# Package notes

Canonical source: `paper.md`

Rules applied:
- UTF-8 source.
- Mathematical source uses only `$...$` and `$$...$$` delimiters.
- No unicode-escape round trip.
- No conversion of LaTeX commands to Unicode mathematical symbols as canonical source.
- No silent source normalization after validation.
- `validation.json` records the checks performed before packaging.
- `CHECKSUMS.sha256` records SHA-256 hashes for package files.

Status: Series I / Paper 01, v0.1.
