- `CHECKSUMS.sha256` records package hashes.

Status:
- Final unifying paper over PPSS Series I and AMNESS Series II.
- Integrates entity prominence and artifact success.
- Introduces transition kernels, Layer Non-Determinacy, Necessary-Stage Bottleneck Bound, entity-artifact attribution/attention bridges, optional edges, measurement layer, and unified benchmark.
- Contains the 13-paper lineage and explicit theoretical boundaries.
