## Writing mode

The rewrite deliberately uses philosophical-ontological prose:
- no mathematical formulas;
- no scalar dignity score;
- no claim that current AI is proven conscious;
- no claim that human rights should be abolished;
- no responsibility-score caste system;
- no permanent human or ASI sovereignty.

## Canonical thesis

Human rights remain a major institutional expression of dignity for human beings.  
If non-human subjects emerge, dignity should be considered as a candidate higher-order grounding for extending moral and legal protection beyond species boundaries without weakening human rights.
