Paper status:
- Final paper of Series II.
- Introduces Artifact–Market Dynamic Phase Space (AMDPS).
- Defines an eight-region Quality–Popularity–Success projection.
- Proves by explicit construction that monotonically improving quality does not imply monotonically improving success.
- Gives reverse constructions where success changes with fixed or declining quality.
- Integrates reinforcement, outcome-quality dips, algorithmic popularity bias, path dependence, hysteresis, multiple equilibria, and proxy measurement.
- Completes Series II and prepares the final unified Paper 13.
