# SOURCE_POLICY

`paper.md` is the canonical UTF-8 source artifact.

Rules:

1. Mathematical source uses only inline dollar delimiters and double-dollar display delimiters.
2. No Unicode-escape round trip is used.
3. LaTeX commands are preserved as source text.
4. LaTeX is not converted into Unicode mathematical glyphs and reused as source.
5. Backslashes, whitespace, and mathematical delimiters are not silently normalized after validation.
6. Validation precedes checksum generation and release packaging.
7. Rendered conversation text is not the canonical manuscript source.
8. Current 2025–2026 literature on created-agent ownership, AI agency/autonomy, future AI legal status, agent governance, and children’s evolving capacities was freshly searched before drafting.
9. Parent/child analogies are structural analogies only; the paper explicitly rejects the claim that current AI is literally a child.
10. Current AI subjecthood, consciousness, moral patiency, and legal personhood are not asserted.
11. Internal prior papers are used as theory dependencies, especially `創造者關係不能推出無限所有權`, `關係作者權猜想`, and `虛擬造物主光譜`.
