# 日本悖論深度研究｜Round 02
## 婚姻、再婚、養子與「關係重綁」：家是否是一個可修復的社會節點？

**核心問題**：日本歷史中的婚姻、離婚、再婚、養子是否能被統一理解為關係節點的修復、替換與重新綁定？

## 1. 取消現代浪漫婚姻的單一模型

不使用：

歷史婚姻的效用函數至少可能包含：

## 2. 中世日本：女性、婚姻與「家」不能簡化成單向壓迫

Kurushima 對中世後期日本婚姻與女性繼承的研究指出，必須按階級、時期和制度差異研究 $ie$ ；她反對把近代家制度直接投射回中世，並指出女性繼承延續至十六世紀，婚姻型態亦有多樣性。[S11]

所以：

## 3. 德川婚姻：流動性比現代直覺高

落合惠美子的歷史人口學研究以德川時代宗門人別改帳資料指出三個重要特徵：地域差異大、離婚與再婚具有相當流動性、婚姻是一連串事件構成的過程。[S12]

因此可以把婚姻狀態寫成：

## 4. 再婚不是單純個人市場行為

Kurosu 對 1716–1870 年東北兩個農村的研究顯示，男女再婚受到原生家、婚家、共居父母、子女及地方經濟條件不同程度影響。[S13]

## 5. 養子制度：典型 carrier replacement

Moore 對德川武士的研究指出，養子並非主要提供低階武士向上流動的渠道，而更重要地用來保存武士家系與大名政治的世襲秩序；中高階養子通常發生於親族且社會地位接近的家之間。[S14]

所以：

## 6. 武家繼承本身曾歷史轉型

Tonomura 對鎌倉武士社會的研究指出，中後期出現從分割繼承向單一繼承集中、由惣領集中家產與權威的轉型。[S15]

## 7. 阿市：高密度關係節點案例

可確認的基本史實包括：阿市為織田信長之妹，嫁淺井長政；1573 年淺井氏敗亡後回到織田方；其後又嫁柴田勝家。[S16]

但史料不足以可靠重建第二次婚姻的私人情感，因此禁止：

真正可以研究的是：阿市再婚前仍攜帶大量關係屬性：

## 9. Relational Node Repair Hypothesis

候選假說：在若干日本歷史制度中，個體關係中斷後，保留家、資產、地位、功能與網路的制度工具較明確，因此 carrier replacement 具有較高制度可行性。

## 10. 反例與限制

1. 再婚與養子不是日本獨有。
2. 日本地域、階級、時期差異很大。
3. 個人的愛情與欲望不能由家制度直接推定。
4. 同一制度既可能增加選擇，也可能增加家族壓力。
5. 「節點修復」是研究模型，不是歷史人物原生語彙。

## 暫時結論

目前支持較強的是：
