第三，第一方產品與內部 R&D 的經濟價值歸因非常困難。

第四，不同公司可能同時使用自有資料中心與第三方雲端，使 capacity attribution 複雜。

第五，企業可能透過定義調整使指標看起來更好，因此需要 metric governance。

第六，公開過多資訊可能產生競爭、資安與策略風險。

第七，投資者不應把任何單一 compute metric 直接當作買賣證券的充分依據。
