This package was written after re-reading the supplied `EVEMISSLAB相位理論整理(1).zip`, including Phase Canon v1.2, genealogy/audit material, IPFC Papers 01--06, theorem registries/migration material, and Lean formalization metadata.

## Canon alignment

- `Embedding != Phase`.
- `Psi_tau != Phase`.
- Search phase is treated as PH-6 only under explicit typing and module constraints.
- IF role is declared by use: query-relative relation is normally IF-3; intra-identity contextual state may be IF-1; IF-2 requires composable transport and a closed path.
- Canonical identity/address, phase, and task/governance observables are kept separate.
- No PH-0 physical realization claim is made.
- No universal Semantic Holonomy claim is made.
