# SOURCE_POLICY

`paper.md` is the canonical UTF-8 source artifact.

Rules:

1. Mathematical source uses only inline dollar delimiters and double-dollar display delimiters.
2. No Unicode-escape round trip is used.
3. LaTeX commands are preserved as source text.
4. LaTeX is not converted into Unicode mathematical glyphs and reused as source.
5. Backslashes, whitespace, and mathematical delimiters are not silently normalized after validation.
6. Validation precedes checksum generation and release packaging.
7. Rendered conversation text is not the canonical manuscript source.
8. Current 2025–2026 literature on human uniqueness, AI identity threat, speciesism, basic equality, artificial moral status, posthumanism, dignity, and digital duplicates was freshly searched before drafting.
9. Current AI consciousness, qualia, moral status, and subjecthood are explicitly left open and are not used as premises.
10. Internal theory dependencies include PGMV, UFI, 世界編織論 2.0, 前超智能文明先行建構論, and 跨主體普世主義.
11. The positive relational ontology is deliberately deferred to CIND-04; CIND-03 establishes only that exclusive capability is not a necessary value condition.
