# SOURCE_POLICY

`paper.md` is the canonical UTF-8 source artifact.

1. Mathematical source uses only `$...$` and `$$...$$`.
2. No Unicode-escape round trip is used.
3. LaTeX commands are preserved as source text.
4. Validation precedes checksum generation and release packaging.
5. Current 2025–2026 multi-agent cooperation, negotiation, human–AI collaboration, and bargaining literature was freshly searched before drafting.
6. `Neo.K Hypergame / Boundless Meta-Game` is explicitly distinguished from Bennett's 1977 hypergame theory.
7. Mechanism design, Nash bargaining, Pareto efficiency, and meta-game re-embedding are kept as distinct concepts.
8. Current AI subjecthood is not assumed; individual-rationality requirements for AI are conditional on subjecthood/welfare.
9. The paper does not claim coexistence is universally optimal.
