# Source Policy

- Canonical source: `paper.md` (UTF-8).
- Canonical math delimiter policy: inline math uses dollar-delimited source; display math uses paired double-dollar-delimited source.
- No Unicode-escape round trip is permitted.
- Rendered chat or preview output is not the canonical manuscript.
- Basin, frontier, conductance, escape, and saturation labels are operational research metadata unless separately formalized.
- Local or regime-bounded saturation must never be promoted into a claim of mathematical global exhaustion, falsehood, unprovability, independence, or misframing without independent proof.
- The manuscript is validated before release packaging.
