$$
\text{Can we generate?}
$$

$$
\text{What should we select, verify, integrate, preserve, or enact?}
$$

$$
\mathcal R_T
$$

$$
\boxed{
\textbf{Scarcity Migration of Meaning}
}
$$

$$
\text{Meaning}
\rightarrow
\text{Attention}
$$

$$
\mathbf S_t^{\mathcal D}
=
(
S_G,
S_A,
S_J,
S_V,
S_I,
S_P,
S_C,
S_R
)_t,
$$

其中：

- $S_G$：generation scarcity；
- $S_A$：attention scarcity；
- $S_J$：judgment scarcity；
- $S_V$：verification scarcity；
- $S_I$：integration scarcity；
- $S_P$：provenance / trust scarcity；
- $S_C$：commitment scarcity；
- $S_R$：responsibility scarcity。

$$
S_G(t_1)
>
S_A(t_1),S_J(t_1),\ldots
$$

$$
S_G(t_2)
\ll
S_A(t_2),S_J(t_2),S_V(t_2),\ldots,
$$

$$
\operatorname{DSI}_i(t)
=
\frac{
S_i(t)
}{
\sum_j S_j(t)
},
$$

以及 **Scarcity Migration Matrix**：

$$
M_{ij}
=
\Delta
\left[
\operatorname{DSI}_j
-
\operatorname{DSI}_i
\right],
$$

$$
\text{not enough candidate artifacts}.
$$

$$
\text{too many candidates, too little reliable discrimination}.
$$

$$
\text{many acceptable futures, but only a finite number can be enacted under irreversible constraints}.
$$

$$
C_{\mathrm{generate}},
C_{\mathrm{solve}},
C_{\mathrm{verify}}
$$

$$
\text{Who chooses?}
$$

$$
\text{Which value function is legitimate?}
$$

$$
\text{Who bears the consequences?}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{The location of meaningful human contribution can change even when total capability increases.}
}
$$

$$
R_{\mathrm{cap}}
\downarrow,
$$

$$
D_{\mathrm{person}}
\downarrow,
$$

$$
M_{\mathrm{life}}
\downarrow.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\textbf{Capability Scarcity Rent}
\neq
\textbf{Subject Worth}.
}
$$

$$
\text{economic value},
\text{functional value},
\text{epistemic value},
\text{relational value},
\text{moral value},
\text{existential meaning}.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Generate}
\rightarrow
\text{Recognize}
\rightarrow
\text{Verify}
\rightarrow
\text{Select}
\rightarrow
\text{Integrate}
\rightarrow
\text{Commit}
\rightarrow
\text{Bear Consequence}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\textbf{When capability becomes abundant, which kinds of scarcity continue to organize meaning, agency, responsibility, and civilizational choice?}
}
$$

**關鍵詞：** Scarcity Migration of Meaning、post-generative condition、meaningful work、attention scarcity、judgment scarcity、verification scarcity、commitment、responsibility、human agency、capability scarcity rent、AI creativity、human–AI collaboration、meaning after automation

---

$$
C_G
\downarrow
$$

$$
N_G
\uparrow.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{Abundance at one layer can expose scarcity at another layer.}
}
$$

$$
S=\text{scarcity}.
$$

$$
\boxed{
\mathbf S_t^{\mathcal D}
=
(
S_G,S_A,S_J,S_V,S_I,S_P,S_C,S_R
)_t.
}
$$

---

# 6. $S_G$：Generation Scarcity

---

# 7. $S_A$：Attention Scarcity

---

# 8. $S_J$：Judgment Scarcity

---

# 9. $S_V$：Verification Scarcity

---

# 10. $S_I$：Integration Scarcity

---

# 11. $S_P$：Provenance / Trust Scarcity

---

# 12. $S_C$：Commitment Scarcity

---

# 13. $S_R$：Responsibility Scarcity

$$
\operatorname{Rank}_t
(
S_G,S_A,\ldots,S_R
)
$$

$$
S_i
$$

$$
S_j,
$$

即：

$$
\operatorname{Rank}_{t_1}(S_i)
<
\operatorname{Rank}_{t_1}(S_j)
$$

但：

$$
\operatorname{Rank}_{t_2}(S_i)
>
\operatorname{Rank}_{t_2}(S_j),
$$

$$
i\rightarrow j
$$

$$
S_i+S_j=\text{constant}.
$$

---

- generation；
- verification；
- filtering；
- integration。

$$
S_i^{\mathrm{abs}}
$$

與：

$$
S_i^{\mathrm{rel}}.
$$

---

# 21. Dominant Scarcity Index

$$
\boxed{
\operatorname{DSI}_i(t)
=
\frac{
S_i(t)
}{
\sum_j S_j(t)
}.
}
$$

---

$$
S_i(t_2)=0.5S_i(t_1).
$$

則：

$$
\operatorname{DSI}_i
$$

$$
\operatorname{DSI}_V
\uparrow.
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{verification becomes relatively dominant}.
}
$$

---

# 25. Scarcity Migration Matrix

定義：

$$
\boxed{
M_{ij}
=
\Delta
[
\operatorname{DSI}_j
-
\operatorname{DSI}_i
].
}
$$

若：

$$
M_{ij}>0,
$$

---

# 28. Type I：Supply Scarcity

$$
\boxed{
\text{Not enough candidates exist at acceptable cost.}
}
$$

---

# 29. Type II：Discrimination Scarcity

$$
\boxed{
\text{Many candidates exist, but reliable differentiation is limited.}
}
$$

---

# 30. Type III：Commitment Scarcity

$$
\boxed{
\text{Many acceptable futures exist, but only a finite subset can be enacted.}
}
$$

---

- ranking；
- verification；
- summarization；
- integration。

---

$$
W_1,\ldots,W_n
$$

$$
W_1,\ldots,W_n.
$$

---

$$
W_t\rightarrow W_{t+1}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\operatorname{Generate}(W)
\neq
\operatorname{Commit}(W).
}
$$

---

# 38. Commitment 帶 irreversible exposure

- opportunity cost；
- path dependence；
- social consequences；
- responsibility。

---

$$
\boxed{
C_{\mathrm{generate}}
\neq
C_{\mathrm{civilizational\ choice}}.
}
$$

---

# 42. Attention

Herbert Simon

$$
N_{\mathrm{info}}\uparrow
\Rightarrow
S_A^{\mathrm{rel}}\uparrow
$$

$$
C_A\downarrow.
$$

---

---

# 45. Select-the-selector problem

$$
\boxed{
\text{Who selects the selector?}
}
$$

---

# 46. 第一階 selector

$$
E_1:
\mathcal X
\rightarrow
\text{ranked candidates}.
$$

---

# 47. 第二階

$$
E_2:
\{E_1\}
\rightarrow
\text{selector choice}.
$$

---

---

# 49. Judgment scarcity

Attention

Judgment

---

# 51. 所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Attention Efficiency}
\neq
\text{Judgment Accuracy}.
}
$$

---

# 52. Verification scarcity

$$
10^4.
$$

---

# 53. Verification backlog

$$
B_V(t)
=
N_{\mathrm{candidate}}(t)
-
N_{\mathrm{verified}}(t).
$$

---

# 54. 若：

$$
\lambda_G>\lambda_V,
$$

則：

$$
B_V\uparrow.
$$

---

---

# 56. Integration scarcity

---

# 60. 所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Verification}
\neq
\text{Integration}.
}
$$

---

# 61. Provenance scarcity

- who made it；
- how；
- under whose control；
- who takes responsibility。

---

# 63. 2025--2026 authorship research

---

# 65. Authorship

在 AI-assisted work 中：

$$
\text{authorship}
$$

- selection；
- arrangement；
- transformation；
- control；
- responsibility。

---

# 66. 所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Output Production}
\neq
\text{Authorship}.
}
$$

---

# 67. Human–AI agency

$$
\text{direct executor}
$$

移向：

$$
\text{delegator / coordinator / evaluator}.
$$

---

---

# 69. Meaningful-work 五維

- task integrity；
- skill cultivation；
- task significance；
- autonomy；
- belongingness；

$$
\text{meaning}
$$

$$
\text{output quantity}.
$$

---

---

# 73. 所以：

$$
\boxed{
\Delta \text{Capability}
\not\Rightarrow
\Delta \text{Meaning}
\text{ has fixed sign}.
}
$$

---

# 74. Collaboration mode

- replacement；
- tool；
- collaborator；
- delegate；
- supervisor；

---

# 75. 2026 experimental work 的啟發

$$
\boxed{
\text{Agency architecture matters.}
}
$$

---

$$
\not\Rightarrow
\text{meaningful}.
$$

---

$$
\not\Rightarrow
\text{meaningless}.
$$

---

# 78. Skill scarcity rent

$$
R_{\mathrm{cap}}.
$$

---

# 79. Capability Scarcity Rent

$$
\boxed{
R_{\mathrm{cap}}
=
V_{\mathrm{market}}
-
V_{\mathrm{market}}^{\mathrm{abundant\ capability}}
}
$$

$$
R_{\mathrm{cap}}\downarrow.
$$

---

---

# 82. Subject worth 不同

令：

$$
D_{\mathrm{subject}}
$$

$$
\boxed{
R_{\mathrm{cap}}
\neq
D_{\mathrm{subject}}.
}
$$

---

# 84. 更一般

$$
\boxed{
\text{Capability Scarcity Rent}
\neq
\text{Subject Worth}.
}
$$

---

$$
\mathbf V_{\mathrm{subject}}
=
(
V_E,
V_F,
V_K,
V_R,
V_M,
V_X
),
$$

其中：

- $V_E$：economic；
- $V_F$：functional；
- $V_K$：epistemic；
- $V_R$：relational；
- $V_M$：moral；
- $V_X$：existential。

---

# 88. AI automation

$$
V_M,V_X
$$

下降。

---

Value-Type Safety Principle

$$
\boxed{
\Delta V_E<0
\not\Rightarrow
\Delta V_M<0.
}
$$

---

# 91. 同理

$$
\Delta V_F<0
\not\Rightarrow
\Delta V_X<0.
$$

---

---

# 94. 這是 scarcity-based meaning

$$
M_S.
$$

---

$$
M_R
=
\text{relational meaning},
$$

$$
M_C
=
\text{commitment meaning},
$$

$$
M_P
=
\text{participatory meaning}.
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
M
\neq
M_S.
}
$$

---

# 97. 也就是

$$
\boxed{
\text{Meaning is not exhausted by irreplaceability.}
}
$$

---

# 98. Scarcity Migration of Meaning

$$
\text{meaning transition}
$$

與：

$$
\text{distributional justice}.
$$

---

- task integrity；
- autonomy；
- belongingness；

- autonomy；
- competence；
- prosocial impact；

$$
\boxed{
\text{Which tasks are automated, and which human meaning channels remain or expand?}
}
$$

---

---

# 109. Meaning-Preserving Automation

$$
\boxed{
\textbf{Meaning-Preserving Automation}
}
$$

- autonomy；
- ownership；
- skill development；
- belongingness；
- responsibility。

---

Meaning-Enhancing Automation：

$$
\Delta M>0.
$$

---

---

# 112. Agency loop

---

# 114. Agency scarcity

$$
S_{\mathrm{agency}}.
$$

---

$$
S_J,S_C,S_R.
$$

---

# 116. Choice abundance paradox

$$
N_C\uparrow,
$$

$$
C_{\mathrm{choice}}\downarrow.
$$

---

---

# 122. Value-function scarcity

---

# 124. Scarcity Ladder Hypothesis

$$
\boxed{
\text{Generate}
\rightarrow
\text{Recognize}
\rightarrow

$$

---

$$
\text{attention}
+
\text{judgment}
+
\text{provenance}.
$$

---

# 128. 數學

可能：

$$
\text{verification}
+
\text{integration}.
$$

---

# 129. 軟體

可能：

$$
\text{validation}
+
\text{maintenance}
+
\text{responsibility}.
$$

---

$$
\text{value selection}
+
\text{commitment}
+
\text{responsibility}.
$$

---

$$
\mathbf D_t
=
(
d_{\mathrm{art}},
d_{\mathrm{science}},
d_{\mathrm{code}},
d_{\mathrm{policy}},
\ldots
).
$$

---

---

# 135. Post-Generative Index

$$
P_G(\mathcal D,t)
=
\frac{
\lambda_G
}{
\lambda_G+\lambda_A+\lambda_J+\lambda_I
}.
$$

---

---

# 138. 如果 generation 很大但 audit/judgment 小

代表 post-generative backlog regime。

---

$$
\lambda_G\approx\lambda_V\approx\lambda_I.
$$

---

---

# 141. Verification

$$
S_V\downarrow.
$$

---

$$
V_{\mathrm{formal}},
V_{\mathrm{semantic}},
V_{\mathrm{empirical}}.
$$

---

---

# 145. Scarcity fractal

---

# 147. Provenance scarcity

---

# 148. artifact equality

$$
x_1=x_2
$$

不代表 event identity：

$$
e_1=e_2.
$$

---

# 149. 因此：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Artifact Identity}
\neq
\text{Provenance Identity}.
}
$$

---

---

# 152. Commitment scarcity

---

$$
\text{future action}
+
\text{risk}
+
\text{commitment}
+
\text{relationship}.
$$

---

# 155. 所以：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Statement Generation}
\neq
\text{Commitment Formation}.
}
$$

---

---

# 157. Responsibility scarcity

---

# 162. AI-mediated decision

---

# 164. Scarcity Migration 與 CI

CI 提高：

$$
\lambda_G.
$$

---

Guard / Verify / Glue

$$
S_V,S_I
$$

$$
\mathsf{Guard}
\rightarrow
\mathsf{Verify}
\rightarrow
\mathsf{GlueAudit}.
$$

---

$$
S_G\downarrow
\Rightarrow
\text{move resources to }S_V,S_I.
$$

---

# 169. Scarcity Migration 與 GCS

GCS 降低：

$$
C_{\mathrm{reach}}.
$$

---

---

# 173. Scarcity Migration 與 LSI

LSI 降低：

$$
C_{\mathrm{distinguish\ repetition}}.
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{what happens after generation, reachability, and novelty are no longer sufficient discriminators}.
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\begin{aligned}
\mathrm{CI}&:\ \text{candidate supply}\\
\mathrm{GCS}&:\ \text{reachable worlds}\\
\mathrm{LSI}&:\ \text{effective distinctions}\\
\mathrm{PGMV}&:\ \text{value-bearing choice}
\end{aligned}
}
$$

---

$$
H:
\text{input}
\rightarrow
\text{output},
$$

$$
U_H\downarrow.
$$

---

---

# 184. Utility Collapse 不等於 Worth Collapse

$$
\boxed{
U_{\mathrm{task}}\downarrow
\not\Rightarrow
W_{\mathrm{subject}}\downarrow.
}
$$

---

$$
M=f(\text{irreplaceability}),
$$

- lived relation；
- commitment；
- participation；
- self-authorship；
- dignity。

---

---

Generation–Audit Bottleneck Shift

- backlog；
- useful yield；
- false acceptance；
- decision time。

---

$$
\frac{\partial U}{\partial \lambda_G}
\downarrow.
$$

---

Automation Location

A：自動化 repetitive peripheral tasks。

B：自動化 core identity-bearing tasks。

---

# 193. 測：

- output；
- autonomy；
- self-efficacy；
- ownership；
- meaningfulness。

---

---

Human Control Gradient

設定 human intellectual control：

$$
c\in[0,1].
$$

比較：

- authorship perception；
- responsibility；
- authenticity；
- ownership。

---

Selector Delegation

讓：

- human select；
- AI select；
- human choose among AI shortlist。

比較：

- satisfaction；
- regret；
- trust；
- sense of agency。

---

Provenance Blind / Revealed

同一 artifact，

不同 provenance disclosure。

測：

$$
V_R,V_M,V_A.
$$

---

Commitment vs Generation

- textual quality；
- actual behavioral follow-through。

---

Domain Scarcity Mapping

對：

- fiction；
- theorem generation；
- coding；
- policy；

估：

$$
\mathbf S_t^{\mathcal D}.
$$

---

$$
\operatorname{DSI}_G
$$

---

# 202. H2

在同一 domain：

$$
\operatorname{DSI}_V
$$

或：

$$
\operatorname{DSI}_J
$$

5. AGI / ASI
9. task integrity、autonomy
14. attention
15. verification
18. human authorship
19. AI-generated artifact 沒有 relational value；
20. provenance
21. human agency
24. capability scarcity rent
25. subject worth
26. human moral worth

$$
x\neq T
$$

$$
\text{which reachable world should be selected?}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{Scarcity of legitimate value-bearing choice}.
}
$$

---

PGMV-01：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Generation can cease to be the primary scarcity.}
}
$$

PGMV-02：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Non-target generation can contain alternate value.}
}
$$

PGMV-03：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Therefore the dominant bottleneck can migrate from production toward discrimination, integration, commitment, and responsibility.}
}
$$

---

$$
\boxed{
\text{能力之後的意義：當不可替代性不再成立}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{scarcity reordering}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{scarcity moving upward from production into discrimination and commitment}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\text{agency architecture}.
}
$$

$$
C_{\mathrm{generation}}\rightarrow0
$$

$$
\text{capability scarcity rents}.
$$

但：

$$
\boxed{
\text{Capability Scarcity Rent}
\neq
\text{Subject Worth}.
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\textbf{When productive capability becomes abundant, the civilizational bottleneck need not disappear; it can migrate toward the capacities to discriminate, integrate, choose, commit, and bear consequences.}
}
$$

$$
\boxed{
\textbf{The post-generative problem is not how to preserve scarcity for its own sake, but how to build forms of meaning that do not depend on scarcity of capability.}
}
$$
