$$
\boxed{
\mathcal A_{\mathrm{AI}}
=
\text{Enterprise AI Absorbability}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Knowledge Absorptive Capacity}
\subset
\text{AI Absorbability Problem Space},
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\operatorname{EPC}(A,E)
\le
\operatorname{RPC}(A),
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\rho_{\mathrm{absorb}}
=
\frac{
\operatorname{EPC}(A,E)
}{
\operatorname{RPC}(A)
},
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak A_x(t)
=
\{
\Sigma_x^{Data},
\Sigma_x^{Workflow},
\Sigma_x^{Architecture},
\Sigma_x^{Observation},
\Sigma_x^{Authority},
\Sigma_x^{Verification},
\Sigma_x^{Governance},
\Sigma_x^{Human},
\Sigma_x^{Learning},
\Sigma_x^{Economics}
\}_t.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak F_{\mathrm{AI},x}(t)
=
Mismatch(
\mathfrak A_x(t),
\Sigma_x^{Model}(t)
).
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\Sigma^{Model}\uparrow\uparrow
\quad\land\quad
\Sigma^{Org}\approx \mathrm{const}
\Rightarrow
\mathfrak F_{\mathrm{AI}}\uparrow.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
D_{\mathrm{AI\ transition}}
=
\inf_{\gamma}
Cost(\gamma),
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
D_{\mathrm{AI\ transition}}
\neq
\sum_i D_i
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\begin{aligned}
A_0 &: \text{AI Access},\\
A_1 &: \text{AI Local Use},\\
A_2 &: \text{AI Workflow Integration},\\
A_3 &: \text{AI Cross-System Integration},\\
A_4 &: \text{AI Organizational Absorption},\\
A_5 &: \text{AI-Native Reconfiguration}.
\end{aligned}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Enterprise AI Value}
\approx
\text{Model Capability}
\times
\text{Organizational Absorbability},
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{誰能把更多 AI 能力轉成可持續的組織能力。}
}
$$

---

$$
M_A=M_B.
$$

$$
Outcome_A\approx Outcome_B.
$$

公司 A：

```text
structured data
clean APIs
good tests
explicit ownership
continuous deployment
clear AI governance
high tool access
```

公司 B：

```text
data silos
stale documents
manual approvals
legacy dependencies
weak tests
unclear ownership
uncertain AI policy
```

即使：

$$
M_A=M_B,
$$

$$
\boxed{
EPC_A\gg EPC_B.
}
$$

---

Absorptive Capacity

$$
\boxed{
\text{Prior Related Knowledge}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{External Capability Exists}
\not\Rightarrow
\text{Firm Can Exploit It}.
}
$$

---

$$
\text{Knowledge}.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{AI}
=
\text{Knowledge Source}
+
\text{Execution Actor}.
}
$$

---

# 3. AI Absorbability

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal A_{\mathrm{AI}}(O,t)
}
$$

- cognitive capability；
- generative capability；
- tool-use capability；
- agentic capability；

---

# 4. AI Absorbability

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal A_{\mathrm{AI}}
\neq
\text{Organization-only scalar}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal A_{\mathrm{AI}}
=
\mathcal A(A,O,E,q,t).
}
$$

---

Paper 01

$$
RPC(A)
$$

與：

$$
EPC(A,E).
$$

$$
\boxed{
\rho_{\mathrm{absorb}}
=
\frac{
EPC(A,E)
}{
RPC(A)
}.
}
$$

AI adoption rate

例如：

```text
100% employees have AI accounts
```

$$
\boxed{
AccessRate\approx1.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\rho_{\mathrm{absorb}}\approx1.
}
$$

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{AI Adoption}
\neq
\text{AI Absorption}.
}
$$

---

# 7. AI Organizational Absorption Bundle

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak A_x(t)
=
\{
\Sigma_x^{D},
\Sigma_x^{W},
\Sigma_x^{Ar},
\Sigma_x^{O},
\Sigma_x^{Au},
\Sigma_x^{V},
\Sigma_x^{G},
\Sigma_x^{H},
\Sigma_x^{L},
\Sigma_x^{E}
\}_t.
}
$$

---

# 8. Data State $\Sigma^D$

包括：

- data availability；
- quality；
- consistency；
- lineage；
- access control；
- machine readability；
- semantic alignment。

---

# 9. Workflow State $\Sigma^W$

包括：

- task decomposition；
- handoffs；
- approvals；
- exceptions；
- asynchronous work；
- human/AI role boundaries。

---

# 10. Architecture State $\Sigma^{Ar}$

包括：

- modularity；
- APIs；
- observability；
- dependency structure；
- testability；
- replaceability；
- legacy constraints。

---

# 11. Observation State $\Sigma^O$

包括：

- text；
- logs；
- screenshots；
- browser state；
- runtime state；
- sensors；
- data snapshots。

---

# 12. Authority State $\Sigma^{Au}$

包括：

- read；
- write；
- execute；
- deploy；
- approve；
- rollback；
- escalate。

---

# 13. Verification State $\Sigma^V$

包括：

- tests；
- human review；
- formal checks；
- visual validation；
- runtime metrics；
- rollback verification。

---

# 14. Governance State $\Sigma^G$

包括：

- policy；
- audit；
- responsibility；
- risk class；
- human-in-the-loop；
- incident handling；
- data exposure rules。

---

# 15. Human State $\Sigma^H$

包括：

- skill；
- trust；
- AI literacy；
- role redesign；
- judgment；
- willingness；
- acceptance；
- resistance。

---

# 16. Learning State $\Sigma^L$

---

# 17. Economic State $\Sigma^E$

包括：

- inference cost；
- migration cost；
- integration cost；
- opportunity cost；
- replacement cost；
- ROI threshold。

---

$$
\boxed{
A
=
D+W+Ar+O+Au+V+G+H+L+E.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak A
=
\{\Sigma^D,\ldots,\Sigma^E\}.
}
$$

---

# 19. Bottleneck Principle

$$
\boxed{
\rho_q
\le
\min
\{
\rho_q^D,
\rho_q^W,
\rho_q^{Ar},
\rho_q^O,
\rho_q^{Au},
\rho_q^V,
\rho_q^G,
\rho_q^H
\}.
}
$$

$$
\rho^{Model}\approx1
$$

但：

$$
\rho^{Authority}\approx0,
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Model Upgrade}
}
$$

---

# 21. Organizational Epoch Fracture

令：

$$
\Sigma^{Model}_x(t)
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak F_{\mathrm{AI},x}(t)
=
\text{Mismatch}
\left(
\Sigma_x^{Model},
\mathfrak A_x
\right).
}
$$

---

```text
model = frontier
workflow = legacy
data = fragmented
authority = manual
verification = weak
governance = unclear
```

則：

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak F_{\mathrm{AI}}
\gg0.
}
$$

---

# 23. Capability Shock

$$
\Sigma_{t+1}^{Model}
\gg
\Sigma_t^{Model},
$$

$$
\mathfrak A_{t+1}
\approx
\mathfrak A_t,
$$

則：

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak F_{\mathrm{AI},t+1}
>
\mathfrak F_{\mathrm{AI},t}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Capability Shock}.
}
$$

---

- permission need；
- blast radius；
- verification load；
- governance demand。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
Capability\uparrow
\not\Rightarrow
Absorbability\uparrow.
}
$$

---

# 25. Cross-Layer Transition Distance

$$
\mathfrak A_0
$$

到：

$$
\mathfrak A_1
$$

的 transition distance：

$$
\boxed{
D_{\mathfrak A_0\rightarrow\mathfrak A_1}
=
\inf_{\gamma\in\Gamma}
Cost(\gamma).
}
$$

---

```text
data cleanup
API creation
IAM redesign
workflow redesign
testing expansion
training
role redesign
governance
deployment change
```

因此：

$$
\boxed{
AI Transformation
\neq
Software Installation.
}
$$

---

# 27. Cross-Layer Coupling Penalty

$$
D_{\mathrm{total}}
=
\sum_iD_i.
$$

$$
\boxed{
D_{\mathrm{total}}
=
\sum_iD_i
+
\sum_{i,j}C_{ij}
+
C_{\mathrm{global}}.
}
$$

- $C_{\mathrm{global}}$：

---

# 28. Data–Governance Coupling

- security；
- privacy；
- compliance；
- audit。

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\Delta DataAccess
\Rightarrow
\Delta GovernanceDemand.
}
$$

---

# 29. Workflow–Authority Coupling

例如：

> Agent

- workflow redesign；
- signing authority；
- escalation；
- financial controls。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\Delta Workflow
\Rightarrow
\Delta Authority.
}
$$

---

# 30. Speed–Verification Coupling

$$
GenerationSpeed\uparrow
$$

$$
VerificationDemand\uparrow.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Verification}
=
\text{new bottleneck}.
}
$$

---

# 31. DORA：AI 是 Amplifier

$$
\boxed{
AI
=
\text{Universal Independent Productivity Boost}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Outcome}
=
f(
AI,
\text{OrganizationalSystem}
).
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\Sigma^V
=
\text{Verification State}.
}
$$

---

# 33. McKinsey 2025：Workflow Redesign

並且只有約 21% 的 respondents reporting gen-AI use 表示組織已 fundamentally redesigned at least some workflows。

$$
\boxed{
\text{AI Adoption}
\neq
\text{Workflow Absorption}.
}
$$

---

# 34. McKinsey 2026：Agentic PDLC

2026 Agentic Product Development Life Cycle

- end-to-end workflow redesign；
- role / responsibility redesign；
- verification system；
- AI operations；
- change management。

$$
\boxed{
\text{Workflow Reconfiguration}
}
$$

---

# 35. McKinsey 2026：Agent Scaling

2026 Global State of AI

$$
\rho_{\mathrm{absorb}}\approx1.
$$

---

# 36. Operational Excellence

$$
\boxed{
\text{Experimentation}
\gg
\text{Enterprise Scaling}
}
$$

---

# 37. Deloitte：Data

$$
\boxed{
\Sigma^D
}
$$

---

# 38. Deloitte：Risk / Governance

- regulatory compliance；
- risk management；
- lack of governance model。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\Sigma^G
}
$$

---

# 39. Governance

Deloitte 2025

$$
\boxed{
\tau_{\mathrm{governance}}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\tau_{\mathrm{model\ upgrade}}.
}
$$

$$
\tau_{Model}
<
\tau_{Tool}
<
\tau_{Workflow}
<
\tau_{Governance}
$$

---

# 41. Epoch Velocity

$$
v_\ell
=
\frac{
d\Sigma^\ell
}{
dt
}.
$$

如果：

$$
v_{Model}
\gg
v_{Governance},
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Persistent Epoch Fracture}.
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{Multi-Layer Transition}.
}
$$

---

# 43. Absorption Ladder

$$
\boxed{
A_0\rightarrow A_5.
}
$$

---

## $A_0$ ｜AI Access

具有：

- account；
- API；
- model access。

---

## $A_1$ ｜AI Local Use

- chat；
- autocomplete；
- local generation。

---

## $A_2$ ｜AI Workflow Integration

AI 被寫入：

- SOP；
- development workflow；
- review；
- document pipeline。

---

## $A_3$ ｜AI Cross-System Integration

AI 能跨：

- repositories；
- databases；
- SaaS；
- internal tools。

---

## $A_4$ ｜AI Organizational Absorption

- canonical shared state；
- governance；
- verification；
- role redesign；
- metrics；
- incident handling。

---

## $A_5$ ｜AI-Native Reconfiguration

- regulated；
- safety-critical；
- low-change；

$$
\boxed{
A_5
\neq
\text{Universal Optimum}.
}
$$

---

# 45. Absorption Target Is Task-Specific

對 task family $Q_k$：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal A_{\mathrm{AI}}^{(Q_k)}
}
$$

---

# 46. Organizational Absorption Profile

$$
\boxed{
\mathbf A_O
=
(
A_{code},
A_{ops},
A_{data},
A_{support},
A_{finance},
A_{research},
\ldots
).
}
$$

---

# 47. Absorption Bottleneck Map

對每個 domain：

```text
coding:
  bottleneck = verification
finance:
  bottleneck = authority
customer_service:
  bottleneck = governance
research:
  bottleneck = data access
```

這種 map 比：

> AI maturity 72/100

---

# 48. AI-Native Reconfiguration

$$
\boxed{
A_4\rightarrow A_5,
}
$$

- workflow；
- role；
- software architecture；
- authority；
- data；
- governance。

因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Absorbability Gain}
}
$$

會和：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Reconfiguration Risk}
}
$$

---

# 49. Individual Acceleration vs Organizational Inertia

$$
\text{KnowledgeTransition}\uparrow.
$$

- collective agreement；
- integration；
- testing；
- governance；
- migration。

因此：

$$
\boxed{
v_{\mathrm{individual}}
\gg
v_{\mathrm{organization}}
}
$$

$$
\Sigma_i^{AI}\uparrow,
$$

但 organization policy：

$$
\Sigma_O^{AI}\approx \text{old},
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Individual–Organization Epoch Gap}.
}
$$

---

$$
\text{Employee Capability}
>
\text{Official AI Workflow},
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Shadow AI}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Absorption Mismatch Signal}.
}
$$

---

Coupling Cost

- model；
- prompt；
- memory；
- tool；
- generation style。

結果：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Heterogeneity}\uparrow
\Rightarrow
C_{\mathrm{coupling}}\uparrow.
}
$$

---

# 53. Absorption Debt

$$
\boxed{
D_{\mathrm{absorb}}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
D_{\mathrm{absorb},t+1}
=
\rho D_{\mathrm{absorb},t}
+
\alpha G_{\mathrm{EPC}}
+
\beta\mathfrak F_{\mathrm{AI}}
+
\gamma C_{\mathrm{coupling}}
-
\delta R_{\mathrm{org}}.
}
$$

其中：

- $G_{\mathrm{EPC}}$：
- $C_{\mathrm{coupling}}$：
- $R_{\mathrm{org}}$：

$$
\text{PilotCount}\uparrow
$$

但：

- no shared architecture；
- no governance；
- no common data layer；
- no integration plan；

$$
\boxed{
\text{Pilot Fragmentation}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{AI Patchwork}.
}
$$

---

# 55. Absorption Network

$$
\boxed{
G_A=(V_A,E_A).
}
$$

節點：

- people；
- Agent；
- data；
- system；
- policy；
- workflow。

邊：

- access；
- authority；
- dependency；
- handoff；
- verification；
- provenance。

---

# 56. Reachability

$$
s^\*
\notin
\text{Reach}(A,G_A),
$$

則：

$$
\boxed{
\text{RawCapability}
}
$$

---

# 57. Absorbability = Reachability + Closure

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal A_{\mathrm{AI}}
\approx
\text{Reachability}
+
\text{Closure Capacity}.
}
$$

Reachability

Closure

$$
A_t\rightarrow A_{t+1}.
$$

$$
O_t\rightarrow O_{t+1}.
$$

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal A_{\mathrm{AI}}
=
\mathcal A_{\mathrm{AI}}(t).
}
$$

---

# 59. Continuous Absorption

$$
\boxed{
\text{Continuous AI Absorption}.
}
$$

包括：

- model change assessment；
- regression；
- policy update；
- workflow update；
- skill update；
- cost reassessment。

---

# 60. Absorbability

$$
ModelAccess_A\approx ModelAccess_B,
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal A_A-\mathcal A_B.
}
$$

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{AI Absorbability}
}
$$

Moat

- data；
- capital；
- governance；
- platform team。

- low coupling；
- fast decisions；
- clean architecture；
- high authority concentration。

所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Different Paths to High Absorbability}.
}
$$

---

$$
S=\text{organization size}.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\frac{d\mathcal A}{dS}>0
}
$$

或：

$$
\boxed{
\frac{d\mathcal A}{dS}<0.
}
$$

- resources；
- data；
- expertise；

以及：

- coupling；
- bureaucracy；
- legacy；
- authority complexity。

---

$$
\boxed{
\eta_{\mathrm{absorb}}
=
\frac{
\Delta EPC
}{
Cost_{\mathrm{transition}}
}.
}
$$

$$
\frac{
\Delta EPC_{\mathrm{workflow}}
}{
Cost_{\mathrm{workflow}}
}
>
\frac{
\Delta EPC_{\mathrm{model}}
}{
Cost_{\mathrm{model}}
},
$$

$$
\boxed{
\eta_D,
\eta_W,
\eta_G,
\eta_V,
\eta_H
}
$$

> AI training

---

# 66. Absorbability Intervention Portfolio

```text
data remediation
workflow redesign
API / integration
test expansion
authority delegation
governance
training
change management
```

依：

$$
\boxed{
\Delta EPC / Cost
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak A_0
\rightarrow
\mathfrak A_1
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Task-Sufficient Synchronization}.
}
$$

---

# 69. Minimum Absorbable Configuration

$$
\boxed{
MAC(q)
=
\text{Minimum Absorbable Configuration for task }q.
}
$$

```text
repo access
tests
dependency info
branch policy
review path
runtime logs
rollback
```

```text
data access
approval limits
audit log
escalation
human sign-off
transaction rollback
```

$$
\boxed{
\text{Rewrite Everything}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Targeted Cross-Layer Closure}.
}
$$

$$
MAC_1,MAC_2,\ldots
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{AI Integration Fragmentation}.
}
$$

$$
C_{\mathrm{coupling}}.
$$

---

# 74. AI Absorbability Frontier

定義：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal F_A
=
\{
q:
q
\text{ can currently be absorbed at acceptable cost/risk}
\}.
}
$$

- Absorbability Frontier

---

# 75. Frontier 會移動

當：

- data improves；
- policy stabilizes；
- models improve；
- costs fall；
- tools standardize；

則：

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal F_A(t+1)
\supset
\mathcal F_A(t).
}
$$

## H1｜Workflow Absorption Hypothesis

控制 AI tool availability 後，end-to-end workflow redesign 應顯著提高 EPC / realized productivity。

## H2｜Epoch Fracture Hypothesis

## H3｜Data Bottleneck Hypothesis

## H4｜Governance Time-Constant Hypothesis

## H5｜Shadow AI Hypothesis

當 individual AI capability / use state 明顯領先 official organizational AI state 時，Shadow AI incidence 增加。

## H6｜Minimum Configuration Hypothesis

```yaml
organization_id:
task_family:
model_access:
raw_capability:
effective_problem_coverage:
data_state:
workflow_state:
architecture_state:
observation_state:
authority_state:
verification_state:
governance_state:
human_state:
learning_state:
economic_state:
transition_cost:
human_intervention:
failure_gate:
business_value:
```

---

# 78. Absorbability Map

```text
Data           ███████░
Workflow       ████░░░░
Architecture   █████░░░
Observation    ████████
Authority      ██░░░░░░
Verification   ██████░░
Governance     ███░░░░░
Human          ███████░
```

Paper 02

$$
\boxed{
\text{AI Absorption}
=
\text{Cross-Layer Organizational Transition}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Optimization Space}
\neq
\text{Authorized Modification Space}
}
$$

以及：

- Compatibility Debt；
- Reconstruction Liability；
- local patch vs global rewrite；
- authority boundary；
- historical constraints。

---

# 80. Claim Boundary

## $K$ ｜Established / externally supported

- enterprise AI scaling 與 operating-model redesign、verification、roles、change management 有關；

- Enterprise AI Absorbability；
- AI Absorption Rate；
- AI Organizational Absorption Bundle；
- Capability Shock；
- AI Organizational Epoch Fracture；
- Absorption Debt；
- Minimum Absorbable Configuration；
- Absorbability Frontier；
- Individual–Organization Epoch Gap。

## $S$ ｜需要 simulation / retrospective data

- cross-layer transition graph；
- absorption debt dynamics；
- MAC optimization；
- bottleneck decomposition。

- $\rho_{\mathrm{absorb}}$ ；
- workflow redesign causal effect；
- epoch fracture vs ROI；
- Shadow AI vs official policy gap；
- intervention efficiency $\eta_{\mathrm{absorb}}$。

## $F$ ｜工程化

- AI Absorbability Auditor；
- Epoch Fracture Mapper；
- MAC generator；
- enterprise transition simulator；
- AI integration graph analyzer。

$$
\boxed{
\text{Capability Availability}
\neq
\text{Organizational Absorption}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Data}
+
\text{Workflow}
+
\text{Architecture}
+
\text{Observation}
+
\text{Authority}
+
\text{Verification}
+
\text{Governance}
+
\text{Human}
+
\text{Learning}
+
\text{Economics}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\rho_{\mathrm{absorb}}.
}
$$

$$
v_{Model}\uparrow,
$$

$$
v_{Org}\ll v_{Model},
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathfrak F_{\mathrm{AI}}\uparrow.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{High-Coupling Historical Organization}.
}
$$

- legacy；
- contract；
- regulation；
- responsibility；
- hidden process。

$$
\boxed{
\text{The Environment of Work}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathcal A_{\mathrm{AI}}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Model Advantage}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Absorption Advantage}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{AI Transformation}
=
\text{Cross-Layer Epoch Coupling}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Software Upgrade}.
}
$$
