# PPSS Series I / Paper 06 package

Source policy:

Paper status:
- Final paper of Series I.
- Introduces Externally Reproducing Public Graph (ERPG).
- Separates third-party presence, cascade, and self-reproduction.
- Defines effective external artifacts and the External Reproduction Number.
- Proves the Poisson branching-process threshold at R_ext = 1 under the stated model.
- Adds cross-channel reproduction matrices, structural virality, Hawkes-style endogenous/exogenous decomposition, AI-mediated reproduction, persistence reservoir, and operational transition criteria.
- Does not claim that all real-world public prominence systems obey one universal phase-transition threshold.
