。

---

# 100. Commit Phase

---

# 101. Expected Head

$$
Head_{expected}.
$$

---

# 102. Exact-Head Commit

只有：

$$
Head_{current}
=
Head_{expected}
$$

才 commit。

---

# 103. Compare-and-Set Semantics

$$
\operatorname{CAS}
(
Head_{expected},
Head_{new}
).
$$

---

# 104. VersionConflict Is Not a Mere Database Error

若：

$$
Head_{current}
\neq
Head_{expected},
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{VersionConflict}
=
\text{Semantic Precondition Failure}.
}
$$

---

# 105. Do Not Auto-Resolve Semantic Version Conflict

- re-read；
- re-evaluate；
- revalidate。

---

# 106. Correct Conflict Flow

$$
\text{Conflict}
\rightarrow
\text{ReadNewHead}
\rightarrow
\text{ReconstructWorkingState}
\rightarrow
\text{Re-evaluateProposal}
\rightarrow
\text{Resubmit}.
$$

---

# 107. EventStore Should Not Auto-Resolve Meaning

- which evidence wins；
- which branch valid；
- which semantic interpretation correct。

---

# 108. Storage Guarantees Atomicity, Not Semantics

$$
\boxed{
\text{Storage Atomicity}
\neq
\text{Semantic Reconciliation}.
}
$$

---

# 109. Atomic Batch

$$
E_1,\ldots,E_n,
$$

---

# 110. Partial Semantic Mutation Is Dangerous

例如：

- object updated；
- relation not updated；

會造成 inconsistent state。

---

# 111. Batch Guard

$$
\boxed{
\text{all-or-nothing state transition}.
}
$$

---

# 112. Write Token

$$
\text{write\_token}.
$$

防 duplicate append。

---

# 113. Idempotency

---

# 114. Transaction Proposal

---

# 115. Semantic Delta

$$
\Delta S
=
(
\text{Objects},
\text{Relations},
\text{Fields},
\text{Crystals},
\text{Branches}
).
$$

---

# 116. Commit Validator

$$
\Delta S
$$

---

# 117. Commit Result

$$
\text{COMMITTED}
$$

或：

$$
\text{CONFLICT}
$$

或：

$$
\text{REJECTED}.
$$

---

# 118. Rejected Proposal Stays in History?

$$
\text{ProposalHistory}.
$$

---

# 119. Failed Proposal Is Knowledge

---

# 120. Proposal Memory

---

# 121. Governance ≠ Only Permissions

Governance

- promotion；
- validation；
- lifecycle；
- supersession；
- merge；
- split；
- retirement；
- reactivation。

---

# 122. Governance State

令：

$$
\mathcal G_t.
$$

---

# 123. Governance Operator Family

$$
\Omega_G
=
\{
\text{Propose},
\text{Validate},
\text{Commit},
\text{Supersede},
\text{Merge},
\text{Split},
\text{Deprecate},
\text{Reactivate},
\text{Retire},
\text{Reopen}
\}.
$$

---

# 124. Operators Are Typed

---

# 125. Merge Object vs Merge Branch

---

# 126. Supersede vs Refute

$$
\text{Supersede}
$$

$$
\text{Refute}
$$

表示 epistemic false / unsupported。

---

# 127. Deprecate vs Delete

Deprecated

---

# 128. Retire vs Delete

Retired：

> runtime 不再 active。

歷史仍可保留。

---

# 129. Delete Is Exceptional

- privacy；
- legal；
- storage policy。

---

# 130. Semantic Deletion vs Physical Deletion

$$
\text{Tombstone}.
$$

---

# 131. Tombstone

---

# 132. Right-to-Forget and Governance

- raw；
- projection；
- crystal；
- index；
- cache。

---

# 133. Projection Invalidation on Deletion

---

# 134. Governance Propagation

$$
\text{DeleteCanonical}
\rightarrow
\text{InvalidateDerived}.
$$

---

# 135. Derived Data Map

$$
\text{GeneratedFrom}.
$$

---

# 136. This Is Why Provenance Is Mandatory

---

# 137. Provenance Graph

$$
G_P.
$$

---

# 138. Provenance Is Not Just Citation

$$
\boxed{
\text{dependency graph for semantic maintenance}.
}
$$

---

# 139. Current Semantic State Can Be Rebuilt

只要：

- exact events；
- proposals；
- validations；
- policies；

還在，

current state 可重算。

---

# 140. Rebuildability Is a Governance Goal

---

# 141. Index Rebuild

$$
\text{Index}
=
\text{Rebuild}(
\text{CanonicalState}
).
$$

---

# 142. Graph Rebuild

$$
G_{\xi}
=
\text{Project}(
\text{CanonicalState}
).
$$

---

# 143. Crystal Rebuild

不一定 deterministic。

但 source manifest + compiler version 能支援 revalidation。

---

# 144. Working-State Rebuild

Paper 10

---

# 145. Canonical vs Derived Registry

- canonical；
- derived；
- cache；
- working；
- archive。

---

# 146. Storage Class Metadata

---

# 147. SEDB + ISQL Interface

ISQL 可用於：

- stable identity；
- version；
- semantic field；
- decoder contract。

SEDB 管：

- lifecycle；
- proposal；
- evolution；
- current semantic projection。

---

# 148. Identity Stable, Fields Evolve

$$
ID(x)
$$

$$
\text{Fields}_t(x)
$$

可變。

---

# 149. Dynamic Field Set

$$
F_0
\subseteq
F_1
\subseteq
F_2.
$$

---

# 150. Field Migration

新增 field 時：

不必 backfill all history。

---

# 151. Lazy Materialization

$$
\text{Materialize}(f_{new},x).
$$

---

# 152. Semantic Debt

$$
\text{Unmaterialized}.
$$

---

# 153. Governance and Controlled Distortion

Derived representation 可 lossy。

---

# 154. Loss-Aware Write-Back

write-back authority 要降低。

---

# 155. Proposal Confidence Ceiling

$$
\text{ConfidenceProposal}
\le
\text{FidelitySource}.
$$

---

# 156. Governance and PSSA

Pre-symbolic candidate：

$$
r_t
$$

---

# 157. PSSA Promotion

---

# 158. Governance and AI Hyperlink

Route registry 也需 lifecycle。

---

# 159. Hyperlink Promotion

Candidate transition → Warm → Hot。

---

# 160. Hot Path Commit Is Governance Event

---

# 161. Governance and X-Order Cognition

---

# 162. Higher Order ≠ Higher Authority

再次：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Order}
\neq
\text{Authority}.
}
$$

---

# 163. Governance Proposal from Meta-Cognition

---

# 164. Validator Governance

---

# 165. Validator Versioning

$$
V_{check,v1}
\rightarrow
V_{check,v2}.
$$

---

# 166. Validator Invalidated

---

# 167. Trust Root Governance

需 slow governance loop。

---

# 168. Multi-Timescale Governance

承接 Paper 09：

- fast task loop；
- medium route/crystal loop；
- slow policy/architecture loop。

---

# 169. Fast Loop

允許：

- working state update；
- temporary proposal；
- read-only projection。

---

# 170. Medium Loop

允許：

- crystal promotion；
- route promotion；
- schema evolution。

---

# 171. Slow Loop

處理：

- canonical policy；
- validator；
- authority model；
- architecture mutation。

---

# 172. Governance Timescale Prevents Reflexive Instability

---

# 173. Governance Boundary

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Cognition can propose governance changes without automatically owning governance authority}.
}
$$

---

# 174. MNEME as Typed Historical Memory

$$
M
=
(
ID,
\text{State},
\text{History},
\text{Relations},
\text{Provenance},
\text{Lifecycle}
).
$$

---

# 175. Memory Object Is Temporal

$$
M_t
$$

---

# 176. Memory History as First-Class

$$
H(M)
=
\{e_1,\ldots,e_n\}.
$$

---

# 177. State Can Be Recomputed

$$
State_t(M)
=
Fold(H(M)).
$$

---

# 178. Fold Function Is Versioned

如果 semantic policy 變：

$$
Fold_{v2}
$$

---

# 179. Same History, New Interpretation

$$
\text{History}
$$

不變。

$$
\text{CurrentSemanticProjection}
$$

可變。

---

# 180. Reinterpretation Event

---

# 181. This Avoids Rewriting the Past

符合：

$$
\boxed{
\text{reinterpret history without rewriting history}.
}
$$

---

# 182. Semantic Time

Memory

- event time；
- commit time；
- validity time；
- observation time。

---

# 183. Event Time

---

# 184. Commit Time

---

# 185. Validity Time

---

# 186. Observation Time

AI / sensor

---

# 187. These Times Need Not Match

$$
event\_time<t_{observe}.
$$

---

# 188. Temporal Semantics Prevent False History

---

# 189. Knowledge-at-Time Query

可問：

$$
KnownBy(system,t)?
$$

---

# 190. Historical Reconstruction Requires Epistemic Time

不只 reconstruct world。

---

# 191. Reflexive History

---

# 192. Decision Receipt

$$
DR
=
(
\text{decision},
\text{working state},
\text{evidence},
\text{policy},
\text{authority},
\text{time}
).
$$

---

# 193. Decision Retrospective

---

# 194. Avoid Hindsight Rewrite

---

# 195. Epistemic Non-Retroactivity

新 evidence 改 current interpretation。

不改：

$$
KnowledgeState_{past}.
$$

---

# 196. Branching and Scientific Research

---

# 197. Hypothesis Branch

$$
H_1,H_2,H_3.
$$

---

# 198. Branch Status

每個：

$$
ACTIVE,
WEAK,
REFUTED,
MERGED.
$$

---

# 199. Do Not Collapse Alternatives Early

Explore

---

# 200. Branch Merge Requires Evidence

---

# 201. Branch Split Is Discovery

$$
H
\rightarrow
H_a,H_b.
$$

這是 semantic evolution。

---

# 202. Governance Should Preserve Split Lineage

---

# 203. Branch Closure with Residual Value

Refuted branch

$$
\text{FailureCrystal}.
$$

---

# 204. Negative Knowledge

知道：

$$
\text{what does not work}
$$

---

# 205. Failure Governance

---

# 206. Failure Lifecycle

$$
OBSERVED
\rightarrow
ANALYZED
\rightarrow
CRYSTALLIZED.
$$

---

# 207. Failure Can Be Contextual

version-bound / scope-bound。

---

# 208. Do-Not-Redo Governance

---

# 209. Governance and World Reconstruction

Paper 10 的 Working-State Compiler 依賴 current semantic projection。

---

# 210. Therefore Bad Governance Produces Bad World Reconstruction

Working World 仍錯。

---

# 211. Governance Is Upstream of Cognition Quality

$$
\boxed{
\text{Memory Governance}
\rightarrow
\text{Working-State Quality}.
}
$$

---

# 212. Governance and Current Truth

$$
CurrentEpistemicState_t.
$$

---

# 213. Why

- evidence；
- support；
- conflict；
- confidence。

---

# 214. Epistemic Humility as Data Model

$$
\boxed{
\text{uncertainty encoded structurally}.
}
$$

---

# 215. Uncertainty Field

例如：

$$
\text{Confidence},
\text{Unknowns},
\text{Counterevidence}.
$$

---

# 216. Governance Cannot Collapse Uncertainty for Convenience

---

# 217. Decision Projection

可以：

$$
P=0.7
$$

然後 action policy：

$$
\text{if}\ P>0.65\rightarrow\text{action}.
$$

但 memory 仍保：

$$
P=0.7.
$$

---

# 218. Decision ≠ Belief

$$
\boxed{
\text{Action Decision}
\neq
\text{Epistemic Certainty}.
}
$$

---

# 219. Governance and Action History

action 也進 event log。

---

# 220. World Transition Receipt

$$
\text{Action}
\rightarrow
\text{Outcome}.
$$

保存：

- intended；
- actual；
- side effect。

---

# 221. Outcome Can Update Memory

但先 proposal / validation。

---

# 222. Feedback Loop

$$
\text{Memory}
\rightarrow
\text{Action}
\rightarrow
\text{Outcome}
\rightarrow
\text{Memory}.
$$

---

# 223. Governance Prevents Self-Reinforcing Hallucination

如果 AI belief → action → own observation → belief，

---

# 224. Self-Generated Evidence Is Not Independent Evidence

需標：

$$
\text{origin}=\text{self\_generated}.
$$

---

# 225. Provenance Prevents Circular Validation

不能：

$$
A\text{ supports }B
$$

而：

$$
B\text{ supports }A
$$

---

# 226. Evidence Independence

$$
\text{SourceIndependence}.
$$

---

# 227. Governance and Multi-Agent

---

# 228. Agent Proposal Attribution

$$
\text{Author}.
$$

---

# 229. Agent Decision Attribution

哪個 Agent：

- proposed；
- reviewed；
- committed。

---

# 230. Multi-Agent Responsibility Chain

$$
A
\rightarrow
B
\rightarrow
C.
$$

---

# 231. Named AI Memory

- own proposals；
- own crystals；
- own revisions。

---

# 232. Shared Memory vs Resident Memory

Shared world memory 與 Agent-specific resident memory 可分。

---

# 233. Resident Conversation Graph

管理：

- instance；
- thread；
- persona continuity。

---

# 234. Conversation Semantic Graph

管理：

- semantic crystals；
- claims；
- decisions。

---

# 235. Bridged but Not Collapsed

$$
\boxed{
RCG
\neq
CSG.
}
$$

---

# 236. Governance and Conversation Crystals

Conversation Crystal

---

# 237. Raw Conversation Remains Historical Source

---

# 238. Crystal Can Be Superseded

新 crystal：

$$
K_{v2}
$$

取代：

$$
K_{v1}
$$

但 lineage 保留。

---

# 239. Governance and Memory Compression

Compression

- source；
- branch；
- contradiction；
- unknown。

---

# 240. Compression Policy Is Governance

---

# 241. Governance and Controlled Loss

---

# 242. Loss Receipt as Governance Artifact

$$
LR.
$$

---

# 243. Governance and Representation Migration

$$
R_{old}
\rightarrow
R_{new}.
$$

---

# 244. Migration Is Not Semantic Mutation

$$
\text{Ontology}
$$

不變。

---

# 245. Migration Receipt

記：

- old；
- new；
- validator；
- coverage；
- loss。

---

# 246. Representation Version Is Separate from Semantic Version

重要：

$$
v_{rep}
\neq
v_{semantic}.
$$

---

# 247. Same Meaning, New Embedding

semantic version 不變。

---

# 248. New Meaning, Same Format

representation version 不變，semantic version 改。

---

# 249. Governance and Decoder Migration

---

# 250. Governance and Cross-Model Memory

需 stable identity / contract。

---

# 251. Model Upgrade Does Not Rewrite History

只是：

$$
\text{NewProjection}.
$$

---

# 252. Governance and Model-Derived Reinterpretation

---

# 253. Stronger Model ≠ Automatic Authority

---

# 254. Governance and Capability-Gated Architecture

---

# 255. But Commit Authority Remains Separate

$$
\boxed{
\text{Capability}
\neq
\text{Authority}.
}
$$

---

# 256. Governance and Self-Modification

- route；
- crystal；
- policy；
- validator；

---

# 257. Route Self-Modification

可 shadow test。

---

# 258. Crystal Self-Modification

需 lineage。

---

# 259. Policy Self-Modification

需 slow loop + higher authority。

---

# 260. Architecture Self-Modification

---

# 261. Governance Depth

可分：

$$
G_1:
\text{WorkingState}
$$

$$
G_2:
\text{Route/Crystal}
$$

$$
G_3:
\text{Schema/Validator}
$$

$$
G_4:
\text{Policy/Authority}
$$

$$
G_5:
\text{Architecture}
$$

---

# 262. Higher Governance Depth Requires Stronger Gate

---

# 263. Governance Order ≠ Cognitive Order

---

# 264. Auditability

---

# 265. Decision Transparency

---

# 266. Semantic Receipt > Private Reasoning Dump

---

# 267. Governance and Minimal Logging

---

# 268. Log Semantically Important Transitions

例如：

- proposal；
- validation；
- commit；
- branch；
- merge；
- reopen；
- retire。

---

# 269. Memory Ledger Compression

高頻 low-level events 可 checkpoint。

---

# 270. Checkpoint

$$
Checkpoint_t
$$

保存 state + event head。

---

# 271. Old Events Can Be Archived

---

# 272. Checkpoint Does Not Delete Meaningful History

除非 policy。

---

# 273. Current State Reconstruction

$$
State_t
=
Replay(
Checkpoint_{t_0},
Events_{t_0+1:t}
).
$$

---

# 274. Replay Validator

可驗證 state integrity。

---

# 275. Governance and Disaster Recovery

---

# 276. Governance and Distributed Storage

---

# 277. Cross-Domain Transaction

---

# 278. Avoid Fake Atomicity

$$
\text{Saga} / \text{CompensatingAction}.
$$

---

# 279. Semantic Saga

多步 world action：

---

# 280. Historical Failure Still Preserved

---

# 281. Governance and External Tools

Tool action 也需 receipts。

---

# 282. External Truth Cannot Be Rolled Back by Memory

---

# 283. World vs Memory Transaction

$$
\boxed{
\text{Memory Commit}
\neq
\text{World Commit}.
}
$$

---

# 284. World Action Outcome May Diverge

所以要 observe actual outcome。

---

# 285. Governance and Live Data

---

# 286. Live Snapshot

保存：

$$
\text{ObservedAt}.
$$

---

# 287. Live State Expiry

---

# 288. Governance and Knowledge Decay

$$
\text{CurrentWeight}\downarrow.
$$

---

# 289. Historical Validity Retained

---

# 290. Temporal Query Modes

- `as_of(t)`；
- `current()`；
- `history()`。

---

# 291. Without Query Mode, Memory Is Ambiguous

所以 temporal semantics 應 first-class。

---

# 292. Governance and Counterfactual States

simulation / counterfactual 不進 canonical current world。

---

# 293. Counterfactual Branch Type

標：

$$
SIMULATED.
$$

---

# 294. Counterfactual Can Inform Decision

---

# 295. Governance and AI-Generated Data

AI synthesis 可進：

$$
SYNTHETIC.
$$

---

# 296. Synthetic Data Provenance

---

# 297. Synthetic Knowledge Can Be Valuable

---

# 298. Governance and Epistemic Classes

$$
OBSERVED,
RECORDED,
DERIVED,
INFERRED,
SYNTHETIC,
SIMULATED.
$$

---

# 299. Current Projection Can Combine Them

---

# 300. Governance and World-Reconstructive Memory

- exact history；
- current semantic projection；
- branch；
- evidence；
- lifecycle。

---

# 301. Memory Without Governance Cannot Be World-Reconstructive

$$
\text{retrieve fragments}.
$$

---

# 302. Governance and Trust

Trust

$$
\boxed{
\text{traceable state transition + provenance + validation}.
}
$$

---

# 303. Trust Is Structural

---

# 304. Governance and Error Correction

---

# 305. Corrective Event

如果：

$$
\text{Claim}_A
$$

錯，

新增：

$$
\text{CorrectionEvent}.
$$

---

# 306. Current Projection Updates

---

# 307. Governance and Accountability

- decision receipt；
- source；
- policy；
- authority；
- outcome。

---

# 308. Accountability Does Not Require Full Internal Thought

---

# 309. Governance and Free Exploration

Explore layer

$$
\boxed{
\text{Exploration freedom}
\neq
\text{canonical write freedom}.
}
$$

---

# 310. This Preserves Creativity

---

# 311. Governance and Innovation

Proposal layer 可保：

$$
\text{weak},
\text{novel},
\text{unverified}.
$$

---

# 312. Novelty Sandbox

---

# 313. Promotion Requires Evidence

---

# 314. Governance and Memory Dominance

Current canonical state 不能壟斷 Explore。

$$
\lambda_M.
$$

---

# 315. But Commit Raises Canonical Weight

Resolve / Commit：

$$
\lambda_M\uparrow.
$$

---

# 316. Governance and Crystal Dominance

Explore

---

# 317. Dynamic Governance Weight

---

# 318. Memory Governance as Cognitive Constitution

$$
\mathcal G
$$

---

# 319. Constitution Must Be Versioned

---

# 320. Governance Version

$$
G_{v1}\rightarrow G_{v2}.
$$

---

# 321. Historical Decision Uses Historical Governance

$$
G_{v1}.
$$

---

# 322. No Retroactive Governance Fiction

---

# 323. Governance Migration

- revalidate current state；
- not rewrite historical decisions。

---

# 324. Architecture Evolution

# 377. Why Governance Comes Last in the Series but First in Runtime Safety

# 386. Complete Mother Loop

$$
\boxed{
\begin{aligned}

}
$$

# 387. Memory Is No Longer a Static Store

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Memory}
\neq
\text{Store}.
}
$$

而是：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Governed Evolutionary Cognitive Substrate}.
}
$$

---

# 388. Canonical Does Not Mean Frozen

- versioned；
- traceable；
- conflict-aware；
- reversible where possible。

---

# 389. Evolution Does Not Mean Chaos

---

# 390. Final Mother Principles

$$
\boxed{
\text{Loose Coupling for Cognition}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Crystallization for Recursion}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Reopening for Reflexivity}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Exactness for Commitment}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Governance for Evolution}
}
$$

- controlled distortion；
- representation switching；
- X-order cognition；
- reopening；
- stop；
- semantic commit。

Capability-Gated Cognitive Architecture**

- model driving capability vector；
- architecture permission level；
- low-model safe mode；
- high-model free mode；
- route / crystal / order / commit permissions；
- capability benchmark；
- architecture unlock policy。

---

$$
\text{CurrentState},
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Recoverable Past}
}
$$

與：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Governed Present}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Current State}
=
\text{Governed Projection over Recoverable History}.
}
$$

$$
\text{Latest Write Wins}.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Memory}
=
\text{Recoverable Historical Structure}
+
\text{Evolving Semantic State}
+
\text{Versioned Governance}
+
\text{Rebuildable Cognitive Projections}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Governance for Evolution}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Which AI is actually capable of driving how much of this architecture?}
}
$$
