# PPSS Series I / Paper 02 package

Source policy:
- UTF-8 only.
- Canonical math delimiters are `$...$` and `$$...$$` only.
- No `unicode_escape` round-trip.
- No conversion of canonical LaTeX commands to Unicode math as source.
- No silent post-validation normalization.
- `validation.json` records checks.
- `CHECKSUMS.sha256` records package hashes.

Research status:
- Theory / formal modeling paper.
- Includes a constructive proof that pairwise marginals do not generally determine higher-order joint structure.
- Does not claim empirical validation of NUMSC yet.
- Proposed benchmark and hypotheses are future empirical work.
