# PPSS Series I / Paper 03 package

Canonical source: `paper.md`

Source policy:
- UTF-8 only.
- Canonical math delimiters: `$...$` and `$$...$$`.
- No `unicode_escape` round-trip.
- No conversion of LaTeX commands to Unicode mathematical symbols as canonical source.
- No silent normalization after validation.
- `validation.json` records source checks.
- `CHECKSUMS.sha256` records package hashes.

Paper status:
- Formal theory / conceptual modeling paper.
- Introduces Latent Machine Recognizability (`M_L`).
- Introduces Search–Human, Machine–Human, and Search–Machine gap variables.
- Includes a structural non-implication proof under an abstract product-system construction.
- Does not claim that machine-first recognition is universal or inevitable.
- Proposed empirical benchmark remains future work.
