- Proves there is no universal review-to-adoption multiplier when review propensity varies.
- Proves adoption and review propensity are not identifiable from review count alone.
- Introduces review multiplier surfaces and proxy uncertainty intervals.
- Separates review volume, valence, visibility, popularity, sales, adoption, and revenue.
- Models WOM and adoption as a dynamic feedback system.
