This bundle contains HEETF-01 through HEETF-08 as available in the current working session.

Canonical policy:
- UTF-8
- Markdown sources are authoritative
- LaTeX delimiters: `$...$` and `$$...$$`
- Per-paper validation/checksum files are preserved
- HEETF Series I is closed at Paper 08
