## Closure Rule

HEETF-01 through HEETF-08 are treated as the complete first series.

Do not create HEETF-09 as an automatic continuation. Future work should either:
- open a clearly named HEETF Series II; or
- branch into a new dedicated series (e.g. human–AI rights, cross-world governance, translation protocols, memory-gated virtual worlds).

## Anti-Overclaim Summary

The series does **not** prove:
- all subjects are phenomenally different;
- AI has or lacks phenomenal consciousness;
- technology usually decreases welfare;
- human and AI efficiency has one universal scalar;
- current VR supports full lifetime alternate worlds;
- current neuroscience supports precise concept-level memory sealing;
- any proposed HEETF right is already a current legal right;
- all differences can be translated;
- pluralism eliminates conflict.

It establishes conditional distinctions, typed comparison rules, formal non-implications, and coexistence architectures.
